The bread they use holds up well and has a slight crunch to it. If you prefer your bread to have softness to it, you may have to ask if they can substitute a different bread instead of the italian flat bread they use. As a Ferrari F1 fan, I appreciate them displaying this here along with the track map of the COTA circuit in Austin.
