So happy to find good boba in Sebastopol. Their default milk is non-dairy, which I greatly appreciate. They have some interesting and appealing flavors, but I was boring and got the taro. They have different levels of sweetness and I recommend getting it at 125 if you have a sweet tooth like me. The default isn't sweet at all. OK, so I wanted to like this experience so much because I've heard so much about this place.... I really wanted to try the donuts but they were sold out. I ended up getting a lavender Earl grey Boba tea. And unfortunately, I hated it. The place is easy to find and super cute when you walk in all kinds of cute little gems you can buy, I love that. The Sonoma recover hospital isn't too far and my mom wanted thai tea with boba and this beautiful place popped up first on yelp. Gave it a try. The area is nice and open, love the nature outside of the area. Love the decor going into the space. Service was prompt and swift. Not much talking just straight to the point of what I wanted to order. They were busy so I get it. Acknowledging your customers would be a great tip of advice. But no biggie. I loved everything inside the buisness. Offered so many varieties of things and candies. Pina colada was really tasty and not too sweet. Unfortunately they didn't have popping mango that goes with the drink so I opted out of the other add ons because they were very limited on what they have in the menu. Thai Tea was by far good. Taste just like thai tea and the boba was alright. Felt it could've been cooked more cause it was a bit tough. Other than that the drink was good but not the boba. The warm sweet pearls are perfection here. I got a jasmine milk tea with almond milk and was so happy they had alternative milk options! +$1 for a larger size, that's a good deal ;) the place is super cute and decorated in pink. I was in the Barlow picking up lunch and wanted to swing by to pick up some Boba drinks. First off their customer service is sh*tty! I called to place a to go order and was told to "place the order online". Ok, I went online to their website to place the order and it shows "Our store is currently not accepting orders". I quickly called back and the same guy answered the phone. He seemed annoyed that I called back and at that moment, I could feel he would either spit in my drink or something terrible would happen to my drinks. I should've hung up and not ordered. BUT, I did anyway and my gut feeling was right. I ordered 3 drinks: The matcha latte, a Pina Colada smoothie and a Strawberry cream smoothie. My husband's Pina Colada was undrinkable. There were broken shards of BLACK PLASTIC in his drink (See attached photo). Maybe their blender was breaking into pieces, I do not know. The service I received at the store was not friendly either. Cute shop, not-so-great boba. Admittedly, I'm a boba snob, so I was interested in giving this place a try. First impressions were that the drinks were overly sweet and the texture of the boba wasn't quite right. They should be the perfect blend of soft and chewy, and these disintegrated in my mouth. The flavors of the drinks were also muted by the overt sweetness, even when I requested "less sweet." After trying it out a couple times, we will have to find another place to suit our boba needs. read more

I really want to like this place and I've been there several times. The merchandise is really cute and it has a good vibe. The issue with the boba is it is very inconsistent. Sometimes it's good and other times it's been disappointing. The last time I went, I ordered it and didn't drink it because it was really weak and not flavorful. I gave it to a friend who is a fellow boba lover and she didn't like it enough to drink it either. It isn't cheap so I think probably I won't be back. I've been here many times and it's my fav boba spot. Yummy tasting drinks, friendly staff, and cute store of knacks and snacks. I love the lavender, rose, and tiger milk teas the most. The cream at the top is divine. Didn't know this until recently, but you can get decaf tea. I'm here for it! Plus they have these donut slash mochi glazed treats. I love the ginger one and the pink one with sprinkles. This is my go-to when I have manipedi dates across the street. Super convenient location with tons of parking. Finally! A boba place I don't have to beg them to do 5-10% sweetness on a drink. Every single boba place I've been is WAY too sweet, Bubbles does it right, just a hint of sweetness. The staff is absolutely incredible, we showed up right when they opened and it was packed with a line out the very small, unassuming store. The employee there when we arrived was working hard taking orders and making teas for every customer, but made sure to acknowledge each and every one of us letting us know they'd be with us shortly. I never mind a wait when it is busy, as long as the staff is courteous. When we came up to order, they were extremely sweet and apologetic for the wait (which they didn't need to be). We asked for their recommendations and tried a few of the tasty donuts, one ube and one matcha, chewy, tasty donuts. We also had a taro milk tea with their homemade brown sugar boba (perfect and not overly sweet at all) and a strawberry milk tea with mango stars (unique, fun, and delish). My daughter and I were looking to try a new store for boba so I stopped to see if I could also try the mochi donuts. I came later in the day on a Sunday, so I missed out on any donuts (shucks!), but was able to try the boba drinks. Daughter wanted a Jasmine milk tea with boba and I got the old reliable, Thai tea with boba. I ordered mine with whole milk, as the standard is non-dairy creamer at this store. Daughter refrigerated her drink and tried it the next day. She liked the flavor of hers, but the boba was stuck together on the bottom and she didn't taste the tapioca. I liked my drink, which was fresh brewed tea. The boba is like everywhere else, but was cooked to a nice consistency. The store itself is in an area with a few stores lining the building, and the parking lot is steep to get into (for those driving a lower car-go to the Fellers Lane entrance so you don't bottom out). Outside there are a few areas for seating and inside is small. I don't remember any seating inside, as it's quaint. Lots of cutsie stuff for purchase inside. The staff was super friendly and attentive (and patient), as I looked at all the great drinks I should have tried instead on my old reliable. Overall, if I was in the neighborhood, I would be back to try some other drinks and hopefully the mochi donuts! read more

I've had a lot of different boba teas. From LA, SF and Santa Rosa... my best friend and I decided to try this place out since it's new we had high hopes. We ordered 3 different drinks and all of them tasted the exact same! Just milk with different colors. The boba needs to be cooked longer it was hard in the center and chewy as well. Maybe we will try again in some months staff will learn to make it more flavorful. Even the sweetness was not there at all. 3 drinks: matcha latte, sencha milk tea, and a standard tiger milktea... my friends and I shared them and we all thought it odd they all tasted the same.
