Ok to start out with I bought a brand new Camaro from you guys 2015 and I love it. Ron Gehman was are Sale Consultant and he did the best job ever I have never see him before this day we had been in a week before this and seen the car on the floor in the show room we wanted to look at a few more car first but we came back to this one on 10/3/ 2015 Ron was the first one out the door and came right up to us he was friendly and very nice my husband ken Scott is a stuff cookie he works 6 day a week and 12 hours a day and don't have a lot of time on his hands my car broke down for the last time and he was not going to fix it again so he took the day off work to buy me a new car and said we are not going home till you find what you want he told Ron he was a busy man and had a roof that he need to do on the house this weekend to and that he did not have all day to play games so he told Ron what I want and what he was willing to give I told Ron to find a car like the one on the show room floor that I want to drive it and he did that we head out we did not get to far and I said no need to go on I want it so back we went Ron was on the ball Kenny is a hard man to please he just don't have a lot of time not one time did Ron lose where he was or what he had to do in a short time he never once forgot about us in my eyes and kenny he is your number 1 sale consultant he told us everything we need to know and more he ask many time if we need anything just say it and he would get it that young man was running around like he owned the place and that is the sale consultant I want not one that say I'm not sure about that if he did not know something he never let us know that he would take care of it or find out for us the next thing I know we are in with the finance Director Richard Black and he seen that Kenny was in no mood for bull he told us everything we need to know he knew Kenny work a lot and need to be on his way but he want to make sure all paper work was good and that we were getting everything we need for the car Richard is a stand up guy he not one of them that push thing at you but he told us about the ex thing you can buy for the car and we got it thank you for that when we were done Ron was waiting for us with a few more papers and had the team of guys get are car ready to drive off it was already outside Ron made sure of that boy can that young man make this happen if I were you guys I would make sure to never lose him this is not my first new car or truck I have bought from you all in the late 80s when the S10 were big I bought a new one from you they took good care of us then to Ron has text me and check up on us making sure we are happy like he said he would I come from a big family and I will tell my friends and family if they want to buy a car or truck to please go to Bud Clary but ask for Ron Gehrman and Rahard Black they are the best team there so please people don't go out of town to buy a car we need to keep are money in are home towns and Bud Clary is a great place to go thank you again Ron Gehrman for all the hard work you did and all the running you did for us we will buy from you again good luck in all you sales you are good at what you do and know how to take care of people thank you from the bottom of my heart you made me very happy and no stress for my and Kenny have a great day read more

In the past two years or so, I too dealt with that inconsiderate, loudmouth named Susan. Last fall, I drove in thinking my right front tire was loose (bolts), but since it was 5:15 and the service dept closed at 5:30, she informed me that there was nobody around to look at it AND they didn't have any loaner cars. She basically shooed me away. All this after being a customer of theirs for 8 years. Well, it seems things have changed, and I'm fairly certain it's for the better! I believe Bud Clary got the message that their customer service was the WORST, so they've let go of all those nasty counter folks and brought in new faces with NEW ATTITUDES. Yesterday and today I had the PLEASURE of working with Teona, who's been with GMC for ten years (in Portland, I think). The need for an oil change brought me into the service dept. She very carefully looked over my tires (they were just on the brink of needing replacing), suggested different brands and price points; spent many minutes going over all the items they'd check and replace/fix for a car with 138K on it, even checking my prior visit's paperwork (done by Susan...) to make sure no services were forgotten about or duplicated. As it was, Teona DID find numerous duplicate services "requested," so she fixed that problem pronto. For the first time, I was offered a ride to my house and back the next day, since I had to leave the Yukon overnight--so I got a free day that otherwise would have been spent in the waiting room or library or wherever else they'd have normally in the past spent a couple minutes to take me to (BTW, I live in Rainier OR). The final bill came to $300 less than the estimate--who'd ever expect that to happen? I came away with a new set of winter tires and multiple pages of information about my service (ALSO a first), which Teona went over with me before I left. And wonder of wonders: my tire monitors were for once hooked up and running correctly during my FIRST visit re: tire changes (they could never seem to get this right without an extra service visit in the past; very annoying). If all is as they claim for my car, I am one happy customer FINALLY. I had reached the point where I knew I had to find another service provider if I was to keep my 2004 Yukon, and I AM keeping it--but actually now with more peace of mind. Dealing with Teona was a real pleasure, but I must say it's been a long time coming. I think Bud Clary has heard all of our complaints over the past few years, and is finally doing something to rectify the situation. I still like their products, and now we just may be getting the respect we deserve as customers! Don't give up on them just yet~ read more

