Visited the Daytona location a few days ago and it was way too crowded to have a good experience browsing everything so decided to check out the St Augustine Buc-ee's and so glad I did. Fueled up my car at their gas station and could not believe it was the cheapest around at $3.99 per gallon. Watched the butcher cut up a full brisket then bought the Carolina Pork Sandwich - so fresh, so moist, so juicy...and a few other items. Huge parking lot with several EV charging stations and dog walking area. Great prices on food and gas, but pricey on clothing. read more

What can I say Buc-ee's has just about everything under the sun you need. From the many Gas Pumps, EV Charging Station, Car Wash, Beef Jerky, Hot Brisket Sandwiches (they're known for) , Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Fried Chicken, Sausages, Cold Sandwiches, Fruit Cups, Wraps, Salads, Fudge (they were sampling). Plus, Glazed Pecan Nuts, ALL kinds of Drinks, Cloths for every body, Water Bottles, Knickknacks and keep sakes, and lots of other Buc-ee's Merch just honestly far too many to list. You got to love the red number 82 Truck in the middle of the store. Go there and see for yourself. The Buc-ees stores have the cleanest bathrooms as they hold true too! If you must go through this area- stop here. They're ALWAYS very busy. Open 24 hours! You will not find too many bargains here but the prices seem fairly reasonable. it's truly a cool place. FYI-They have a "Pay at the Pump" code of conduct. If you are paying with a debit or credit card, you must pay at the pump. You can't park your car at the pump, go inside to pay, then return later to fill up. Payment inside with a card is no longer an option, you need to handle your store purchases separately from your fuel payment. Separate transactions, so keep that in mind. read more

Boy, I had a hard time leaving this gas station. It had so many cute and yummy things inside. It has changed the way I put gass for now on lol. It was an experience. I hope more open. This was not your average gas station. It had stations with sandwiches and someone making them fresh. A big wall of jerk treats and so many different flavors to choose from. A Homegoods area, chocolates, jerk treats, fruits, dessert, nuts, coffee, grills, pool things, coolers and so much more. Plan to be here for a while. The place was spotless. So many hot meals to choose from it made it hard but I saw the lady making the Carolina pork sandwiches one by one and got hungry. So bought a big pork sandwich, beaver nuggets that were like cracker jacks, egg salad and smoked turkey slices to eat in the car on the drive home. read more

Whenever we are on vacation, we always attempt to stop at the Buc-ee's that's in route to or from our destination (or both). We hadn't been to the St. Augustine Buc-ee's in quite some time so we stopped in for some cheap gas and to check out the cool clothing and home decor items. They were well-stocked and it was quite interesting. Of course, it was busy as any Buc-ee's will be; but, still manageable. Store was spotlessly clean, organized, and well-stocked. I had a chopped brisket sandwich from the board and it was not as tasty as the last as it had a higher degree of fat content so the quality of the meat didn't seem to be quite as high as it was on previous visits Still, a good experience and a great way to break up our trip. read more

We liked this buc-ee's! Smaller than some of the other one's we've been to, but still super cool and had lotssss of goodies, snacks, and fresh/warm food. Friendly staff, clean facilities, & everything is neat. Made my own coffee and it was very easy, with so many options for milk, creamer, and syrup. We tried the sliced brisket sandwich (with and without sauce), bacon egg & cheese biscuit, beast burrito, and pulled pork sandwich, as well as self-serve coffees. They were all pretty good, per usual. One of the sliced brisket sandwiches had a lot of fat in it which I didn't like :(. Buc-ee's is top tier for me. If I see a Buc-ee's, I am stopping. On this trip I was heading to the airport for a 6 a.m. flight and went in around two or three in the morning. Even at that hour, everyone was awake, friendly, and moving. The place is very well lit, clean, and fully stocked. They had the brisket going, all the food out, all the nuts and pecans and snacks. I could not go crazy with it because of calories, but it all looked tempting. I grabbed some fresh fruit and it was good and fresh, just like everything else. What I really like is that it feels like a Buc-ee's mall. You have restrooms, food, snacks, gifts, everything, and it still feels clean even in the middle of the night. Wow... this place is incredible and everyone we stop here it is crazy busy. So many staff and so many people just a full crowd all the time. Staff are great at guiding you and giving help. It's a clean and well run place. For a gas station with a full range of other stuff is amazing. The BBQ is amazing and flavorful. The home made chips to the home made fudge is something I would come back for. Be prepared to be amazed and make sure to be patient and calm to work your way through this maze of good things. 12.21.25 Hands down the largest, cleanest, most organized, and downright coolest convenience store/gas station in the country. I was genuinely stunned by the sheer number of gas pumps and restroom stalls. The germaphobe in me practically cheered at how spotless everything was. The snack selection is massive, and the layout is so well thought out--clear signage, easy to navigate, and everything exactly where you'd expect it to be. Do yourself a favor and grab the kettle chips, the candied nuts (cashew, pecans, and almonds), and especially the brisket sandwich. Total winners. read more

