I was told about Buckle a year ago and finally visited the Altamonte store yesterday. I was greeted by Winnie, she asked my normal size and off she went. The other employee whose name I didn't get showed me the dressing room. When I walked in, there were jeans everywhere. I thought I'd walked into someone elses room but these young ladies quickly gathered these items for me! I really appreciated this as far as my time and I loved having all these choices. After a few try ons, they looked at my issues and brought me more and after about 6 changes, found me the best jeans. One pair needs hemmed, a free service they offer in store and other pair ordered. I originally wanted to set appointment to be fitted, but could not reach anyone. After being there and witnessing these fabulous girls in action, I understand why the phone wouldn't be answered. Thrilled to have found jeans in less than 30 minutes and fit better than anything I've found in last 30 years! read more

Though the necklaces aren't real gold or silver, I see similar designs at stores nearby (and online) for ridiculously inflated prices. One necklace I wore even into the shower eventually lost its gold sheen and turned a dark silver, but I actually dig the look and am still happy with it. Overall, I'm thankful for a place on the avenue that caters to a broader economic audience at least.

Several customers became impatient, knocking loudly on my stall door, rattling the other stall door, stomping outside the stall, and creating an uncomfortable environment. I understand that the behavior of other customers is outside the store's control. However, what was disappointing was how the situation was handled by an employee. Instead of checking on me with professionalism or helping de-escalate the situation, the employee came into the restroom to tell me there was a line waiting, rolled her eyes, and made facial expressions that felt dismissive and inappropriate. Rather than making me feel safe or respected, I felt embarrassed and pressured while simply using the restroom. I later contacted customer service and spoke with an assistant manager because I felt the employee's behavior was unprofessional. I hope this feedback reaches corporate so employees are reminded to treat customers with respect and sensitivity, especially in situations involving privacy.

They offered to take the shirts and credit me the money for the shirts saving me the hassle of having to call get a shipping label and ship them back myself. Shoe Depot has a great selection of shoes for a fair price. Most shoes are in the $45-$60 range…read moredepending on brand. They have a discount section in the back where most of the older inventory is in the $25 range. They sell all popular brands but you won't find much for work boots or boots in general. Alternativly, they do have a decent selection or sandals and Crocs. The store is organized and clean. Staff were friendly and did a great job organizing shoes by size. I was impressed they carried size 13 in most of the shoes I was interested in. My wife picked out a pair of sandals for about $25 that she is very happy with. All in all, a great shopping experience and we would come back next time we're shopping at this mall.
