Terrible company!! I scheduled them to clean my windows and while the window washer was cleaning my bathroom windows, I heard a crash. After he left the room, I checked it out and noticed my custom stonework surrounding the tub was gone. I then noticed him going outside and dumping items (my limestone) in my neighbors bushes. Upon job completion, I asked him if everything was OK (to give him an opportunity to tell me what had happened) and he replied fine and gave me the bill. I then told him I knew what had happened and to call his manager so I could inform them of not only the accident, but of his dishonesty. It's been over a year now and the company is still calling me to pay the balance owed-which was significantly less than what it cost me to repair the stonework. Terrible company!! read more

I wish there was an option for zero stars. I was initially hopeful when I submitted my online request for a free estimate. I received a call the following day after my submission and was asked about the number of windows I have and the square footage of my patio (needs power washing). I was given a ball park estimate of the cost and we scheduled someone to come out 4 days later. So far, ok. I was hoping to have the job completed within a week, sounded like it wasn't going to happen in that time frame. Then everything spiraled downward very quickly. I was given a 3 hour window in the middle of the afternoon during which the agent could arrive at my house to perform the free estimate. I received a voicemail after 4 hours and was told that no one would be able to make it and that I had to call back to reschedule. No apologies. The following day I received an email asking me for feedback from the free estimate. Clearly these people aren't on the same page and disorganized. I wrote an email expressing my disappointment and outlined what happened. I was by no means ranting and raving as I am here. It was the perfect opportunity for them to call me back, apologize, and reschedule. I heard absolutely nothing back! They really dropped the ball on this one. read more

Had bubbles out recently for a gutter cleaning. The men that arrived seemed very nice, but unfortunately language barriers prevented any conversation or the addressing of questions. I was told that it would be 165 (after a 10 dollar coupon) for my modest sized split level home and 30-65 to remove the gutter guards depending on how difficult to remove. Well unsurprisingly I was charged the full 65 despite these guys being in and out in 45 minutes which to me would suggest the gutter guards were extremely easy to remove. Overall the gutters appear clean and as mentioned was quick, but I didn't feel a great value when you spend 230 in 45 minutes for a low skill task. Not sure if I will use again at this point. read more

They are so, so, overpriced! We have a business and our usual window cleaning person was out of town. We are normally charged $15.00 for small storefront windows. They charged us $120. And, they came into our store with a bucket needing to use our water! Are you kidding me!!! Never again! Wouldn't recommend this company in a million years! read more

Worst company I ever dealt with... We scheduled an appointment to clean all windows in our house, they given me a gap between 8-12 for their cleaning team to arrive. No one showed up, so I called them to ask what's going on. Nobody picked up the phone, I left a voicemail and their answering machine said, they return every call within 20 mins. Nobody called me back.. So I called them back, and the girl at the phone said got held up at the previous job, so they can come around 3 pm. As it is wintertime it gets dark early, so we rescheduled for the next morning, and I made her promise they would arrive at 8 am, as I have to leave at 8.45. No one showed up at 8 am. So I called them again, she said, they would come at 10 am. I said ok. One cleaner showed up and did all of the windows, but next day I noticed he missed 4 big windows. So I called them again to schedule another cleaning. It was supposed to be today 8-12 arrival gap, no one has showed up, no one has called! This is one horribly managed company! Never ever want to deal with them again! read more

This is the second time that I used Bubbles to clean my gutters. I have a 2 story house and there is no way I am going to climb that high. They came when promised, called before they arrived and did their work with no drama. The worker was courteous and cleaned up after the gutters were cleared and flushed. This is the worst company EVER!!! They arrived late by 1-11/2 hours. They broke a window. I was told it was a 1 day job but had to come back a second day to finish work. They charged me double. I told them about the broken window and untimely manner of company, the women said she would reduce my bill by $300, which the window cost more to repair then that, she then sent my bill to a credit agency to collect my $300. When I called I was greet by someone who actually works for Bubble Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning instead of an answering service. I was able get a quote without them coming out to look at my property first and I was able to get them out the next day. I even had a choice of times. When they did come out they came during the time that was scheduled. They were professional and did a thorough job. I will definitely be using their friendly and professional services again. I have never had my windows cleaned before, but after moving into a new business space I NEEDED someone to help me with the 9 windows that were completely covered in dirt! I scheduled with this company to clean my windows on a day when I was off work. It was raining, so I knew they wouldn't be able to do the outside of the windows. The "window" for my window cleaning was between 11 - 3. They required that I remove the decorative wooden frames in each window before they came, which I did. I removed furniture and plants in front of the windows as well. At 12:30 they called to cancel the job due to weather. I suggested we could still do the inside and then do the outside on another day. I indicated that I was off work and to reschedule would require taking a day off. I reminded them that I had removed all the obstacles to clean the windows and so my house was rather torn up. Alas, they cannot do the job on 2 separate days - that would require charging me twice. Alas, they have no control over the weather. Alas, that's their policy I indicated obviously they have no control over the weather, but they do have control over their policy. Alas, if they came twice, they would have to use more gas (yes, that's what I was told) so that's why they'd have to charge twice. Fine. Forget it. Apparently business is good enough they can afford to lose a job that they don't get to charge twice for. So I'm slowly washing them myself. I guess I do windows afterall... read more

I cannot express how satisfied I was with my technician who came to wash all of my 22 windows. He was very professional and went right to work. He even took off his shoes before entering my house, although it was not necessary. He was here less than an hour and by the time that he left, I felt like I had made a friend.