This might be crazy to say but this Buc-ee's location is slightly smaller than the rest. Their gas pumps are almost half as many than the average pumps at other places, but still more than a typical gas station. Upon entering, you're greeted warmly by the staff. If you've never had the opportunity to visit Buc-ee's, the sheer size can be a lot to take in. You've got your typical convenience store related items to the right side, but there's fresh food like brisket, jerky, fudge and pastries to the left. I appreciate how the hot foods are made fresh each day and are available 24/7. With regards to beverages, there's coffee & tea to the right of the restrooms while fountain drinks are located on the left. Refills are $1.99, which you pay even to fill your own personal thermos/water bottle. There are no water fountains here, btw. Restrooms are nice, clean, and spacious. Toilets and faucets function well and theyvare well stocked with paper products. The soap dispenser is a little hard to reach for kiddos so it was a little hard for them to be independent. If you continue walking towards the left, there are Buc-ee's related merch like clothing, home goods, toys, gift items, outdoor gear, and more! You'll need to practice a little self control because there were so many cute items I would have bought for myself and my family. Did you know you can throw yourself a Buc-ee's themed party? For years I've heard about Buc-ee's, and though told how large it was, I needed to see to believe it! I am pretty sure my exact words to Jann H. (Coworker who traveled to Florida with me and new to Yelp), "this is like Disneyland of gas stations... wait, wrong coast, Disneyworld!" I was MESMERIZED to put it lightly! To list out just how vast it was and the areas I would say to check out: - Merchandise (like a hobby lobby in a gas station, some great souvenirs or items for your house) - Buc-ee mascot photo opportunity?! Heck yeah! Told you it was like Disney haha. - Sweets area (baked goods, fudge, packaged candy, you name it!) - Texas BBQ (so reasonable in price and mouth watering!) - Jerky, jerky, jerky! (I bought some for my dad and mom who make their own as my dad hunts) - Pressed Pennies (another item similar to Disney and loved as my cousin Chelsey H. on Yelp collects) And other areas that I didn't get a chance to try like the vast beverage or coffee station! We even fueled up the rental vehicle and loved all the pumps as there wasn't a wait when they have over 100 pumps! We stopped at three Buc-ee's during our roadtrip down to Florida. This was our last one for the night and have one more to go to! This location is very close to the hotel we're staying at which is super convenient. It's what you'd expect from a Buc-ee's, too! It's clean, friendly, well-stocked, and has lots of items to choose from. Though, it is smaller than some other locations I've been to, it's still mighty! I did not use the restrooms here because we were only 6 minutes from our hotel, so I don't have an opinion on the cleanliness in that area. *Tesla Charging Station Ah Buc-ee's. It's interesting how I passed the Tesla recommended stops to push forward to Buc-ee's in Saint Augustine. The Tesla was sending off warning alerts: DANGER WILL ROBINSON and then the HAL 9000 voice in "2001: A Space Odyssey" says: "I am putting myself to the fullest possible use" Elon be damned, there's BBQ further north! Trust me, once I pulled into the charging station, everyone was happy. The Tesla was filling up with high quality zaps and I had a plethora of BBQ choices at my precious Buc-ee's. Before I start at any Buc-ee's, I first pour myself a cup of delicious coffee and walk around the store. While browsing, I'm stopping and chatting with people. People are stopping me to try samples: Fresh roasted turkey sir? How could I resist from someone as nice as you? Thank you. I zero in on the chopped brisket sando, my wife and her sister are planning to share a three meat sandwich. Once we had the Buc-ee's Beaver Nuggets, a huge bag of Buc-ee's pecans (For thanksgiving) as well as candied pecans, we're on our way. Always the safest place to stop for gas and a restroom break! The parking lot is well lit and busy, meaning people are always around, allowing a woman by herself space to breathe a little easier. (Though we should always be vigilant.) Snacks are top notch! I always go for the candied pecans or cashews, pickle chips, and occasionally a 32 oz. fountain soda for $1.19. The Buc-cees brand Sasparilla is my favorite. Going into the store is always an experience. It's also great for their cheap gas prices and clean bathrooms. I've heard of Buc-ee's from watching "Kara and Nate" traveling vlog on YouTube. But living in MN, there isn't one remotely close. So went Sis and I vacationed in St. Augustine this past February, I was elated to find that they have one! Now, I love a Midwest KwikTrip but this is 100 times better. That was our first stop after getting off the plane. It was on our way to the condo and I was jonesing to try the Brisket. Unfortunately, no one yelled "BRISKETS UP"! while we were there. We ate our sandwiches in the parking lot and it was delicious. I felt like my life was complete in that moment. Buc-ee's lived up to all my dreams. I could have spent hours in there. I didn't take many pics inside... my bad. But we did purchase a couple kind of beef jerseys, fudge and the nuggets. I've heard one will be coming to Wisconsin in 2027. Each time I find myself in the Saint Augustine or Jacksonville areas, I seem to always end up visiting this Buc-ee's location. I believe this is the first location of the gas station chain I ever visited, so for that reason I have positive thoughts on it. It is located a short drive from the beach at Saint Augustine, and it is not too far away from Jacksonville, either. We stopped here on the way out of Saint Augustine after being at the beach for the day. Like most Buc-ee's, this location is massive with over 100 gas pumps, plus a sizable retail store accompanied by the infamous food selection. There is plenty of parking here, as would be expected. I have visited here at certain times where it was pretty crowded, but despite that I seem to always be able to find a parking spot and a gas stall. We visited this time on a Tuesday in July around 6:30 PM. I always like to browse around anytime I am at Buc-ee's to see what is new and fun in regard to both their food and merchandise selection. There was a good variety of summer seasonal shirts and home decor. This store also had boogie boards, umbrella anchors, and various other beach items due to its proximity to the ocean. I personally had never seen that before at a Buc-ee's. Since I was last at a Buc-ee's, they had a much expanded selection of novelty merchandise relating to the store, such as a Beaver Nugget pillow. This store has a nice selection of food. I have my usual favorites that I like to get, such as the Brisket Sandwich, the Club Melt, and any of their jerky varieties. In addition to the hot food and freshly prepared items, there is a wide selection of "typical" gas station items. I personally like to get some of the Beaver Nuggets, the Sugar Free Chocolate Covered Peanuts, Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans, and the Chicharrones. Lastly, I always get a fountain drink - they truly have some of the best prices on them anywhere! Obviously, visiting this Buc-ee's, or any location, is a spectacle and more so of a novelty. The prices of some items are fair, and I think the Buc-ee's-branded merchandise is very reasonable. Most of the food is a little pricy, especially considering it is a gas station. However, it really depends on exactly what you buy, as there are good deals to be found. The staff were all nice this visit. I personally have never had a bad experience with any Buc-ee's staff. They are friendly, prompt, and kind! It is always busy at these stores, but they make the check-out process efficient and always answer all questions. Overall, I had a pleasant experience on this trip to Buc-ee's! We always like to stop at this location, and truly have never had a bad experience. It is fun to browse and see all that is new, while still being able to enjoy old favorites. Plus, they really do have incredible bathrooms! I will definitely be back on my next trip to Florida's East Coast! For Corporate Buc-ee's: I know stores must evolve and innovate, but I would love for Buc-ee's to bring back the Chocolate Covered Sunflower Seeds. They were so good, but I have not been able to find them in about two years. Also, I wish they would expand the selection for Sugar Free Chocolate. They only carry the one variety of the peanuts, but they could easily have more of this in different nut varieties or with the espresso beans. read more

