Enterprise on North Fraizer is becoming my favorite place to rent again. This location has the best Branch manager "Deon " with an amazing staff, Last Friday on July 17, 2026 I booked a rental online and called the branch for a courtesy pick-up. I spoke with Deon and he sent over "Miranda " it was great seeing Abbie again, as she assisted me on my 2nd rental. I only needed to rent for 1 day. I returned the car on Saturday July 18th I seen that they were busy, however " Deon, Branch manager "stepped in and offered to give a courtesy ride back home as I just live less then 3 mins away. I highly recommend Enterprise on North Fraizer! I look forward to booking my 3rd rental in Aug. I can't wait to see the "Dynamic North Fraizer Enterprise Team again!!!! read more

They not only lied to secure I wouldn't be charged. But they filed a claim on my insurance. They went behind closed doors and screwed me over. Hello my name is Evin Jones. Received a phone call from Texas regional many named Jared July 24, 2024. He contacted me and let me know I am only not at fault, but I will get deposit back and he will handle this situation to make sure.y insurance isn't being charged either. Returned the vehicle on the 29th of July. And now Jared is not answering. Or returning my calls. Enterprise has filed a claim and went back on their word. This is very shady and scam like a situation that was going to be taken care of and you trust the person to keep their word. Even the contact number given and no responses or call back. Rented a vehicle June 27th with damages on the Nissan Altima. The customer service provider did mention these damages on the car are notated and I am good to go. I trusted this location and the person who handled my vehicle transaction would be honest. I declined to have any protection on this car because I am fully covered by insurance. There was a tiny circular crack at the bottom windshield as I drove off the lot. Not paying it no mind because the provider already assured me damages of this vehicle is notated. July 23rd I came to the car to see the crack had expanded directly in front of the driver side. I called immediately and asked about the notated crack in the window and let them know this crack has expanded. The woman I spoke to let me know they will contact me back, she will notify the manager. Three hours later I am coming out of my appointment and the crack has now expanded to the middle of the entire windshield. I called them back immediately. Let them know I have not received a phone call back and three hours later it has expanded. I spoke to the previous woman, "the phone call dropped" and I never received a call back, I had to call back twice plus be on hold for a bit before a male picked up. He let me know he can expand a crack and I will be responsible for the crack because I did not pay for the $50/day protection and I am liable. My confusion and frustration set in because I was told everything was notated, now I am being told it wasn't. I am then calling to receive answers and when I do it's stating you should've spent money on a protection that would be over $1000 then I would be good. Mind you they quoted me $400 is what I will be paying for this notated damage that worker confessed and said will expand with heat, but I am reliable because I shouldn't have trusted this guy who said it's notated nor got into a vehicle with a crack in it because if it expands, then they are going to blame you versus taking responsibility. And by the way we are going to charge $1000+ in protection or come off $400 in damage . Very disheartening. I requested the manager. The manager let me know if it's 6 inches or less then I'm in the clear. But after that I am responsible. I asked about my insurance and was told we cut out the middle man and just Bill you. Like what's the purpose of me having insurance if you are going to cut them out versus filing a claim with them. Straight confusion and made me feel this is a way to become money hungry as they brought up the protection should've been taken. Even though no damage to the vehicle has been done. Just an expansion of a previous damage that was not my fault. I let the manager know I have photos from the time I picked up the car. To the first call to the store about the expansion to the last call made about the even more expanded crack. This is frustrating when I trusted this company, the same way they trust me to bring it back safely. I hope I can get this resolved without money coming out of my pocket. I had to leave my car at a dealership out of town for repair. I have an older car that is no longer in production so repairs can take time. The location that I rented a car to drive home hit me with a $140 fee for one way return. How refreshing when this Enterprise location only charged $25 fee for returning a car when I travelled back to get my car out of the repair shop. One of the employees called during my trip back to pick up my car to see if the rental was working all right and if I had any questions. I find it rare that any business has the courtesy to check on their service. Mostly due to lack of resources to follow up. If I need to rent a car again this is where I will do business, and If anyone I know needs a rental I will give this location a well deserved recommendation. read more

I can not remember the gentleman that helped me but he was very professional and gave me a great rate! Everything was fast and customer service was great. DO NOT RENT YOUR CAR FROM THIS LOCATION. The customer service rep I had was Lauren. the whole experience was honestly awful. when she went to take my DL she was like "how old are you?" with like the rudest tone in her voice, and i said "i'm 20". then she was irritated with me because I am not 21 and she brought a truck, when no one ever asked if i was under 21 and i didn't know that there were specific vehicles for different ages. Then when I asked the difference between a small suv and a sedan was she looked at me like i was the dumbest person in the world, and didn't even try to explain it. we hustled as fast as we could with a 14 month old baby with us but she kept asking in an irritated and rude tone if we were almost done and said "you know we close at 6 right"; (it was not even 5:30 yet and their location was right up the road). even on our ride to enterprise she was talking about how she's so tired of customer service and how she's been doing it since she was 15 and she wants to be done with it and is "too old" at 30 to still be doing it. we also had my 14 month old daughter in the vehicle with us and since she had to drive the truck back we rode with her. she was swerving in and out of traffic, speeding up fast, stopping really harshly, turning without slowing down enough. she almost hit someone and almost ran off the road. i'm really upset that this is the kind of person they have as a customer service rep, but the thing that irritated me the most was the safety issue with her driving, how can you drive like that when there is someone else's baby in the car?! the vehicle they ended up giving me (volkswagen Jetta) has been great though and no issues with it so far, i'm actually really enjoying driving it, but i'll never go to this location again because of Lauren. read more

