All he could say was, no idea when I'll get my Frig. It's been ordered. Microwave is not what I expected. They did not have floor model when purchased. Since it's been installed it's considered used. So no return unless I pay restocking fee and install costs. He felt that was extremely reasonable. Not for me! Lastly, despite trying to communicate with my salesperson about problems. No response received. I cannot recommend them to anyone I care about.

My wife had been to the Sub Zero Wolf showroom and had a list of the appliances she wanted. So we talked to the first sales rep that approached us and Katy began telling them what she wanted. Apparently it wasn't clear enough because after talking this rep she immediately left and went to another couple (they came in after us). She escorted that couple through their washing machine purchase. And they were happy. Meanwhile we are standing around for over an hour with a HUGE order (two refrigerators, vent hood and range) of top of the line appliances. This was the perfect "stepping over a dollar to collect a dime". Eventually when I had enough of the Judd and Black team deciding I'm not important enough to warrant even the least of attention. I left. My wife followed and we googled who else sold wolf/sub zero. Needless to say Albert Lee got my entire order. I hope Judd and Black gets commission. I hope that sales lady gets a nice chunk of the washing machine she was so desperate to sell. Unconscious bias led her to overlook us and help other people who came in after us. I'm glad she went for the easy W.

I am so happy with this company I can barely contain myself! Starting with the store manager's…read moreknowledge of her inventory, all the way through delivery and installation, I can't speak highly enough about my experience. What makes it so incredible is, the exact same fridge at Costco, also delivered, installed and old fridge hauled away, was $400 more. I got a 33" wide fridge, 26 cf bottom freezer with ice--for $1100. At Costco it was $1500. Incredible savings. Appliances 4 Less is a "scratch and dent" store that also gets returns of undamaged appliances, that's what I got. I took some time and looked around while Rouchen Zhang (Store Manager) was finishing up the sale before me. I was shocked at the low prices. When it was my turn, Rouchen explained that their store averages 40% below retail, and that was certainly my experience. Costco is cheaper than retail also, and Appliances 4 Less was substantially less than Costco! After my purchase, the delivery was scheduled 3 days out. I got a call that morning and the delivery people were on time. They hauled away the old fridge and installed the new one. They left me instructions because the refrigerant got jostled around and needed to settle, so they made sure I don't plug it too soon. If you're in the market for a new appliance, give the Lynnwood Store a call. You really can't beat the prices. As I was calling around, I found out the Tukwila Store charges EXTRA for delivery, installation and haul away ?!?! so your experience may vary if you're not at the Lynnwood Store.

When I contacted them they estimated similar work at $2-300 parts and labor. I don't mind that estimate being wrong, but the reality is they charge $300 minimum for labor, not including parts. It was impossible for the job to be less than $300, so why was the estimate less?

I hate to do this, but the situation warrants it. I called A Appliance Repair because the washer at…read moremy rental property wouldn't start. They seemed to have decent reviews and were able to get to the house sooner than any other company so I went with them. The first appointment was for Sunday January 18th with a window from 10am-12pm. This was to diagnose the issue. The tech Dmitrii didn't show up until 12:45pm. Things happen so I wasn't too concerned about him showing up late at this time. I was told Dmitrii had diagnosed the issue and I was sent an invoice and needed to put down a 50% deposit in order to move forward with the repair. He didn't have the part on hand so we had to schedule for another day. The second appointment was set for Tuesday January 20th with a window of 6pm - 8pm. I got a message from Dmitrii at 8:01pm saying he was having car troubles and could no longer make the appointment. A little shocked that he just learned of his car troubles a minute AFTER my appointment window but okay. We rescheduled for him to go out to the house the following day. The third appointment was set for Wednesday January 21st with a window from 6pm-8pm. He showed up within the window this time at 6:40pm however, he was unable to fix the issue. Dmitrii told my tenant the day he "diagnosed" the issue that it was either the actuator or the transmission (I had no idea about this because the invoice I received was for the actuator so naturally I assumed that's what needed to be repaired). So he left and I called in to see what was going on. I thought that the whole point of a diagnosis was to figure out what the issue was. I was told he may have gotten a faulty part and would like to go back out to the house to try and fix the issue. The fourth appointment was set for Thursday January 22nd with a window time of 4pm-6pm. I get a text from my tenant at 6:01pm that Dmitrii has not shown up yet again. At this point, Im extremely frustrated with this tech. Not only has he been late, not shown up to an appointment, misdiagnosed the issue, but he's wasted a lot of my tenants time as well as mine. He finally shows up at 7:23pm almost a whole hour and a half late, but again does not fix the issue. When he didn't show up on time this night, I was able to speak to the owner and before Dmitrii showed up he let me know that if the issue isn't fixed I will get a full refund so that was nice. Moral of the story, I ended up ordering a new washer and will never call A Appliance again. I feel like o failed my tenants by calling this company and leaving them without a washer for over a week now since we have to wait a couple of days for the new washer to arrive. I wouldn't have been so frustrated if the tech communicated better, or at all. Every time he was late I had to call, no messages from him to give us a heads up. My suggestion is if you want something done in a timely manner, go elsewhere.
