We recently stopped by Buckle to pick out a few shirts and pants for our friend who was visiting from out of town. He was looking for some new Affliction shirts and we knew that Buckle would have them; and they had a great selection. The Affliction shirts are $65 each and he got two and we decided to go to another store in Sanford that has a great selection of rock-n-roll jeans at a third of the price. Buckle has some awesome jeans but your paying top dollar for them. One pair I was interested in was $165 so that was a no-go for today, maybe next time. Buckle carries a variety of private brands you won't see everywhere else; brands like BKE, Gimmicks, Daytrip, Buckle Black, Affliction, Willow & Root, Outpost Makers, Departwest, and more. I really miss the rock-n-roll button up collard shirts that Buckle used to sell about 10-years ago. The were really well made and you just can't find anything like them anymore. I have one in my wardrobe but it's a little tight now; I just couldn't give it up, its just too cool. I guess I'll just have to wait until that style comes back around again, lol! Staff were super friendly and helpful and the store was kept immaculate. I highly recommend checking them out if you are in the mall and looking for a sweet item to add to your wardrobe. read more

Good quality clothing but WOWza their prices are expensive! The online sales are wayyyyy better than in the store. It is a bit frustrating that they stick a very limited supply of each items sizes. The associates up-sell like craaaazy! I don't really enjoy high pressure buying situations because it can be confrontational and uncomfortable, but the girls are always really nice and helpful. read more

If you don't give this store 5 stars, you are just crazy, or u don't like customer service. Cool clothes or you just want to be negative. Since the first time Yi walked in there all the employees are at your disposal, never rude. I like to look and they might be closing but they are not kicking me out. I had to get a credit card for there so I could always get something that I may want. read more

Nothing like being made to feel ashamed of what you're wearing when you walk into a store and it's their brand of clothing. Morgan at the Altamonte Mall location couldn't have been more condescending if she tried by telling me that she had never heard of BKE jeans I was only waiting for the other shoe to drop and for her to tell me she had never seen a Hurley t-shirt. Telling me that I am inspecting shirts is definitely not the way to make me want to buy a shirt. read more

The rating is not representative of their great selection in jeans. They have so many different cuts of great quality jeans for men and women that you will likely find one that works for you. And if they are a little long? They'll even hem them for you with the original hem free of charge. Their staff is well-trained and very accommodating and helpful as well. The problem? They are one of the main purveyors of "douchebag" shirts (think Affliction shirts adorned with rhinestones and embroidered eagles across the entire back). They punish our eyes on Friday and Saturday night at the clubs and must come with a free bottle of Axe body spray - which the wearer must assume has to be used all at once. If you buy one of these shirts, you are an idiot (but thank you for spending the money to keep the economy going). If they stopped selling these shirts, they would easily get 4-5 stars. read more

I was told about Buckle a year ago and finally visited the Altamonte store yesterday. I was greeted by Winnie, she asked my normal size and off she went. The other employee whose name I didn't get showed me the dressing room. When I walked in, there were jeans everywhere. I thought I'd walked into someone elses room but these young ladies quickly gathered these items for me! I really appreciated this as far as my time and I loved having all these choices. After a few try ons, they looked at my issues and brought me more and after about 6 changes, found me the best jeans. One pair needs hemmed, a free service they offer in store and other pair ordered. I originally wanted to set appointment to be fitted, but could not reach anyone. After being there and witnessing these fabulous girls in action, I understand why the phone wouldn't be answered. Thrilled to have found jeans in less than 30 minutes and fit better than anything I've found in last 30 years! read more
