I stopped by on a whim on a cold day because I was craving a hot bubble tea. I was not expecting since I don't usually go to many Mr. Wish chains much but to my surprise, it was very well made! I got the regular, hot Black Milk Tea with pearls. The tapioca balls were so soft with the right consistency of chewy-ness. Some of it tasted sweet like honey tapioca that I usually like from Kung Fu Tea. The tea taste was strong. I got the 30% sugar and I felt that was definitely sweet enough for me already. As for the spot itself, it is small so it is a place where you would pick up to go. I would come back again and recommend for sure!

I wanted to try a new bubble tea spot and decided to get a couple of drinks here. Came around noon on a Sunday and it was quiet. Several customers arrived after I did. Ice and sugar levels are customizable for most drinks. Mango smoothie - good. One of the less icier versions compared to other locations where you sip just the fruit juice and are left with tons of not fully shaven ice. You can taste some of the mango pulp. The boba pearls and coconut jelly are good. Honey Lemon Green Tea - added chia seeds to this and it was so good. I prefer no ice to taste more of the ingredients so it isn't diluted. Delicious. Passionfruit Fiber Jelly Tea - love this. So interesting and different. The different types of jelly with the passionfruit flavors work well together. Will have to try the other options in the fiber jelly tea series. I noticed the sign said credit card minimum was for two drinks but saw a guy use his card for one drink. Easier to go contactless which is my preference.

I tried different drinks in different days, so I'm just combine the 2 reviews here. Colorful Fruit Tea had multiple fruits in it. As you can see in the pic, there are lots of fruit pieces in the cup - apple, kiwi, passionfruit, pineapple. The flavor combo contributed from each fruit is so magical to your taste bud. Passionfruit Green Tea is also one of my top choices. I mean, who doesn't like passionfruit?! Super refreshing.

Clean small shop with different types of milk and fruit tea. The staff was nice. I ordered a 3Q milk tea, I liked the milk tea, it was a bit sweet but good. Boba was chewy which I enjoyed.

This place is always worth the schlep to Kew Gardens. It may not have all your standard bubble tea offerings (taro where you at?!), but it offers such creative line up, its easily forgiven. Especially if you are into fruit teas. Right now service is operating under COVID modifications. You place your order inside and then wait outside for them to call your number. Turn around time is pretty quick so no worries about waiting outside for too long. On this trip, I decided to order the black tiger milk. It was a wonderful mix of milk and black sugar. Not cloyingly sweet like a lot of other places. The boba was pleasantly chewy as well. Had it been warmer, I would've opted for a diced fruit tea, which is just so refreshing on a hot day (and aesthetically pleasing to boot)! If I make it to Kew Gardens in the winter, I look forward to trying the seasonal menu. But definitely a place worthy of a trip at least once!

Sometimes I drive for 30 mins here just to get their drinks! Their fruit teas are so refreshing and consistent. I've never had a bad drink here. I tried the waffle cakes in the shape of a paw in their Brooklyn location before, and they were so good. I got them recently and while they still smelled wonderful and were made to order, the outside wasn't as crispy as at the other location. Not sure if it's the batter they use or the waffle mould - but they should be the same? Anyway, they're still a good snack.

Premium Bubble Teas! Mr. Wish Bubble Teas are definitely of the premium variety. The Ginger Milk Tea is available at Mr. Wish with fresh ginger which puts it above another premium bubble tea joint with the same drink. Definitely an option for those looking for a kick in their bubble teas. My favorite regular Milk Tea is no slouch but doesn't have as strong of a tea flavor that I look for. I have not tried their fresh fruit options but they do look inviting. As standard with other Mr. Wish's, they allow for customization of sugar and ice which is appreciated.

Better than sex (unless your partner is DELISH) Better than spooning (and running with the DISH) Better than arranged marriages (too TRADISH) Better than your main dude (and your side BISH) Better than Pierogies (and even a KNISH) Better than being Christian (or Muslim or JEWISH) Better than Stacy Keibler (and Sable and TRISH) Nothing's better than Black Fruit Tea @ MR WISH. Honestly I did not love this Mr Wish as much as I love my favourite location in Great Neck. This one had iffy service that didn't rub me the right way and the products weren't quite as good as I hoped for. I got the lemon black tea and it wasn't amazing. It says a lot that I did not ask the employees to take my picture but instead asked the teenagers who were making fun of me LOL. They were pretty nice about it. I still enjoyed my lemon black tea but I'm giving this location 4 stars because it wasn't an amazing drink and it wasn't amazing service. Next time I'll try my favorite milk tea and if it matches up to the sky high standards and I will raise them to a five, maybe. Mr. Wish is one of the best chains out there, but the employees here were not too friendly. The customers were much more courteous, despite the claustrophobic nature of the packed store, and they were the ones who took the pictures. It seemed like they weren't particularly thrilled about serving here or being here and the drinks didn't taste as good as some of the other locations of Mr. Wish. They were a little watered down. The Great Neck location is the best in the region by a distance. Mr Wish standouts: - Wish Special Fruit Tea (with black tea) - Orange Grapefruit Fiber Jelly (with black tea) - The incredible Apple fruit tea (with black tea) - The amazing Passion fruit tea (with black tea) - The perfect Wow milk tea So the spoon runs away with the dish And Katy Perry says Swish Swish Her directors disrobe her While we go to get Boba The black fruit teas from Mr Wish

We have been to the Lefferts Boulevard location the most times (but also to Port Washington area one). Staff is always nice. We like their smoothies the best - mango and avocado, with 30% sugar and Coco jelly too. Mango sherbet too with aloe vera. They use real fruit. Their boba is always good too. Good prices!

