I hung out with Jay and Amy and we just chatted when there was down time, the flow of customers was kind of odd around 6pm because the flow of customers wasn't consistent. I love that they let you customize it, especially with cheese foam, which makes it even better. The staff is always kind, welcoming, and efficient. Service is quick, but they never make you feel rushed, they take the time to make each drink correctly. One thing I really appreciate is that they recognize returning customers, which adds such a personal touch. If you're a taro lover, I highly recommend trying their Fresh Taro Tea.
