Where I used to live they were always so pleasant and when I took a car back always offered a ride back home without me asking. Now I'm less than 5 miles from this location and when I ask for the possibility or a ride home they look at me like I'm requesting heaven. They don't have to do it but the way they look back and say no leave a bad taste I won't be asking again and possibly not returning a car to this location. I relayed this to the employee working the desk, and she said, nothing I can do about that. Offered absolutely no help at all and could care less if I rented a vehicle. I walked out, went home and signed on to Enterprise on line and within minutes had a car reserved at a lower rate than Avis. When I went to ENTERPRISE to pick the vehicle up, it was quite a different experience. The ENTERPRISE representative was professional, unlike AVIS. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. We will never ever rent for AVIS again. Enterprise is leagues above AVIS. Glad to have had the option to elect ENTERPRISE!

She claims she was shopping for the restroom. She had four bags or five bags as a manager You should not have a job and that was nothing compared to the type of service she gave me she was very disrespectful. We exchanged words because she didn't know her job, I kept asking her if she's going to reimburse the gas money because she made us go fill the tank up after my aunt already prepaid, Michelle the so-called unprofessional manager even made a young boy, followed me to the gas station to tell me that I don't need to put gas anymore, but he was too late because I had already put gas so when I went back inside the store asking her if we were gonna get refunded, she decided to yell and say I already did it. Prior to that I was trying to show her a picture of the gas that it was barely anything that was left for the car to be on full ,I was just trying to show her if I still need to fill it up and she goes who's next behind the line which I didn't understand because me and my aunt were still standing right in the front, so why are you screaming? Can I help the next person you're not done with us so I later found out that she was the manager that's actually very sad and I would complain every day and go up there every day till I don't see her there anymore. I will make sure I follow through with corporate supervisors, and everybody that I can. I don't like people that are disrespectful for absolutely no reason and I also don't like people that don't do their job correctly, like you are shopping during work hours you do not deserve a job. I realllllly need the ability to give 0 stars because, if any review deserves that (or negative #s), it's this one: Rented a car on the 20th through the dealership. Returned it on 7/24 to the dealership and they confirmed that it was returned on the 24th. Started getting charges on Monday (so far I'm up to about $350 and had to shut my card off so they'd quit charging). I called Corporate Customer Service on the 29th and was told that the reason I was still being charged is because the car hadn't been returned yet and that they were going to email the rental location to let them know to stop the rental since I'd turned the car in on the 24th. Later that day, another charge so I called again and was told they'd "escalate" the issue but that might take 48-72 hours to get an answer. They asked for my email address so the escalation team could contact me so I gave it (again, because I'd already given it to the person who told me they'd tell the location to close out the rental agreement). This morning I get an invoice to a TOTALLY different email address (one that I had not provided so they're really lucky all my personal info went to an email address I owned) and now I owe $50 so I call Hertz Corporate . . . again . . .and I'm told that I'm now being charged $50 (on top of the other stuff) for "roadside assistance" that I didn't sign for and didn't use. I asked when this roadside assistance (X2) was put on my agreement and was told "the 29th" by "the counter". I asked how that could be when the car had been returned by me on the 24th and was told that the car was returned to the rental location on the 29th. So I'd really like an explanation as to why the car that I returned to the dealership on the 24th that they confirmed was returned to the rental location on the same day was marked "returned" in the Hertz system on the 29th with two NEW charges for something I didn't add and didn't use.
