My favorite non-chain car wash sadly closed last year and is getting turned into another Moo Moo. I think I was slightly bitter, because I have avoided the Moo but my car just got too dirty to wait any longer. The Clintonville location is located at a very busy intersection on High Street and the entrance is tight. It was busy, but the line moved very quickly. The attendant that helped me was great about explaining the various wash choices. I thought the prices were very reasonable. The vacuums are free and plentiful, which is nice. I think the wash didn't get my car completely clean, but it was a good experience overall and I would return. read more

I enjoy washing my own car. Just not in 45 degree weather. I like a car wash with brushes because they do a really good job. Moo Moo Express fits the bill and then more. Warm greeting by the staff, and I got handed a small packet when I entered the wash. WTH? Looks like a to go pack of silverware. Nope. Wipe to clean the dash while you are in the wash. An air freshener. And a towel (chamois) to dry your car when you exit. TIP - when you exit the wash pull into one of the parking spots and use the towel. Takes all the water spots off the car. And it smells great when you are in the wash. Great job Moo Moo! read more

I visited around 2:30 pm and there were two men at the kiosk. One, an older white man, was quite simply harassing me. There's no other way to put it. He told me, "we don't want to take cash," then looked at my wallet in my lap and said, "I know you have a credit card in there." Taken aback, I said, "No. I prefer cash." He shook his head. He then proceeded to input the wrong car wash, and to a more expensive option. I corrected him and his response was, "See? You even know the name of them! You should have a membership!" This was not a friendly, joking manner. This was an attempt to belittle my choices, as if he clearly knew better than I did about my own financial decisions. The other man, the younger one, looked a bit sheepish, not wanting to correct the older man, but clearly feeling very uncomfortable. He then said, "oh, you look like the kind of woman I don't want to argue with!" I don't know if this was an attempt to flirt, or just simply be a jerk. In any case, as soon as the boom gate lifted, I went forward. I did not wait for my receipt. I felt like my patronage was not welcome if I was not going to pay with a credit card or buy a membership. I've enjoyed the friendly service up until today. But if this man is going to keep working there or this bullying behavior is Moo Moo's new customer service, I'd happily drive on to another business. read more

my car really needed a wash and vacuum. which is something I almost never do. I took my car to a moo moo today and spent $7 just for the machine to absolutely butcher my car. inside the machine my side mirror cap well off & when I got out of my car, I looked, and on the same side as that mirror, A HUGE and LONG scratch was on my car. beginning in the front and extending all the way into the back. I looked behind my car, at my bumper, and all the paint was tearing off. absolutely terrible. the manager wouldn't even come to see me, his employee tried to get him but the manager just told him to tell me that "they aren't liable for any damages". the employee ended up helping me TAPE my cap back on the side mirror and they sent me on the way without even a "sorry" absolutely awful and I am furious read more

I think the Moo Moo is a pretty solid choice for a drive thru car wash. I was in and out pretty efficiently, and spent my fair share at the vacuums. The hoses are extra long and flexible and easy to sling around the top of your car. I will admit to not washing my car as often as I should, but when I do, it's at the Moo! read more

I attended the Yelp free car wash event and enjoyed the visit! It was pretty quick and efficient and I have very few complaints. I did very much enjoy driving thru as I find that oddly peaceful. I'm really not one to go out of my way for a car wash. I genuinely don't care if my car sparkles...and so as a result, the price on this, has it not been free, seems a tough pricy. It would have been $18 and you have to vacuum yourself. If I'm paying to get my car done, I'm splurging and paying a bit more to have someone else do that for me. My car was scratched by the brushes or something stuck in them. The company denied all responsibility. Im a car enthusiast and detail my car often. I always hand dry my car after passing through. I have had issues with employees not paying attention when guiding my vehicle in as well. Do yourself a favor if you care about you paint and clear coating. Avoid Moo Moo. I was trying to spend $350 to save $72 of a $432 car wash membership. They would not honor the deal they offered me on their website. I have drove there twice and did not even get offered a wash. I have been a customer since you built the wash business near Graceland Shopping. It included tire shine. I really liked that and now have three memberships, I have also had my employer who has 8 trucks to get a membership card. Nothing looked better than a clean car and shiny tires. Then the $5.00 went away, then the tire shine went away, the reason I had memberships. I have noticed that the quality of the wash has decreased. Now many people may not notice it but being a car nut, owning many antique cars notices a change in quality. It has changed. Now today at Graceland I noticed the drying system has changed, I have water spots on the front windshield side mirrors and side and back glass. The wheel covers are not as clean and we noticed that on our trucks. At one time your wash system was the best, but now it is nowhere near that. Next, I want to address the cleaning of the windshields. Before when the little feather friends dumped on our vehicle your car wash cleaned the residue off. Not today, Things have changed. Today the droppings were still present on the car and windshield. One of our drivers made the same comment as to the trucks. We are not stupid, as the results of a car wash have changed. read more

