I mainly shopped at the store in Stroudsburg out of the 4 locations that I knew of. Stroudsburg, Stroud Mall, Tannersville, and last Brodheadsville. I was trying to sell a ring that I purchased from the Stroudsburg location. I was eventually told to try the Brodheadsville location. I took the ring there. I didn't check with them for a while, waiting for a call. However, one day I drove up to the store and store was empty. I tried to call and the phone rang of the hook. I went back Tannersville, Stroudsburg as well, they all closed down. I was shock! No forwarding address or phone number. I was surprisingly disappointed. I use to take pictures in Sammy's upstairs gallery, with all the vintage ships, art work, Greek sculptures, etc... I'm sure Sammy wasn't aware of the transaction that accrued. Brought my wedding set to them after getting it back from another jeweler who left my prongs filed…read moreoff and stones loose. They had to completely rebuild all the damage. They explained every step they had to take to do so. They did an absolutely amazing job. My rings look beautiful! I can feel the weight difference in my hand and the prongs and channel set seem strong and are perfectly symmetrical. The stones have all been beautifully polished and cleaned. Will definitely recommend to others.

I had 6 pieces repaired. Of the 6, 3 of the repairs were poorly executed (sloppy and one bracelet…read morewas crushed in multiple spots). Upon the first wearing of the repaired pieces, the necklace fell off, the bracelet fell off, and the ring had a spur. I would not recommend.
