I was on the hunt for a Tesla, and this dealership had a wide selection. I thought it would be the perfect place to find my Tesla Model 3 within my budget. However, they acted strangely. These dealerships often refuse to let you test drive a car without submitting a credit application. I felt like they were judging me based on my appearance, and it didn't seem like they were interested in my business. I visited the dealership a few times, asking about multiple cars, but I never got to test drive one. Fortunately, there was another dealership nearby with a bunch of Teslas that didn't treat me like I was just some tire kicker wasting their time. You should never judge someone based on their looks. If I'm interested in buying a car, I should be able to drive it without having to submit a credit application. Heck, I never even had a chance to go inside one. They treated me like I was some sort of hobo off the street. read more

CHECK YOUR CONTRACT! No Lo-Jack was ever discussed. They added it to the contract for $999.00. I will leave this a 1 star, until they do the right thing. Additionally, they use iGotcha, not Lo-Jack. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Bucket Buddy gave me a fantastic car-buying experience from start to finish. I worked with two people--Nik (I think that was his name) and Danylo. Both were super helpful, kind, and never pushy. They answered all of my questions, gave me time to think things through, and made me feel totally comfortable with the process. The car I bought was exactly as listed--clean, well-maintained, with accurate photos and mileage. They provided the Carfax right away and were very transparent. The price was a great deal, especially for the condition it was in. The purchase process was quick, efficient, and smooth. I didn't need financing, but they offered it, and they accepted various payment methods. Also--the office was clean, professional-looking, and well air-conditioned (small detail, but appreciated!). I called them with the intent of buying a car today from them - today. They had a model that I really liked and was hoping we could come to a general score I made the two hour drive to the dealership. The sales person was rude and d dismissive. Immediately saying they would not negotiate on the price. I'm no dummy. Their pricing was above blue book and above what others were pricing for similar vehicles. I tried to explain this and he continued to be rude. Stay away. Not trustworthy. They lost a sale today and gained a 1-star review. The owner of this establishment should be aware that his sales folks are costing him success. read more

Car i went to look at did not look like the photos at all! guy was too busy on his phone rather than actually communicating with me. wasted my time. car had service overdo as well which wasn't shown in the photos and many dents and scratches. most of the buttons didn't work either. read more

Our Experience was not the best when first discovering this dealership. We were approached by a salesman that didn't seem like a true salesman's trying to pitch a good sale. A few short days later we went back after getting a call from a manager to try and pursue a better deal for us and get us back in there which we were happy with after getting someone new there. Although that process seemed better, we would soon be awaken by several factors wrong with the vehicle. We have had several service appointments to Tesla that have cost us $$$thousands of dollars for repairs. Bake Tires, bad window regulators, air conditioning failed on us, little plastic of interior have began to fall apart on seats. Still have to get it back into Tesla for bad ultra sonic sensors for the falcons doors that the sales man said was normal for the doors to operate and Tesla assured us that there is something wrong with them, including the passenger door hinge not operating correctly. Overall I would stay away from purchasing a vehicle from this place. It will cost you some money. Hopefully, the dealership will do right by us and cover the repair costs of Teslas service and more. read more

FRAUD- BAD BUSINESS!! I recently purchased (Cash; May 2025) a 2022 Tesla Model 3. The listing price was $17,500. I was told to file the EV credit on my taxes the following year. Nick asked for my social for the paperwork. He never told me that he was going to apply for the credit and pocket it. Here it is June 2025, I received a letter from IRS stating that I elected to give the dealership the credit which was supposed to drop my total price by $4,000 or I could file the credit on my taxes. I read the letter and immediately drove over to BucketBuddy to get some answers as to why the total price was not lowered by $4,000. One guy acted like he was able to help but then when we started breaking down numbers he said no, no I'm not helping you come back to talk to the guy that helped you. He proceeded to jump on the phone to call someone. We asked for a supervisor we were told there is no supervisor or owner. One guy walked in and the one that did not want to help said oh yeah he's the manager. The guy did not listen to what we had to say he said this is the contract and that's that. We told him the numbers are not adding up we were scammed. He said well you came back months later. Sir, I JUST purchased the car last month in May... This place is a scam and will steal your money. Horrible customer service. They lie on the paperwork and will lie to your face. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! read more

Purchased a 2014 bmw on June 7, 2024 I was excited my husband bought me car for my push present . Within one week of having it we have check engine light on 5 different codes on our scanner ,took it to autozone to clarify and an auto shop because they needed accuracy proof.. sent it to Mike from bucket buddy auto sales and the finance office .. Mike always came up with the excuse I'll call you back in 1 minute for the past week .. we decided we didn't want the car because why would it mess up within the week of having it ? We spoke to Mike to come up with a deal . We told him we were willing to leave half the deposit because we knew from our end we would both be loosing .. he misunderstood my husband and was willing to work with we keep all your hard working money and the car ! What makes you think of that ? Another week of us calling him and telling him the car is not drivable he wants to send his mechanic at 8pm at night .. mind you we have a family . So we say no Monday morning sounds better . His mechanic comes and fixes it takes of the code & he supposably drove it but not enough .. I wait until my husband gets home to test drive the car and guess what .. another code comes up as we are driving on the freeway .. it's like if he changed the mest up part for the other good one the car has and the car once again is not running . We called him the same day FaceTime and tell him look at this .. now he is trying to blame us of how we are driving the car ? If it were of how we are driving the car why didn't it mess up the hour we brought it home ? I'm soo upset at the moment not only for me but my whole family we were willing to leave half our deposit because we weren't being selfish but you know what they say these people don't care for you !