I've been to Mr. Wish since the beginning when they opened and it's one of my favorite bubble tea spots for fruit teas. Their passion fruit green tea is one the best ones I've had! (I always get their tea and Dani's pizza further down the block). I'm happy to hear they are open again! As the person mentioned below the workers stay on one side of the store to make the drinks and they interact with us via mic/speaker. They also have a pulley system to give you the drinks. Quick and efficient!

A court injunction barred the US operators from using the brand's trademarks, forcing a viral rebrand to "? Tea" in New York. Headquarters' Allegations: According to court documents, the corporate office revoked the operators' trademark rights after claiming: - Unauthorized Expansions: The US operator opened a Los Angeles location without prior corporate approval. - Unapproved Ingredients: The franchise was sourcing ingredients independently, violating strict corporate quality and recipe standards. - Hiding Profits: Headquarters accused the operators of voiding their contract by allegedly hiding store revenues and bypassing royalty payments. The Franchisee's Perspective: The US operators disputed the claims. Before the courts stepped in, franchisees alleged that corporate HQ had attempted to aggressively renegotiate the ownership equity, attempting to slash the operator's share from 80% to 30% after the US locations proved highly lucrative. Some of the items inside look like they're either for sale or just meant for display, which is fine, but I feel like it distracts from the main purpose, which is serving food and being a comfortable resting spot. It's no fault of the place, but the vibe is a mix of reggae, African folk music, and incense, and it contrasts sharply with the environment outside. There's an Italian restaurant across the street blasting Frank Sinatra type music, so the clash is noticeable. I feel like maybe the sound could be adjusted or balanced somehow. As part of the promotion, I ordered the vegan lentil soup. It was okay, nothing special but not bad. Then I was served an iced chai latte, and most of the spices sank to the bottom under the ice. After I swirled it, the spices still didn't have much flavor. It wasn't strong or pungent, and you couldn't really taste the spices or feel any of the digestive benefits chai is usually known for. It didn't taste like tea; it was just mildly sweet. I could see myself drinking it with a dessert, but it didn't stand out on its own. The service was friendly. I hope this place the best and want it to succeed but it needs to literally clean up.

My brother and I walked around the Greenpoint area and then he had to go pick up his kiddo from camp, so I explored the area then put Kettl into google maps thinking I was coming early for class to avoid the rain. I accidentally went to the wrong location and then it started pouring. The staff told me the other location was 10 minutes away by foot, so I hauled myself to it in pouring rain. Luckily I wore workout clothes and tennis shoes that day, but my raincoat was water resistant, not waterproof, so I got pretty soaked. I still arrived a few minutes early, and the staff let me take some napkins to dry myself off. The class was at the bar in the back of this flagship location. It was set up for two, but I was the only person who showed. Jayanna led me through a very detailed class, provided handouts and a soba tea cookie along with water, and answered a ton of questions I had. As a daily matcha maker, I knew I had a lot to learn. She showed me how to care for the different tools used to make matcha. We made three preparations: sparkling matcha, shaken matcha, and matcha latte. We went through each with various steps and measurements. She demonstrated what to do and then I would make the drinks for both of us. It was a very fun experience and I learned a lot. I also got to shop after the class with a 15% discount, so I got myself a custom single cultivar matcha called okuju made exclusively for Kettl and especially for lattes, and then some individually wrapped fancy tea bags of matcha genmai and hojicha for Eric when he travels. The class had an hour and a half of instruction and I spent a half hour asking about products and shopping. It is a very nice space and I would love to try some of the unique drinks on the menu plus take more classes. The shiso white peach matcha soda was a fun experimental drink, but I feel like for a matcha drink, the matcha flavor was definitely dominated by the shiso and white peach flavors. It was really refreshing though for a hot summer day. Super adorable store! I want to try the matcha tasting one day!

Not sure why there are so many low reviews but I had an amazing time with my girlfriends this past…read moretrip! I love afternoon teas and when I saw the one here, I knew I wanted to check it out! We were able to get resys and one of my friends was gluten free so I noted that in advance. Service was great, the only thing was we had to ask them to refill the hot water a few times. The drinks and food were amazing and the fact that they had an entire gluten free version was chef's kiss! My friend was so happy and had glowing reviews too. The scones were perfect and not too dry. We devoured everything and it was the perfect amount of food honestly. Next time I would probably order one tea set and try their à la carte menu items. But all in all, I would definitely come back!

We are just excited to dine in Tiffany's! Yipee Food - it is pricy for the portion, but is flavorful. The items on the Tea set was very small and soo much space on the tiers, it would look so much better/nicer if the item portions be more porportional. The taste of the item in the tea set was okay, can't really taste the flavor, but they kept the scones warm which was nice. We also ordered Muchroom Soup and Ham and cheese sandwich. Those were delicious. As for the tea, they come with free hot water refill to the individual kettle. phew!! Service - it was superb! they have so many servers, very attentive, all very approachable and friendly. Even with so many staffing, but you will not feel overwhelm or crowded, their approach was just enough. Ambiance - its Tiffanys!! we arrive 30 minutes early, our table wasn't available, so we walk around the floors - always fun, lots of woo and Ahhs. Did ask if they can give us a windows seat, honored (yipee). LV building at the back, facing tiffanys tiny blue box at the front was just more "ahhs" the restuarant was pretty full, looks tight, but you wont feel overlapping or on top of each other. I am just happy I tried. Even though it is pricy but it is the worth the experience. "Fancy Dining: Tiffany's" checked!
