She and the rest of the team were super friendly even though Coronavirus is presently trying to kill us all. We weren't thrilled with the car class allotted by insurance, so she even helped us call insurance to try and get us into something bigger. Enterprise's IT systems are pretty awesome because without my doing anything, they linked up the insurance reservation at Enterprise with my Executive Elite profile at National. I even stopped by in person a few days prior to my trip to make sure that a 4 door pickup truck would be available for my reservation since I normally rent at the airport and realize they don't have a large fleet onsite. The woman at the desk told me not to worry that all of their trucks are 4 door. I left feeling reassured. On Saturday the day of my reservation, I arrived at 2:08pm and the desk agent tells me they are closed and even if they weren't closed, he doesn't have a truck on site anyhow. No apology- just told me I needed to leave. They left me sitting outside on the curb.

I think Uber sent out emails in the past letting people know this was going to happen. I get hundreds of email a day so I probably deleted it without realize its importance. I heard other people in the past say not to rent an EV car. I should have listened to them. EV cars don't get good range and they cost more to rent. Trying to find a charging station that isn't being used and works waste time. I returned the car after 1 day because of how much time I spent trying to charge the car. I would only suggest an EV car if you have an at home charging station. Otherwise you will waste time finding a charging station then waiting for the spot to open.

If you take their survey to complain about an issue you get two corporate randoms email you saying they want to help, but if even if you respond to them multiple times, they will never email you back. They only send the initial generic email claiming they want to help. Honestly, this is probably the best Avis location I've been to but that's not saying much when the corporation behind it is so messed up and unwilling to resolve their mistakes.

I paid $140 for two seats that were clearly shown as a two seat row. When my wife and I boarded, we discovered the row actually had three seats. No one pays extra for a middle seat -- ever. My seat number was k6 and the seat has no cushion whatsoever, I had to stack pillows and blanket to prevent back pain Most incompetent company I've had to deal with. Called someone in Detroit to get information about the plane and flight, he gives me another number to call I believe it was in Chicago. I call that number, another person tells me we don't handle this, you have to call another number. Called that number, that person gave me the original Detroit number. I hate this place…read more The employees don't care about you or your time, the energy is low, the help is nearly non-existent. You'll wait for 45 min and the staff leaves the room and you have no idea why the desks are empty or where you are in line. No one greets you, no one seems to care why you came. And if you try calling, the agent will literally give you an attitude. Idk what's happening with Hertz because the people seem lifeless and so miserable. I'd rather watch paint dry. If you have another option, go there and avoid Hertz at Richardson, Texas. Oh! And make sure you take LOTS pictures of the car after returning it, they tried charging me $1,000 for "physical damage," the photos they used to accuse me literally showed debris, not even a dent. Terrible service