On August 11, after third trip back to inspect body damage repair, I took my truck. After asking for Simos I shed value, I received a slap in the face. This is my response to Martin Southwick, the GM of Clary Chevrolet. I advise anyone NOT to ever give them ANY business. My response to Martin: Martin: I was entitled to a new panel, for one. Not one your bodyshop "fixed". I had to go back two times and point out shoddy work and improper work. This $165 is a joke right? A complete slap in the face., is more like it. Maybe I should just hire an appraiser and sue you in court. Or you can settle for $2800 as an Appraiser, Steve Taylor, already advised me I was entitled to. I don't care how you come up with your numbers. That method is to screw a vehicle owner out of what's right. My front end damage that you pointed out? Just a bumper. And I was paid $3000 by the insured. Period. Your Employee damaged my vehicle while under your care. I entrusted my vehicle under your care. I will include in any lawsuit I file, if necessary, the time ($85 per hour, one hour each work day) I spent having to pack and unpack my tools for three weeks, while I had no truck with a canopy. And the time I had to go back and forth to force proper workmanship on sloppy work, which took out time from my work day. And I have photos of the damage, faulty body work on exterior and underside of the panel. This work is NOT preloss condition. And I will suffer more than $165 in diminished value when I have to honorably disclose the panel was damaged. Over 20 pins used and they weren't even properly coated, let alone not coated at all to prevent rust, after inspection. Rocker panel pins missing. Sloppy paint job that is inconsistent with the rest of the truck. Sloppy paint job with boogers on the paint. Etc. Balls in your court. Next email is to the Owner. Then filing a small claims suit. If you have any professional pride and really care about your Customers? Regardless your personal disdain for them? I'd assume you would make this right. Your Employee caused the damage to my truck. And by all rights I had the right to take it to any repair shop of my wishes. But I allowed you to do it. Thinking I would be treated right. Rick Harmes read more

Bud Clary's always provides great prices without having to deal with the normal car buying experience and that means a lot to me. They go out of their way to make sure the buying experience is easy and enjoyable. Our recent purchase was actually done through their dealership in Moses Lake and it couldn't have been easier. The people we worked with in both dealerships were so helpful and great to work with. I was a little concerned about dealing with someone over 5 hours away but the Sales Manager Brandon Love did an outstanding job of helping us find the exact truck we were looking for and making the deal happen. In town, we dealt mainly with Ryan Allen and he did a great job as well making sure everything was taken care. But honestly, everyone we dealt with in town was great. We also really appreciated Kelly Clary getting involved in our deal to make sure we were getting the truck we wanted and to make our trade deal so beneficial to us. I can't thank him enough for that. Bought this beauty from Jesse Morris at Clary's yesterday. I haven't purchased a new vehicle myself in a long time, and tbh I had some anxiety over some of my credit challenges. My car was totaled a few weeks ago and I really needed a safe vehicle. Jesse went above and beyond anything I expected of him, to get me into the car of my dreams. The whole process moved smoothly and Jess made me feel so comfortable. Ian Burgess was a sales person I would highly recommend. Everyone at Bud Clary is friendly and helpful. Ian not just understood my time frame but was not pushy as some sales people can get. He respected and honored not just my time but the facts that I was unsure as to if we could work it into my budget. I never once felt like I was being pushed but rather given the information that I truly needed and was helpful. I ended up driving off the lot in a gorgeous red Chevy Aveo. A payment that is more that manageable. Between Ian and Craig they worked with many lenders to ensure they were offering me the lowest interest rate. That ended up being through my credit union that they admitted never seeing a 'first time vehicle buyer' getting such a great interest rate. Ian walked me through the whole process and I never once felt overwhelmed. Ian checks in on me periodically but never to the point of annoying or pestering me too much. I worked with Scott Woodruff of Bud Clary over the phone from my Seattle area home and love this business! After trying and trying to buy a new car close to my home in Kirkland I had given up. My son put me in contact with Scott Woodruff at Bud Clary in Longview, Washington and in 15 minutes over the phone he sold me my new (at the time) 2003 Subaru Legacy. Scott is the standard for customer service in car sales. He is efficient, no buillshit and keeps his word. I drove to Longview, picked up my new car, traded in my old car and drove home a happy camper and to this day I still recommend Bud Clary and Scott. I am so happy with the service that I have not removed the "Bud Clary" license plate holder to replace it with one of my own. I took my car down for service once and was treated like royalty and they did it right the first time! I wish I could give this less than 1 star!!! My husband brought our car in because the check engine light was on. We bought our car from you guys last October and have had multiple problems. Anyway you guys did a diagnostic test and it came back that the solenoid valve in the gas tank needs to be replaced. We paid for the ridiculously expensive warranty that is supposed to cover all mechanical and electrical issues. Apparently a solenoid valve, which is a MECHANICAL PART, isn't covered and would cost us $500 to replace. This is ridiculous. Then you guys tried to charge my husband $136 for the diagnostic test!!?? That is supposed to be free!! I have had to bring my car in multiple times ALREADY since buying it just last year and never have been charged for you guys to investigate the problem. I called to try to get more clarity and no one ever calls back! VERY DISAPPOINTING WILL NEVER BUY A CAR HERE AGAIN!!!! read more

