Good Luck, Best Wishes & Welcome to the Neighborhood to Yaaas Tea on Steinway Street in Astoria!! I'm so happy to see the Yaaas Tea Franchise expanding all over Queens and Long Island! Fresh Boba every hour, on the hour!! My niece and I went to checkout this new store. We only ordered 2 beverages, as we were going to be out and about all day long. But I told her next time, we have to add some Banana Pudding and Gelato...and maybe a Croffle! Hahaha So many great items to explore! We ordered: -- Iced Earl Grey Milk Tea w.Boba: although the Earl Grey tea was way too mild for me (could barely taste any Earl Grey!), the boba was very fresh and delicious! -- Matcha Slushie w.Boba: my niece loved her drink. She also said the boba was nice and soft, and super fresh! This new store was super clean, with plenty of seating. It was very inviting to sit and sip on this hot and humid day! Customer service was very friendly and efficient! You can place your order at their kiosk or with staff, at the register.

I had the pleasure of dropping in to the new Yaaas Tea on Steinway yesterday. When I walked in I was immediately greeted with a big smile by the clerk behind the desk. With their help, I ordered the iced caramel milk tea with almond milk and Yaaas creamer. A drink I thought I would savor while commuting to Soho, but instead, I drank it on the short walk to the Steinway train station. Yaaas Tea offers breakfast, cookies, Pastéis de Nata, and other delicious options, but it was late afternoon and I had my mind set on their endulgent banana pudding. The pudding met all of my expectations. It was fluffy and creamy. I'll confess if I hadn't been out in public, there's a good chance I would have licked the cup dry. If you're on Steinway, make sure you stop in and treat yourself to their yummy treats. You won't regret it.

This is a new boba shop that opened up recently on Steinway. My husband and I happened to be walking by during their grand opening weekend and, intrigued, decided to pop in. The owners were there that morning and the place was empty as it was around 11am on a Saturday. Everyone was nice but they weren't especially welcoming, which felt odd since it was their grand opening weekend. We ordered at the kiosk and patiently waited for our drinks to be made. I ordered the mango dragon fruit refresher with mango popping boba - 50% sugar and less ice. The drink itself was tasty, however all of the sugar was on the bottom... meaning that by the time we were halfway finished with our drinks, they had 0% sweetness. The same thing happened to my husband. The tea maker definitely should've shaken our drinks before handing them over! Overall, it's a nice, cleanly place! I'm sure we'll stop by again some time in the future, especially since it's not too far from where we live.

I tried their taro, added boba and sea salt foam and the drink was quite tasty. Also order their egg tart! Staff was friendly and can't wait to come back and try their other drinks

I like the addition of the new bubble tea spot on Steinway. I hadn't heard of popping boba before so I knew I had to get it when I saw strawberry on the menu. I had the popping boba with my iced matcha oat milk tea. I also got some Portuguese tarts to take home. I'll be back!

This is another branch of a popular chain located on Long Island that has now made its way to Astoria. I'm pretty familiar with their drinks and they're good quality. However, for my first visit to this place, I decided to try out their banana pudding because I've read another review reviews that it is delicious. This banana pudding is very fluffy, filled with cookies, cream, and a good balance of bananas. It is a good affordable option instead of going to Sugar Sweet sunshine or magnolias. The staff were really friendly and the space is nicely decorated.

Best Bubble Tea Shop on Long Island is Now in Astoria! YAAAS TEA Astoria 30-61 Steinway St, Astoria, NY 11103 BROWN SUGAR BOBO PASSION DRAGONFRUIT REFRESHER ICED TARO MILK TEA with Lychee jelly EGG SALAD CROFFLE BANANA PUDDING DUBAI CHOCOLATE Cookie Review: YAAAS TEA, voted Long Island's Best Bubble Tea Shop, has officially opened its newest location in Astoria on Steinway Street! Their boba is incredibly soft, chewy, and made fresh every hour on the hour, making every sip worth it. The drinks were refreshing and flavorful, but the Egg Salad Croffle really stood out. It was light, crispy, and absolutely delicious. I'd definitely come back for another one. Whether you're looking for a spot to catch up with friends, enjoy a coffee or bubble tea, or grab a quick bite, YAAAS TEA is a great choice. The owners are amazing, the staff is friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth checking out if you're in Astoria! Their bobas taste the best imo! And they are so great with partnering with local schools as well! We love having them join us at our school Carnivals! Four stars, for ineffective customer service. I did obtained my sales request, but no drink label on my affixed to my cup. It appears Kung Fu Tea is promoting Care Bears, fictional animated characters as the plastic cup and lid is adored including the red heart logo and Care-a-Lot fluffy clouds. However, unfortunately there is no image of a Care Bear fictional animated character.

We walked into a cozy space with a comfortable feel that makes it easy to settle in for a bit, and the atmosphere strikes a nice balance between modern and relaxed. The drinks themselves are the main draw and largely deliver. We ordered the Coconut Mango Boom, the standout on the menu, and it came loaded with a generous chunk of actual mango that made the whole thing feel more substantial than your average fruit tea. The Triple Matcha is another strong option for anyone looking for a matcha drink. Toppings were consistently chewy and the flavor balance across most of the lineup leans on the lighter, less sweet side, which works well for us. Where things get complicated is the wait. This location runs long on order times fairly regularly, and during busier stretches or when delivery orders are stacking up, a single drink can take thirty to forty minutes. The staff are generally efficient and straightforward, which suits the format, but the kitchen and barista workflow seems to struggle with volume in a way that other HeyTea locations do not. If you are already a HeyTea regular, the Long Island City location is a convenient option for the area, and the menu quality holds up to what the brand does elsewhere. Just plan accordingly on timing and you will leave happy. We would come back for the Coconut Mango Boom, but we would order ahead and build in a buffer before we need to be anywhere else.

I ordered the Coconut Mango Boom with sago. It was creamy, refreshing, and packed with sweet mango flavor. The tiny sago pearls add a nice chewy texture to the drink. The menu also offers a wide variety of drinks, including matcha, fruit teas such as grapefruit, guava, and even kale, as well as traditional Chinese teas like jasmine and longjing (aka dragon well). I would like to come back by and try some of those if I'm in the area.
