My server took the time to explain how they roast hot peppers to create their own unique blend, which I found very impressive. I decided to go with the Cold, Cold Heart burger, primarily because it included jalapeños. Although tempted by the Fire God Burger, the combination of scorpion and ghost peppers seemed a bit too intense for me. My burger was prepared quickly while I watched from the counter, which was a nice touch. The fries that accompanied it were excellent--slightly thicker than regular fries with a delightful seasoning. They were served piping hot and crispy. The highlight was definitely the burger itself. It was outstanding! While my husband and I do not feel like this restaurant will be one we will revisit, I do recognize they have only been open for one month.