So they get my rig in on a warranty repair, but have NO loaner, yet after they damage my rig, they all the sudden have one. Then to make it worse? I had to go back three times to approve the body damage repair. Then even worse? Because this diminished the value of my rig? Martin wants to disrespect me by not only sitting there to shake my hand and not even stand, but offer me a lousy $150 on the diminished value? And the Clary son was present? I have a big middle finger fly out my window every time I drive by. I'll talk trash about this trash establishment until the day I die. But they don't care. The Clary clan doesn't give a hoot. I purchased a used Subaru from Bud Clary Chevrolet/Subaru a little over a month ago now. I was absolutely blown away by the customer service I received from Brian Skolrud. The Subaru I was interested in did not originally have floor mats with it; I told Brian I was concerned about having floor mats and he took the time to go find a set of Subaru brand floor mats and pressure washed them for me on the spot, even though he was wearing dress pants and nice shoes. I purchased the Subaru with a small chip in the windshield; Brian included the repair of the chip in the purchase of the vehicle and was sure to facilitate the repair to completion. I was very impressed by the service Brian provided and had a great experience purchasing from Bud Clary in Longview. Our family of five was driving down from Port Orchard when the low oil and stop engine light turned on. Obviously not feeling comfortable to drive anymore we found the closest Chevy dealer which was here. Upon looking at the reviews we were unsure however it was the best place at the time. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very kind from the sales department to the service department, however one guy really stood out to us. Joe Rasmussen went out of his way to make sure our longer stay here was comfortable. Because they hadn't installed changing tables yet, he let me use some office space and even wiped the table up for me afterward. He made sure our girls had granola bars and hot chocolate and coloring crayons and paper. He also helped to find some random guy who parked in front of our trailer. I am from Idaho. I Was here in Longview to see my daughter. We went to the coast yesterday and on the way back my car started making a noise. I called Bud Clary Chevrolet and explained my problem. Matt Fowler said bring it in and they would fit it in but, they were very busy. They called to tell me the transmission was bad as well, as the wheel bearings. I had taken this car in four different times to the dealer we bought it from because of trouble with the transmission not shifting right and was told it was fine. Matt has gone above and beyond to help me. They were kind enough to give me a loaner car so i wasn't stranded. I would definitely recommend this car dealership to EVERYONE. So my husband and I we're looking to buy a new used car I before my husband's hip surgery end of December just about the same time I will be recovered from my foot surgery. Ian Burgess helped us find the perfect car for us by patiently listening and asking and doing what a good salesman does; drawing out our needs and responding with suggestions. We sort of had in mind a sedan when we went there. But we really use our older Subaru Outback for hauling kayaks and dogs and the like. Which Ian picked up on. And was extremely knowledgeable about the Subaru Forester and it's safety feature I had not uncovered through google. The dealership is low key and does not have the feel of hungry sharks waiting to pounce, though Ian met us right away. As it was getting late he suggested we come back the next day for a test. In the past, most salesman would do anything to keep you from leaving. The rest of the sales and financial staff seemed old hands and cordial and overall a pretty nice buying experience. I had my truck towed in to get my transmission intercooler and some lines replaced. They stated that they refueled my transmission fluid to factory levels. 60 miles later my truck had the same exact symptoms. I took it to a transmission shop in Centralia, where they discovered my transmission fluid was 4.5 quarts low, a ton of clutch material and had grenaded my transmission. So now I'm out $10k. Had the Service department actually pulled my pan, and actually identified the issue, I could have had it all fixed then, instead of kicking it down the road. While I do sincerely appreciate the technician who took some $$ off for my military service. I'm very much not appreciative of the fact that it wasn't disclosed to me that the transmission had completely grenaded past 4th gear less than 60 miles from their repair. read more

Our sales rep was Ian Burges and he was very helpful and patient, the complete opposite of the hovering, obnoxious sales guys we were tailed by at the previous dealerships. Everyone at the dealership was very polite and worked with us on the price and payments. They were very upfront about the different warranties and policies and when we needed time to discuss things they gave us our space. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking. They followed up with a couple of phone calls, one from the financial department to confirm that the financing and interest rate were good to go, and another from the sales rep Ian making sure I was loving my car and not having any problems. Had an excellent experience with Hung Giap while buying a preowned 2017 F150 XLT! The truck was exactly what I was looking for, and because I live a few hours away, Hung sent me many pictures and was able to answer all of my questions over the phone before I took the drive to see it. Once I got there, Hung was ready to show me the truck even though I was a little early. He was professional, courteous, well-informed, and helped me realize this was the truck for me. The buying process was smooth and hassle free, which was one of the strongest reasons for the 5-star review. I traded in a 2010 Dodge and received a fair price based on the Kelly Blue-book value.
