I have mixed feelings about this Buc-ees which was a very large convenient mini market. Now my concerns was I was waiting at the hot food area and they kept stating that a particular item would be available in 5-10 minutes well me and my party waited over 45 minutes and finally someone came out and told the truth letting us know that there was no rice nor shells and it would be even longer wait for these items. I can say the bathroom wait was quick and the store stayed clean but the employees not telling the truth and having customers waiting for an item that was a bestseller item not being ready was an issue for many customers. I understand it may be one of the largest stores but that means whomever is a scheduling isn't placing each one in their places for the best quality for both the employees and customers. Looking at the sales should let them know the amount of labor they can maintain because they shouldn't have ran out of the ingredients for an item that is one of the bestselling items! read more

More gas pumps than I've ever seen in one place, and somehow they're all in use because there are SO MANY people every single time I've gone. It's like a small town migrated here for snacks and fuel. I'm so disappointed. I stopped on the way home at Atlanta just to get a pound of brisket. We got 2 exits away and when I opened it to eat a slice some were slimy and tasted really bad, some were dried out. The meat was old and discolored. $30 for a pound of old meat that I have to throw away. My heart is broken. Something should be done about this. read more

I was heading to Atlanta and wanted to fill up my car before getting into crazy traffic so this was a perfect time to try Buc-ee's. It was easy to find a fuel pump free although a lot of people seem to use it as a parking spot. The store was easily as big as the neighborhood Walmart near my house. I was overwhelmed and the line for the women's bathroom was crazy long and all the way out into the store. I ended up grabbing some snacks and leaving. This place is definitely more of a destination and not somewhere to stop for a convenience. driving break. They take pride and their establishment and their building. Road trips are back in style again thanks to Buc-ee's. We've been coming to them since we lived in Houston. It's so much more than a gas station. It's an experience. The gas is always very competitively priced...but you have to stop in and enjoy everything else they have to offer. First...the cleanest bathrooms you'll ever find on the road. Second...the food. They have fresh brisket and pulled pork all the time. The fried chicken sandwich is also legit. They also have a ton of other deli sandwiches you can choose from. The salads are fresh and very filling. Third...the snacks. If you have a sweet tooth then you have to sample all their fudge flavors and buy a mixed box. If you like salty...try all of their brand potato chips. Jerky fan??? They have you covered with over 20 different flavors of beef jerky. Lastly...if you're a beer enthusiast...every Buc-ee's has a decent wine and beer selection...and every location has a selection of local beers. I've found a few nice hazy IPA's at different locations. Please support local breweries like they do. You'll see there signs 100 miles before you get there...so if you're on a road trip and see one...make sure you stop in. read more

Great place to stop, lots of food choices, plenty to walk around and look at if you're wanting to stretch your legs. The bathrooms have an awesome system where there is a light over each stall. When the light is red, someone is in the stall. When it's green, the stall is available. It makes the lines move very quickly and the bathrooms seem to be cleaned in a constant rotation. There is heavy traffic getting in and out of the parking lot but I've never yet not been able to find a parking spot. My one issue is that they need people patrolling around the gas pumps. Too many people get gas then leave their car at the pump while they go inside to shop. Today, I had to wait for a pump to gas up. A man at one pump was sitting in his car eating his brisket sandwich while I waited for a pump, while I filled my tank up, and was still there when I drove off to find a parking spot so I could go inside. People blocking the pumps rather than going to find a parking space is one of the key reasons it takes so long to find a free pump. I see it every time I come through here. read more

