Last summer I needed a car pretty quick. I purchased a Corolla that I knew had been hit in the rear and repaired. Driving it home it didn't steer quite right. There was some leftover rear suspension damage that couldn't be seen visually but showed up plainly on an alignment rack. I took the car back to them and they made it right. Also included was a year long drive train warranty. The car has been great since. I would recommend them just understand the ground rules.

They do their own body work and do excellent work to the point that you cannot tell the car has been damaged. He can give a price break because of the depreciation the cars face over having been in an accident but because he's less expensive than everyone else, he is not generous on trade and will not come down on the price. Be prepared to pretty much pay his asking price plus ballpark of $1,000 for tax and title. He's probably going to be better than anyone else you could buy a car from.

However, the steps that happened were top of the chart. Liz went above and beyond after hours to walk me through everything that would be occurring. She kept me up to date on my insurance and the driver at faults insurance. She even had to take a check to the tow yard because they weren't doing their part quick enough. I was beyond frazzled after never gone through this process before. But, Liz made me feel like I was number one, despite having many claims she deals with daily. All of the staff I interacted with were polite and professional, and that made the process more comfortable. However, I do have several complaints. Before driving all the way from Virginia to Ohio, we agreed on an out-the-door price of $35,000. When I arrived, I was told the price had been increased by $500, and there was very little willingness to negotiate after the fact. That was frustrating, especially after making such a long trip based on a prior agreement. The vehicle itself was also disappointing at delivery. The Bronco was very dirty, had only about 10% oil life remaining, and was given to me with almost no gas in the tank. It also needs the window wipers replaced. When I brought this up, Hunter said he would provide a gas card, but I was only given $12, even though it takes roughly $60 to fill the tank. The listing said it had 55,000 thousand miles but when I arrived it has 57,500 thousand. While I'm happy with the Bronco itself and the staff was friendly, the pricing change, lack of vehicle prep, and minimal effort to make things right took away from what should have been an exciting purchase experience.