Second time at Buc-ee's. They are all pretty much the same which is a good thing. Sone are bigger than others. Lots of food, drink, and snack choices. Lots of retail space for shoppers looking at impulse purchases. Sign over the bathrooms said world famous. They do a great job with cleanliness, look and privacy. I mean, it's Buc-ee's. You should know what to expect when you pull off the exit. Lines. Lots of people. Limited parking. BUT, the food is great. The bathrooms are clean. You'll spend more money than you intended. Chopped brisket sandwich is my favorite, if anyone is passing through and wants to grab me one. Every time we travel in that direction, Buc-ee's is a mandatory stop for us, first we stop for gas, obviously, for snacks and the reason I like them the most is their pristine well taken care restrooms, that's the main reason the- for me, I also like to roam around their store. As I say the snacks, but they have so many cool stuff in there, actually if I have to buy a present, a gift at the moment I will get it from Buc-ee's - I have bought so many baby gifts there and upcoming birthdays presents as well, and they also have essentials, sometimes I have bought travel pillows, when I forgot mine for a cross trip from Florida to Chicago, I have bought blankets and funny shirts, and cute little things for my daughter. Who on earth doesn't love Buc-ee's? If you don't, I'm convinced you've never actually been inside one. Whoever dreamed up this place is an absolute genius... and also definitely a billionaire several times over. This is not a gas station. This is a life event. You stop for gas and somehow lose an hour of your life--and you're happy about it. Let's start with the bathrooms. Hands down, the best restrooms on the interstate. Possibly the best restrooms in America. One of the main reasons I stop? My wife never complains about the bathroom. That alone makes Buc-ee's a marital miracle. Huge win for me. One less travel stress unlocked. But wait--no one leaves without jerky. It's the law. You might intend to just sample a few flavors, but next thing you know you're walking out with a pound like you're stocking a fallout shelter. Then comes the candy wall. If you can't find something you like there, you're not really a traveler. Road trips are powered by snacks, and Buc-ee's understands the assignment. Still not done. Oh no. Step right up to the fudge counter. Sure, why not grab a pound of that too? Calories don't count when you're traveling. I don't make the rules. And the brisket sandwiches... I have no idea what they're yelling about back there, but the smell alone should be illegal. One brisket sandwich to go, please. Possibly two. For "later." Thank goodness for electronic leashes (aka cell phones), because my wife and I will be on opposite ends of the store and have to call each other just to meet in the middle. Every. Single. Time. I finally got my list together and loaded up the pups and we headed to the land of Buc. I picked up all the must try's. The sandwich was ok. I liked the brisket mac n cheese more. The pups enjoyed tastes of the beef sticks, Carl says 5 out of 10. We also picked up two frozen stuffed chickens, stuffed jalapeños and stuffed tenderloin as well as some nuggets, jerky and Dano's seasonings. Have not tried those yet. It was a fun outing. It's a very clean store. Every section well labeled and easy to find. Customer service was fantastic and had no wait to check out. read more