Buc-ee's is so OVERRATED. I will never go back to this trap. I purchased a can cozy for my husband that clearly stated what size can it would fit. It was attached to the packaging so there was no way to test the cozy before buying it. It DID NOT come close to fitting the can, it was over priced, but I bought it because it was FALSELY advertised that it would fit. I was not given a receipt, which really bothered me, but ok. I walk out the door, we immediately tied the cozy and it was so small, it wouldn't come close to fitting the size that was on the packaging. I walked back in to try to return it. It had been less that 2 mins. I was told the DO NOT DO ANY REFUNDS. I am stuck with a falsly advertised piece of junk that doesn't work. Buc-ee's does NOT stand behind what they sell. The lack of customer service is disgusting. I will never waste my money at this place ever again. They are crowded, its hard to walk around the employees are always standing around chatting. There are so many great rest stops it's not worth the the mess of people, the price gouging.. I won't take a chance wasting my money. Their gas prices are no better that other gas stations where I receive deals where I can get . 20 to . 40 cents off per gallon. I am not at all happy.. you should buy into their over consumption junkie products. Never again. They will not help, even if the product is falsly advertising what it it will fit. Never, never, never stopping at a Buc-ees again - especially not the one in Warner Robins, GA!!! We pulled into the Warner Robins Buc-ees to get gas. Very crowded. Pulled up behind a pick up with a trailer. Figured we could wait and then pull up to get gas. Sitting behind them, we noticed no one was in the pick up or anywhere around. The two cars on the right side of us also don't have anyone with the cars. We back up, with the 22 foot camper behind the car, find another spot and start pumping gas. We're parked next to a couple pumping gas who then lock up their car to wander into Buc-ees. This is a Buc--ees! Just going to the restroom is a minimum 10 minute trip!!! (I watched - a young couple with a 7/8 y/o came out of Buc-ees 9 minutes after we pulled up behind their empty pick up. They were carrying a shopping bag and 2 bags of ice. One of the cars to the side of us left 11 min after we pulled in. When we left to go into the store, no one had come back to the other car yet) So we finish pumping gas and move to a REAL parking space - then go in to use the bathroom. Get to the restrooms and there's a LINE out the door - I make a comment to the woman in front of me that I've never had to stand in line for a restroom at a Buc-Ees and she says, "oh, this is pretty good. I've been in line out to there sometimes" and she points to a spot in the store, about 20 feet from the main entrance to the restrooms!!! This was a cool place! Finally I got to see what the hype was about for Buc-ees! I can see the oohs and ahhs of it but also see the overwhelming of it too. I mean there was PEOPLE everywhere! It was THICK with people! It was so nice seeing all the different kinds of jerky, candy snacks, food especially the hot food and bakery items! It's vacation time, and my destination started off 5 vehicles following each other on 75 south to Florida. Our first stop was a very early morning trip to Buc-ee's. Buc-ee's is located off of interstate 75 south in Fort Valley, Ga. As soon as we walked in I smelled the smoked brisket, no brisket or pulled pork sandwiches at 4:00 am, they were serving breakfast, taco and egg brisket or a brisket taco. There was also beaver nugget(aka crispy tater tots). This Buc-ee's isn't as large as the one I visited in Sevierville, TN, but it did have a lot of items to look at and choose from to purchase or just window shop. A big selection of beef jerky, a kolache station, fresh pastries from giant cinnamon rolls to large muffins of various flavors. Cook books, Buc-ee's blankets, Buc-ee's stuffed beaver toys, candle section as well as t shirts and plenty of other souvenirs. We we had time to spare, and we enjoyed an easy hour in Buc-ee's. The staff were friendly, the bathrooms were clean, and those beaver nuggets are still as tasty as the first time I tried them. Vacationing with my family is always an adventure, our first stop was completed, the trip will continue, and it's always good to spend time with family. read more

I stopped for gas and breakfast around 8:00 a.m. and was looking for a non-meat breakfast option. The only available item without meat was a bean, potato, and egg burrito. I asked the employee preparing the wraps if it would be possible to order an egg and cheese wrap instead, even if I needed to pay the price of the meat option. I was informed that modifications were not allowed, which required me to go elsewhere for a non-meat breakfast. Overall, this is a great location; however, situations like this can be inconvenient for customers who are trying to minimize stops. When food and gas can't be purchased in one place, it can push people behind schedule by requiring multiple stops. Moving forward, I may avoid stopping in the mornings for this reason. Buc-ee's won a new fan! I have heard so many great things about this gas station, and I'm disappointed it took me so long to plan a pit stop during a road trip. This is the Disney of road trip gas stations, seriously! The area is massive; you first see rows and rows of gas pump stations and many cars. The main attraction is the store. It has everything you can think of: food, merch, home decor, coffee, the famous jerk beef, and much more. I tried the sliced brisket sandwich, and it was a 9/10. Not too bad to be from a gas station. The restrooms were among the cleanest I have seen during any road trip. The lines were long, but they moved fast. Three employees guided people to empty stalls, which helped with the flow. The cherry on top was seeing Buc-ee's mascot! It was so adorable... just like a character greeting at Disney, lol. If a Buc-ee's on your way, stop by and check it out. It is a fun! If crowds are not your thing it can be overwhelming, so keep that in mind. This particular location on I-75 in Fort Valley, Georgia was tidy and organized despite being full of people. The staff was friendly and welcoming. This location is the Buc-ee's on I-75 after crossing the Florida - Georgia line. Also EV charging stations available too. The only thing good about this place is the dog walking area is large and goes around the whole premises. There were tons of piles of what I'd assume are of anthills. There are also tons of shitty people who don't clean their dog poop up even though there's all kinds of signs and poop bags everywhere. Bucees definitely doesn't send somebody out there to check because there are a lot of poop piles everywhere. This place is overrated. It definitely has a lot of cool stuff but it's like Walmart at Christmas time with a bunch of trashy people who have no manners and its shoulder to shoulder so you really can't even look over things because someone already looking at it or over your shoulder to get it. It's a cool concept but apparently some people have never been to a good gas station and it shows. I will stop somewhere else as it's just too much of a hassle for a gas station stop. read more
