There have been some opening of stores in series, but I do know for a fact that some spaces haven't even opened up yet since The Shoppes at South Hills existed. The costs are probably really high, making it challenging for these businesses to open. I believe the location off Route 9 doesn't have the best visibility since it's up on a hill to make it a success. There are not that many stores to offer, but with enough open now, it can still be the potential to last for many years, just in a slow process. The opening of At Home Furniture Decor is set to open soon in the former Kmart space. Things were rearranged a bit during the process, but not too much though. Also, it's impressive to see that there are self-checkout registers at the mall entrance making the line move effectively which needed to be done. This should have been done since day 1 when Target first opened. Most departments are kept up to stock with some having very few products and also overflowing in spots. Of course, with it being a busy day, it can get messy with items on the ground, etc. Sometimes finding an employee in a department, mainly houseware can be a bit of a challenge due to understaffing. Under one roof, Target has plenty to provide.