I have to start by saying I'm not someone who gets the hype around Buc-ee's. But If overstimulation was a physical location it would 100% be a Buc-ee's. I do love the bathrooms for a roadtrip and it do go out of my way tto try to stop there for a break. European style stalls from a company ot of TX is wild but I'm grateful for them. I generally speaking am not a fan of the food so we do not stop there or the other various offerings - I don't get why anyone wants Buc-ee's merch but to each their own. The parking lot os always really aggressive and full os thats not for me either. It is alwys slow to get in and out as well. But a this location on this one visit a woman slipped and fell and hit her head while I was there and the employees all started yelling "FALL' at the top of their lungs until I guess a manager arrived? That feels unnecessary and uncomfortable and honestly if I was the poor person who fell and suddenly had a bunch of strangers yelling round me it wouldn't improve my situation or mood. It also made the other people on the stare stap and gawk and crowd around to rubberneck. read more

We like Buc-ee's. It's an experience plus it's fun to see all the first timers marvel at all the inventory in the store. I hadn't been to this location before. We usually stop at one closer to Daytona. He was craving some beaver nuggets and also needed to get some for some of his friends. I like their fudge and we did stop to try a taste of one of the new to us varieties. We did care for the white fudge so we passed on that. I did get some warm glazed pecans instead -- and they were wonderful. One of the candy bars that he usually gets here, they didn't have either! It's called "big hunk" so if you see it, let us know. The only thing I can say negatively is that we usually get gas here but stopped at Costco located on the same street -- the gas price there was much cheaper. So if you're a member, get gas there first, then come here for the food, candy, etc., and clean restrooms. read more
