She then walked away without saying a word and took the two stems of fake flowers to another vase!

It all started with Chris assisting me with my purchase of the Traeger smoker/grill. He never once treated me like a "girl"... he answered all my questions and shared great information! I appreciated he attention and customer service. They helped me load the grill in my SUV by unscrewing the shelf to make it fit. Here's where this part of the story is important... I was driving away (almost out of the parking lot) and I see the guy (sorry, didn't catch his name) who was helping Chris load the grill in my car running next to me. I roll down my window and he tries to hand me the Phillips Screwdriver. He was afraid that I was going to get home and not have the tool to put the shelf back on! Wow! Just wow... that was beyond customer service! They have a new faithful customer! PS. Thanks Nancy for the tip on "Hey Grill Hey"!

So if you know what you need and where to find, you'll probably be fine here…read more However, there are many issues. When I walked in I didn't see a single employee, not one. As I walked down the aisles I found 8 in a circle just complaining about work in a manner you really don't want customers to hear. I spent 15 minutes grabbing what I needed and went to ask an employee a question and he's wearing not one but two earbuds and replies "WHAT?!" Do I really need to explain what's wrong with this? I've also never seen so many employees in a workplace on their phones, I feel like I could have even stole anything and not gotten caught. And one last thing, this is by far the dirtiest hardware stores I've ever seen, not even close!

Needed some guinea pig bedding and all the local stores were out…read more I always forget there's a Co-op out in Granite, but it was perfect since I was on my way to work. The place is pretty big and I was EXTREMELY short on time, so I didn't want to be running all over the store looking for bedding (especially since I'm sporting one leg still). I sent my daughter in (my poor little minion).... several employees were up front because there was a huge delivery being dropped off, so she had several people offer help. A young man asked which kind of bedding, giving several choices. He was very quick and carried the HUGE bag over to my car and loaded it. He thanked is for coming, wished us a great day and we were on our way. We were in and out in 5 minutes. THAT'S INCREDIBLE!! I don't really have a lot of needs at the Co-op since we don't have our chickens anymore....but I'll be sure to stop in and grab our guinea pig needs! They were great!

The selection here is phenomenal - you'll find things you never knew existed and didn't know you need until you spot them. The owners are friendly and gracious, and the store has been in their family for generations. It's well worth the stop just for the charm and the incredible selection. Local trail maps? They have them. Oilcloth? They have it by the yard. Toys? Yes. Decorative pottery and graniteware? You bet. Screws, nuts, and bolts? Yes, and the owners will even help you fabricate whatever you need to fix your what-have-you. I love, love, love this store, and you will, too!

This is one of those small town hardware stores that pretty much has anything you could need. We've…read morebeen here twice when camping in the area, and they have everything from live chicks to hunting equipment to RV supplies. Not to mention gardening, toys, and even a decent-sized kitchen section. This is the kind of store you can spend hours in, just wandering around looking at the cool stuff. The staff here are super friendly, too. On a recent visit we were looking for some RV tank treatment, and they knew right where to send us. Their prices are a little higher than you might find at a large chain store, but not outrageously so. It's nice to know there's a great store like this supporting the sweet little town of Darrington.
