TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This use to be my go to spot when we lived here and coming back to visit we had a ridiculous experience. I got fried calamari that had barely any probably 8 small pieces if that for $10.... We also ordered basil chicken and they filled it over the box with barely any meat on the chicken. The girl that was working in front of that cashier was not friendly, didn't look like she even wanted to be there might as well just stay home. I even tipped! WILD. I get it maybe it was an off day but what was more upsetting is that she was rude to my daughter when she asked her what sauce she had wanted for her chicken. Then when I came up to grab my order she asked me what sauce I wanted like I knew what they had. Will not be coming to this location. Customer service has gone down the drain. read more

I've been to T4 and Poke a handful of times since moving to the area and I'd say it's a generally reliable option for a snack in a pinch. The first time I went I ordered a poke bowl but wasn't very impressed. I much prefer to have a sushi rice option rather than plain white rice which they sadly don't offer. Otherwise it was not memorable as it felt oddly warm and the flavors didn't stand out, just a lot of mushy "sameness" as it were. That said, I have come back for taro milk tea boba and it's usually very delicious. The last time I ordered it, it wasn't as sweet as usual and the boba did not have that honey flavor that I was craving but maybe that was just an off-day. I have also tried their popcorn chicken and crab rangoons and thoroughly enjoy both of them. Good portion size and very flavorful for both. Overall, I've had better boba at other places in the Bay Area but as I stated, in a pinch the taro milk tea and the fried snacks are reliably tasty and not crazy expensive. There does tend to be a bit of a wait so I usually opt to order ahead and wait in my car if need be because it is a bit warm inside. Not sure if they have air conditioning here. It's pretty clean inside but the temperature and general ambiance is not for me personally so I probably wouldn't opt to eat inside. read more

I frequent T4 in Sacramento and I love the tea so I was very excited to find one in Santa Rosa! I will continue to come to the one on Mendocino because I love T4 tea so much, but the customer service at the Santa Rosa one almost makes me second-guess. The woman behind the counter acts like every exchange is triggering her nervous system, and it makes me nervous to ask anything at all. She over explains in a way that makes it seem like she's defending something or like I'm arguing something, when I'm not? Lol it makes the activity of getting a Boba less pleasant. This place is a nice little treat near the JC, and one I like to stop by often when I'm running errands. I've been here many times and always have a great experience! I absolutely love the mango and taro smoothies I always order them half-sweet, and the boba is soft and fresh every time. I am in Santa Rosa for a bit and stopped by on a whim! You are given a sheet to fill out your order and then they prepare it for you. I built my own bowl with non-fried ingredients. I got two scoops of salmon, a scoop of tuna, kimchi, seaweed salad, corn, cucumbers, rice, umami sauce, and spicy mayo. The bowl was about $16. They added ginger, which I did not ask for, but I actually enjoyed it in the bowl. The kimchi was not very good. It didn't have its red color, and it had a bitter aftertaste. Kimchi is usually pretty sour, but I could not stomach the taste of the one from this place. I removed it all from the bowl. Besides the kimchi, the bowl was okay! The fish was fresh and the other ingredients tasted fine. I was a bit disappointed though overall. read more

This is one of my favorite boba spots in Santa Rosa! Not only do they make their milk tea very well I also enjoy their basil popcorn chicken. This spot is conveniently located in a plaza with lots of parking and the service is quick. I try to stop by once or twice every several months for my boba fix. coconut cream!! Why can't other boba spots have coconut cream? This is the only place I've been to that has it and it definitely changes the drink for the better! If you love coconut, get the coconut cream instead of the salted cream. read more

This place is next to Cold Stone and Five Guys. Both of which I think are overpriced. Ive had great Poke in Hawaii and SoCal so I'm always on the look out for a good one in SR. Unfortunately, this is not the place since the ingredients are not fresh and the taste is flat. Fresh Poke doesn't need a lot of seasoning but you have to know what to do add so that you enhance each flavor. I'll come back for the Boba drinks even though there isn't much Oolong taste in the Milk Tea that I ordered but at least the Boba is fresh. read more

My first time to T4 in Santa Rosa. Nice decor with plenty of sitting area. I ordered jasmine tea with red bean and my daughter ordered strawberry Lemonade smoothie with lychee jelly. I give 3.5 stars for my drink. Since it was really sweet ( even though I ordered it less sweet). They don't even ask me for sweetness or ice levels. Prices are very reasonable for quality tea. This place is almost every protein lover's dream! I was so excited to finally try T4 and Poke as I have recently discovered a love for ahi tuna. I've always found this place a little intimidating for some reason and was never brave enough to come alone. It had more to do with my lack of understanding of the poke world. We loved that it was set up almost like what you'd see in a deli. You get to choose everything you want in your bowl on a convenient sheet of paper. The guy behind the counter was super helpful and helped us understand how to properly fill it out (if you only want one type of protein for the whole bowl or multiple). The entire experience was very enjoyable. The only complaint we had was the sauces were really watery and didn't provide a lot of flavor. That was a little disappointing. Another concern we had was how hot it was inside. For having raw fish out, it was very very hot. I'm sure they have coolers in the fish bar but you could see everyone visibly sweating and it was just miserable in there. We would've loved to have eaten there but it was way too hot to sit and enjoy raw fish. read more

Definitely disappointed :( I've been to this T4 for years and I thought this was the only good boba spot until now. I ordered two taro drinks blended with boba on a Wednesday around 1:30pm. Not busy. I received the drinks, the color looked off, I tried it anyways and it definitely didn't taste as it always had. It was very bland and you could tell by the color that it wasn't right either. I nicely asked for a remake on them and she responded that she could, but they will taste the same. So, she didn't really give a solution to make it right for the customer and it came off rude. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back here nor do I suggest anyone else should. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. I have been coming here for years and have probably been close to a dozen times by now. I have only ever ordered 2 things, but they are fantastic! First Boba milk tea, it's great pretty consistent with many that I have had. To me Poke is where they really shine. Their fish is always fresh and there are so many different options that puts them head over heals of anyone else locally. I love all the pickle options including kimchi. The price is fair for the quality. I highly suggest T4, it is perfect for those days your craving sushi but don't want to spend those prices. read more

I had a few friends who were trying boba for the first time and I wanted to make sure their experience was a good one. I was excited to see that there was a T4 close by. T4 is a good standard boba place. It's not like the fancy boba places with expensive tea or super interesting flavors. But it's also not the kind of boba place that only has 5 flavors to choose from. My favorite drink to get at T4 is the passion fruit royal tea at 50% sweet and 30% ice + rainbow jelly. The drink was perfectly made the way I wanted it to be. Others in our group got the Thai milk tea + boba and the matcha green tea + boba. I'm thrilled to say that the first time boba-ers enjoyed their drinks and would want it again and I'm grateful for T4 delivering a great experience. I took one star off because going into T4 was overwhelming. I couldn't tell if there was one or two lines for the boba and poke. When you first enter the door, the boba menu takes up almost the entire wall to the left. Some of the flavors were covered by chairs and tables stacked up and the prices were all covered up with white out. I walked around the entire building to find a paper menu, but didn't find any (except for the ones at the front of the line). Lastly, there was no regulation of how many people were allowed to enter or wait in the building for their order. My group ultimately waited outside because it felt somewhat stuffy to be inside. read more
