They sold me a $40,000 lemon which I put $2000 into within the first 1500 miles. Then the fuel system failed. $12,000 later I was able to get rid of this lemon. Avoid this dishonest dealership like the plague.

I would never advise anyone to do business with R21 Motorsports in Canal Fulton, Ohio. My…read moreinteraction with Matt Mayle was unprofessional and condescending. The vehicle I inquired about was exactly what I was looking for, but the Experian AutoCheck report showed a duplicate title, which raised serious concerns. Naturally, I asked for clarification by email -- any reasonable buyer would want to understand the situation. Instead of addressing my concern or explaining the status of the duplicate title, Matt Mayle dismissed me with the exact words: "You can easily research what a duplicate title means." That kind of "figure it out yourself" response showed a complete lack of professionalism and care. Customers expect transparency, not dismissiveness -- especially when it comes to something as important as vehicle ownership. This attitude was the red flag I needed to decide not to invest my time or money with this dealership. If you value respect and honesty, I strongly recommend finding a dealer who actually cares about their customers. Potential Concerns of Duplicate Title: * Fraud risk: If someone requests a duplicate while the original still exists, it can raise the possibility of fraud (e.g., selling the car twice or hiding liens). * Hidden liens: A duplicate title might indicate unresolved loans if the original had lien information. Always check that the duplicate shows the vehicle as lien-free. * Ownership disputes: If two people hold different titles for the same car (original vs. duplicate), the most recently issued title is typically considered the valid one. * Buyer caution: If you're buying the car, a duplicate title isn't automatically bad--but it should make you more careful about verifying ownership and lien status.

My current car had throttle issues so i needed a reliable unscary car. We found my new car at Spirit Auto Group almost immediately. The transaction was so fast that i can no longer complain about the horror stories i have from previous experiences at dealerships. We found the car and did not have time wasted on offers of a bunch of maintenance or other "perks" that always became waste of money in the past. I had several questions and each one answered in normal English. I have no knowledge of cars or repairs or any of that. I wanna get and go. Well, get and go with my own set of questions. 5 years later my car still runs like a champ and i left the license plate holder that says Spirit Auto Group on my car. I usually NEVER advertise for companies, espcially if not deserved. In this case, i am proud to display the company name of the great car dealership that did not take advantage of me when I desperately needed help on THAT day to find a car. I tell everyone I know to go there if they need a vehicle. This is a rare car dealership. They are very honest and super helpful.

I was already preapproved through my bank for the Purchase. During the test drive when I put the vehicle in reverse it stuttered a bit and I wrote it off as a coincidence and me getting used to the pedal because it didn't happen again out the door ended up paying $15,000 for the vehicle and as soon as I pulled off the lot check engine light came on as well as the light that said service four-wheel-drive. The dealership was closed when I left And since I live 2 1/2 hours away, I decided to drive Home and call them first thing in the morning. When I called them, they reassured me on the phone that Any issues like this and they said bring the And we'll take a look at it. I had the codes ran myself faulty O2 sensor amongst Other issues that seem to be more severe. They inspected the vehicle turned the light off And we're not Willing to help me fix the issue with the vehicle. They had me talk to sales management. I told them that I had suspicion that they had turned the light off and I felt like they were aware it was on and chose not to disclose the information voiding the as is sale. From this point on everything got out of hand. They became very defensive to the point Of calling the police on me after offering to help me fix it for 25% off. I accepted their offer for the discount But they still had me trespassed on the property So I was not able to accept the offer. Do you not Buy a used vehicle from them. If calling the police On a dissatisfied customer who is simply communicating Does not scream that something is off I don't know what does. Aside from the burden of selling a car they knew was messed up they had me drive 5 hours with my 7 month old son and his mother just to call the cops on me because I asked them questions that made them uncomfortable with what they had done.
