This past Monday, I rented a car from enterprise from another location and due to the engine making noises and gear slipping we brought it to the nearest location. We were told we could potentially swap it out, if they had availability. When we got there a lovely woman behind the front desk attempted to help us. Although a very rude young man butted in and abruptly shot down any suggestion the young woman brought up to assist us. He treated us like a major inconvenience and was very rude to my fiancé and I. When I tried to explain I understood it was an inconvenience to him, as well as to us he stated that other people have reservations. To which my fiancé informed him again that we also had a reservation for the vehicle. At this point I told him I thought he was being rude and didn't need to act like a jerk. To which he argued with me about how he wasn't rude or a jerk. Eventually after him continuing to argue with me the female employee we originally dealt with after he hijacked the conversation, de-escalated the situation. He then pretended to help but instead continued to antagonize the situation by suggesting vehicles smaller and smaller each time from what we said we needed. At this point my fiancé and I left. We were fortunately able to make it back the original location and get another vehicle. I understand that it was not a guarantee that they would have been able to accommodate us, but the customer service by the male was nonexistent, and he was extremely rude and argumentative. The woman was very nice and did try to assist multiple times but was constantly interrupted or shut down by the male employee. I don't know his name or if he was the manager but I surely hope not, because if he treats potential customers like this I can't imagine what he treats the other employees like.

Joseph helped me to rent my vehicle for 3 Days. He was super nice and helped me put my suitcase in to the trunk because I pulled a muscle in my back. The car was comfortable and drove well. I returned it early and checked to make sure the key was in the lock box on time. Called a day later and Luciano was so helpful. He said everything was good and my bill was closed out. These two employees were really nice and helpful. Ll be back to this location again!

Budget charge different rates for weekend and weekday where it cost less if renting a car or truck on a weekend verses renting on a weekday. There is a separate fee for renting a hand truck which also has two versions of rates for weekday verses weekend. I rate it four stars because customer service was somewhat attentive; although Budget is a bigger name in car and truck rentals but it means nothing regarding service. N.B. He even upgraded me so I could get on the road quickly, which I truly appreciated. Bryan handled my check-out and he was amazing. Although he usually works at the Huntington location, everything was fast and smooth. I was running late, and on top of that, he went out of his way to give me a ride to my destination.
