Had bubbles out recently for a gutter cleaning. The men that arrived seemed very nice, but unfortunately language barriers prevented any conversation or the addressing of questions. I was told that it would be 165 (after a 10 dollar coupon) for my modest sized split level home and 30-65 to remove the gutter guards depending on how difficult to remove. Well unsurprisingly I was charged the full 65 despite these guys being in and out in 45 minutes which to me would suggest the gutter guards were extremely easy to remove. Overall the gutters appear clean and as mentioned was quick, but I didn't feel a great value when you spend 230 in 45 minutes for a low skill task. Not sure if I will use again at this point. read more

This company was hired to clean windows inside and out plus clean screens. Very expensive.They broke several screens and left without telling me. Customer service never got back to me. DON"T USE THIS COMPANY, The were better 5 years ago when I had used them last. read more

I hired Bubbles based on a written quote I received. When the technician came, he said it was too big and would come back later; they never came or called back. I had to call to reschedule and they gave me the same quote in writing. When they came ready to do the job, the quote went up more than 2X the original quote. Feels like bait & switch to me. Worst company I ever dealt with... We scheduled an appointment to clean all windows in our house, they given me a gap between 8-12 for their cleaning team to arrive. No one showed up, so I called them to ask what's going on. Nobody picked up the phone, I left a voicemail and their answering machine said, they return every call within 20 mins. Nobody called me back.. So I called them back, and the girl at the phone said got held up at the previous job, so they can come around 3 pm. As it is wintertime it gets dark early, so we rescheduled for the next morning, and I made her promise they would arrive at 8 am, as I have to leave at 8.45. No one showed up at 8 am. So I called them again, she said, they would come at 10 am. I said ok. One cleaner showed up and did all of the windows, but next day I noticed he missed 4 big windows. So I called them again to schedule another cleaning. It was supposed to be today 8-12 arrival gap, no one has showed up, no one has called! This is one horribly managed company! I called Bubbles in the beginning of March and they came out the next day..They washed my Chandelior and my fan...The service provider did not have the proper ladder, next thing I know the district manager came out with the ladder and stayed and supervised..He was great, they both were, super professional and everything was shining and lookin good..They are coming out in May to do all my windows..They followed up twice since my service... read more

They are so, so, overpriced! We have a business and our usual window cleaning person was out of town. We are normally charged $15.00 for small storefront windows. They charged us $120. And, they came into our store with a bucket needing to use our water! Are you kidding me!!! Never again! Wouldn't recommend this company in a million years! read more

This is the worst company EVER!!! They arrived late by 1-11/2 hours. They broke a window. I was told it was a 1 day job but had to come back a second day to finish work. They charged me double. I told them about the broken window and untimely manner of company, the women said she would reduce my bill by $300, which the window cost more to repair then that, she then sent my bill to a credit agency to collect my $300. They came when promised, called before they arrived and did their work with no drama. The worker was courteous and cleaned up after the gutters were cleared and flushed. I kept looking for reputable companies that would be insured, do a good job, and come out as soon as possible. Well this was the place. When I called I was greet by someone who actually works for Bubble Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning instead of an answering service. I was able get a quote without them coming out to look at my property first and I was able to get them out the next day. I even had a choice of times. When they did come out they came during the time that was scheduled. They were professional and did a thorough job. I will definitely be using their friendly and professional services again. I have never had my windows cleaned before, but after moving into a new business space I NEEDED someone to help me with the 9 windows that were completely covered in dirt! I called Bubbles and within 2 hours they sent over a nice guy that did a FANTASTIC job!! I would highly recommend this service to others! I found Bubbles telephone number online. I also heard from a friend who used them and was very satisfied. I cannot express how satisfied I was with my technician who came to wash all of my 22 windows. He was very professional and went right to work. He even took off his shoes before entering my house, although it was not necessary. He was here less than an hour and by the time that he left, I felt like I had made a friend. I scheduled with this company to clean my windows on a day when I was off work. It was raining, so I knew they wouldn't be able to do the outside of the windows. The "window" for my window cleaning was between 11 - 3. They required that I remove the decorative wooden frames in each window before they came, which I did. I removed furniture and plants in front of the windows as well. At 12:30 they called to cancel the job due to weather. I suggested we could still do the inside and then do the outside on another day. I indicated that I was off work and to reschedule would require taking a day off. I reminded them that I had removed all the obstacles to clean the windows and so my house was rather torn up. Alas, they cannot do the job on 2 separate days - that would require charging me twice. Alas, they have no control over the weather. Alas, that's their policy I indicated obviously they have no control over the weather, but they do have control over their policy. Alas, if they came twice, they would have to use more gas (yes, that's what I was told) so that's why they'd have to charge twice. Fine. Forget it. Apparently business is good enough they can afford to lose a job that they don't get to charge twice for. So I'm slowly washing them myself. I guess I do windows afterall... read more

had my windows washed and my house power washed last month. the men who did the work on my house arrived on time, did their work quickly, and were generally wonderful to have around. the work was done well and i was asked to inspect everything before they left the premises. i would recommend this company wholeheartedly and will definitely call them again for further service in the future. read more
