He was clearing every crumb off the table, making sure everyone had whatever food or beverage they needed, keeping everything organized, and just constantly checking on the party without ever making it feel like he was hovering. We also brought in a birthday cake, and he took the time to slice every single piece, plate it, and personally deliver it to everyone. That kind of effort really stood out to me. To the owner and management: you have an absolute gem on your team. Please give this man the recognition he deserves because exceptional employees like that are hard to find.
