Car i went to look at did not look like the photos at all! guy was too busy on his phone rather than actually communicating with me. wasted my time. car had service overdo as well which wasn't shown in the photos and many dents and scratches. most of the buttons didn't work either.

Daniel is great! I bought a Tesla from him and everything from the initial comms to the final transaction was very professionally handled and smooth. I am wary of dealers based on past experience but Buckey Buddy is different. I wish them the very best.

Bad experience here. I would ay that the owner is not to be trusted. Went to buy a damaged vehicle,…read morea Toyota Sienna I had found but he said it was being detailed and would be done soon,. Every time I called, it was the same excuse. Finally it was ready some two or so weeks later. When I inquired about the crash it was in, someone told me the right side but when I arrived it turned out to be the right front side, so I was a bit concerned. Long story sort here: I was now dealing with the guy's cousin a 19 year old which made me nervous although he seemed or acted confident. It took at least two hours to get through the paperwork. I retuned home and looked more closely at the tires and noticed the two rear ones needed to be replaced. I went to a local auto shop and they confirmed 3 of the 4 tires wee from different manufacturers and one , the front left, when removed was dangerously shredding on the inside, He told me that it made the van a death trap. And even worse, the mechanical job fixing any problems with the front it was an amateur job....but he said it was good enough once the tire was replaced. Bottom line: make sure you check any vehicle you are interested in because you are not going to told the truth as is so common with the vast majority of used car dealers, apparently & especially in Sacramento (I have been told this repeatedly by others more familiar). Unfortunately, I needed a van and took a chance and maybe paid the price. But as most folks know buying a used vehicle from anybody is a crap shoot as it is a rare phenomenon for anybody to be honest these days. I was astounded that this pathetic owner would sell a van knowing that it has a serious problem like this.

The vehicle was listed on Cars.com as having a clean title and no accidents, and they assured me in person that everything was good. I trusted them -- and that was my first mistake. After getting the Jeep home to Louisiana, I found out it was actually a junk vehicle in the state of California, and the title was destroyed. In other words, it can't even be registered or legally driven. That critical detail was never mentioned by the dealership. Not once. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that can't be used, and I'm getting fines and penalties from the Louisiana DMV because I can't register it. This entire mess has cost me time, money, and endless frustration. To make things worse, their lot and office were absolutely disgusting -- filthy, unorganized, and not somewhere you'd expect a legitimate business to operate. Looking back, the condition of their place should've been my first red flag. Do not buy from River City Auto Sales. They are completely dishonest, unprofessional, and have zero regard for their customers. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

I just completed the purchase so can't speak a lot to the car itself, but it was quite possibly the most painful car buying experience of my fifty years, and that is obviously saying a lot. My sales coordinator was Tevin, and he was great and really did try to be helpful, but Rivian itself is a complete joke. They claim to be a luxury brand but then treat their potential customers as a commodity and nickel and dime them at every step along the way (do you know there is an upcharge for a spare tire?), claim to be transparent and then things pop up later in the process just as woould happen with any other car dealer. They accept credit cards, but only sometimes, the paperwork is simple enough but is required to be all done on line, which then doesn't work. All in the name of efficiency of course, but it still took me an hour and a half to "take delivery" of the car. Thirty minutes of that was the process of buying a charger so I can charge at home (for an upcharge of course). If you expect to feel like a valued customer when you are dropping 100k, this is not the company for you.