This company doesn't provide customer service. When I wrote to them online, I never got any response. They never try to fix the problems they create for us. On Oct. 4, 2022, at Morse Road, Matt told me that I could buy one month and get one month. But on Nov. 4, 2022, I was charged again and didn't get any notice ahead or later. This has always been Moo Moo's ill business behavior. During July, 2016 to Oct, 2019, my husband, a dementia old man, was charged 40 months for no service, every month $25 or $24.99, total $999.76, but he didn't get any notice ahead or later. The people working at this location are very nice. I wish there were better options for each tier point. The lowest to highest car wash prices are $5, $8, $13, and $18. I paid for the $18 car cash for my white SUV which was moderately dirty from the winter salt roads and I thought the car wash JUST OK. I complained to one of the attendants and he told me just to drive through again. Vacuums are free but they aren't powerful at all. I'll come here once in awhile since they are in convenient locations. read more

Good car wash, great location, generally good staff. HOWEVER, they've just started a policy of not allowing you through the wash with trailer hitch style bike racks on the back of your car. I've been going through with my bike rack on there for years with no issues (just have to remind staff to turn off back brush). Fine, I tried to cancel my membership. They said they couldn't do a prorated refund and I'd be paying for my membership for another 20 days without the ability to use the car wash. That's ridiculous. If I can't use it, they need to prorate the membership, or better yet, find a way to accommodate bike racks. It's a heavy duty hitch style and I pay someone to install it in spring and remove it in late fall. I can't do it myself. read more

I always love going through the various Moo Moo Car Wash facilities in Columbus! Yesterday I had an extra positive experience at this location in particular. Around noon on Friday the 22nd, the gentleman standing near the car wash entry noticed I am particularly short and was having issues reaching the payment machine and he sprinted over to make sure I didn't have to stretch or open my door to pick my wash and pay. I really appreciate the extra effort he made to ensure I didn't have to feel silly reaching for the machine. Thank you for great customer service! And a great wash! read more

First time visiting Moo Moo today, truly incredible experience. I was met by a sweet young boy, with a smile on his face named Cameron (though I couldn't truly tell because he was doing his part in wearing as mask, but by the sound in his voice and look in his eyes I could tell there was a smile under that mask.). He then walked me through all the washing options to help me decide what was best for me. He guided me into the washing tunnel and met me on the other side to direct me to the vacuums. On top of that he even helped me dry off my car! What a great experience and such a nice young man! I will certainly visit again! read more

It's not the easiest to get in and out of but the traffic light is a saving grace for that. It's convenient to the neighborhood and affordable so I have used this location from time to time. The wash pass (only $20.00) is truly a life-saver for the finish of my vehicle -- they staff is always friendly and, if you ask, they will even give you the premium packet (towell, wet wipes and a nice little air freshener with a non-offensive smell) too! Car wash was fine but the main reason I went her was for the free vacuum. I usually go to Goo Goo but this place is cheaper. When I parked at the vacuum and TRIED to vacuum my car, I was disappointed to see the vacuum had absolutely no suction at all. I had my husband try the next vacuum, this one had no suction either. There was a sign that specifically said " if the vacuum isn't adequate please see the attendant" . It's sad that you even have this sign up because this means you know you have a problem. I tried to find an attendant and of course there was none to be found. At this point I just drove away, completely regretting driving out of my way for a place that I wasted my money at. bought the mid-level $13 car wash. 1. wash ok, but soap residual on the front right side of car. so wonder if wax got to that area. 2. similar to other reviews here: vacuum hoses broken/not maintained. after pulling into a slot to vacuum, noticed hose, detached from nozzle, laying on the ground, sucking air. went to other side, and while nozzle stayed attached for a small while, also detached, which requires you to either use the hose by itself (minus nozzle), or physically hold the nozzle onto the hose. (a fellow car washer said moo moo would allow you to run car through wash again, by the way.) this is a relatively new moo moo location (1-2 years?) but they are not maintaining read more

Scanner doesn't read my tag because the system is the new version, so since I'm logged in on the old system which works at any other moo moo and they haven't updated I have to press the "help" button every time to get my wash under the membership program. My car has been scratched a few times small yet still damage. Wasn't informed about incident report you are allowed to make but just given a free cream-de-la-crem wash. Besides the mistake the wash cleaned the car and the blower worked nicely to remove excess water. Wheels shine like a pearl, and vacuums worked nicely. read more
