If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Bucket Buddy…read moregave me a fantastic car-buying experience from start to finish. I worked with two people--Nik (I think that was his name) and Danylo. Both were super helpful, kind, and never pushy. They answered all of my questions, gave me time to think things through, and made me feel totally comfortable with the process. The car I bought was exactly as listed--clean, well-maintained, with accurate photos and mileage. They provided the Carfax right away and were very transparent. The price was a great deal, especially for the condition it was in. The purchase process was quick, efficient, and smooth. I didn't need financing, but they offered it, and they accepted various payment methods. Also--the office was clean, professional-looking, and well air-conditioned (small detail, but appreciated!). I would definitely recommend Bucket Buddy and would happily buy from them again.

Initially was met with initially great salesman attitude when we pointed out that the Tesla that we were interested in only had a 10 mile radius and asked if it could be put onto a charger while we went and had lunch and came back for a test drive. We were met with Rudest attitude ever Of I could charge it, but it would still be 10 miles! He then proceeded to speak to us, as if we were idiots and had not a clue how Teslas worked, even though we pulled up in a Tesla ourselves. Needless to say we end up driving further down the road, saw another dealership and bought a Tesla from them today purely only because they were more professional It wasn't model we were after no but their salesman was more professional and courteous than bucket, buddy.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with River City Auto Sales in West Sacramento…read morewas nothing short of a nightmare. I bought a 1996 Jeep Cherokee from them. The vehicle was listed on Cars.com as having a clean title and no accidents, and they assured me in person that everything was good. I trusted them -- and that was my first mistake. After getting the Jeep home to Louisiana, I found out it was actually a junk vehicle in the state of California, and the title was destroyed. In other words, it can't even be registered or legally driven. That critical detail was never mentioned by the dealership. Not once. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that can't be used, and I'm getting fines and penalties from the Louisiana DMV because I can't register it. This entire mess has cost me time, money, and endless frustration. To make things worse, their lot and office were absolutely disgusting -- filthy, unorganized, and not somewhere you'd expect a legitimate business to operate. Looking back, the condition of their place should've been my first red flag. Do not buy from River City Auto Sales. They are completely dishonest, unprofessional, and have zero regard for their customers. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

It had a few seats in the waiting area with some soda water, canned water, cups, and a small kids table with toys and books. The service advisor walked us thru the process of operating the car. We were aware of how to drive an EV because we own 2 EVs already. There was no pressure from him. He wasn't a scumbag like regular car dealerships. We test drove the car by ourselves. He did not join the ride. We loved the car. We had a great experience here.

I just completed the purchase so can't speak a lot to the car itself, but it was quite possibly the most painful car buying experience of my fifty years, and that is obviously saying a lot. My sales coordinator was Tevin, and he was great and really did try to be helpful, but Rivian itself is a complete joke. They claim to be a luxury brand but then treat their potential customers as a commodity and nickel and dime them at every step along the way (do you know there is an upcharge for a spare tire?), claim to be transparent and then things pop up later in the process just as woould happen with any other car dealer. They accept credit cards, but only sometimes, the paperwork is simple enough but is required to be all done on line, which then doesn't work. All in the name of efficiency of course, but it still took me an hour and a half to "take delivery" of the car. Thirty minutes of that was the process of buying a charger so I can charge at home (for an upcharge of course). If you expect to feel like a valued customer when you are dropping 100k, this is not the company for you.