Well, we needed a rental car. But, we weren't sure whether it would be for a day or a month? I did my usual research on the web, Priceline, Orbitz, individual rental car companies, etc. I have had luck with Enterprise before, so, I called. The first location wasn't going to have a car available until very late in the afternoon, 4pm or later. So, I called another location in Conroe and spoke with Sterling. She advised me that it looked like she would have a car available there by 1pm. It suited my needs better and I advised her that I would be in between 1-130p. I got there a little after 1p and Sterling advised me that the car should be there any minute and we started the paperwork for the rental. Now, here is where this could have gone sideways. The car didn't show up. Apparently it was returned to a different location. Sterling called and arranged to have another car delivered from a different Enterprise location. But, after waiting a while longer and the car not showing up, she called and it had been brought to the wrong office! But, instead of just waiting around for it to all eventually work out, Sterling got on the phone and stayed on it until she had arranged for another car to get to us. Obviously this was not an ideal situation. But, it could have been horrible. Without the level of quality customer service and perseverance by Sterling, this review would have gone a completely different direction. That level of customer service continued today when I dropped the car off. After 2 weeks, I and was greeted by name with a friendly smile and was quickly checked in and was out the door with a conscientious thank you. I would recommend this location for any rental car needs. And if you can deal with Sterling, you are sure to be satisfied! read more

I had to drive around to find an Enterprise that had vehicles to rent. How is it you can rent a vehicle online yet 5 min later the agent calls to inform me they have no vehicles to rent. Please try another location. That's what drove me to Gullo Ford location and I had one hour till closing. They were very quick and efficient plus they had a good selection of vehicles available and a make ready person that was really hopping. Rob had me fixed up and in my rental in minutes and made sure I understand the vehicle gadgets, switches and knobs. Enterprise needs to rework the website that allows false reservations but I can't say enough about the agents and the way they present themselves and treat the client. My daughter is enrolled in college in College Station. Her car went totally dead during the week of finals. After two days of bumming rides and using Uber, we were notified that it would be into the following week until car would be easy. We called Enterprise and Michelle was so nice and so helpful and let us know about a discount we didn't realize we qualified for as well as answered all of my questions. I was in a state of panic when I called, she realized our situation and that we were getting ready to pay a big car repair and quickly found a solution for us. Andrew was fabulous in checking us in and getting everything settled. The van was clean and ready to go without any problems or issues. We always rent with Enterprise and are always happy with their vehicles and service. We didn't know that location didn't have a driver for driving customers home but they still drove my husband home when he turned the van in. We needed a rental car so our car could go into the shop for repairs. After reading the reviews for this location we decided to give it a try. We met with Justin and we were very pleased. He was kind and professional and explained we would be receiving a mid-size car. He stated this would be similar to a Camry or a Malibu. On the day we picked up the car we spoke with Elisha. Again we were told we would be receiving a mid-size car. Upon him checking the inventory he told us we would be receiving a Chevy Cruz Premiere. My husband advised him that the Chevy Cruz was a compact car. Elisha said that, according to Enterprise, "that's a mid-size car". According to Chevy's website, the Chevy Cruz Premiere is a compact car. We had no choice but to accept the car as our vehicle and to be in the shop soon after. The employees at this location were very nice. The problem we have is Enterprise. Make sure you know what size care you are getting before you purchase, otherwise you will be folding yourself into a pretzel to drive around. read more

I had the worst possible experience of customer service . I would not recommend anyone use this location . There was no communication of any issues regarding rental bc of the agreement they had at Gullo Ford . I was charged and was never notified and when it came time to turn in the vehicle they could careless bc they had taken over $380 With out any prior notification. I was notified by my bank there were 4 charges on my card that looked suspicious and thought it was fraud . They had to put a hold on my card because of the transactions enterprise charged without my knowledge or consent. I called customer service 800 number and waiting for a call. I guess they felt they could take advantage of a single mom. Yet no one is willing to help me. The branch manager is the one that did all of this and when I went to turn in the vehicle there were 3 men working one of them was the branch manager. No one wanted to help me bc it was the branch manager that told them he was the one that was going to help me. When actually he was the one the left me a threatening message (which was the only message or call I ever received from him and it was a week after I had my rental) so I didn't feel as if I could even trust him to really help me since he was the reason all of this happened . It was just me and my daughter when I went to drop off the vehicle..so I left the keys on the desk while on the phone with customer service with no resolution. read more

Made a one day rental just prior to Memorial Day...Instead of a one day charge, my credit card was tagged with a 4 day charge.....Called the office and the gentleman who waited on me apologized and stated that he would have to get a supervisor to clear the adjustment. I am still waiting to hear back and/or see the adjustment on my credit card account....it's been 10 days.... read more

I'm going to make this short and sweet. After Getting into an accident and literally being put through the ringer, I was finally able to get the approval for a rental car. After dropping my truck off at the body shop at Gullo Ford we walked over to enterprise. (Connected to the dealership). After being greeted by a friendly woman named Brandi Fank, she immediately got the process started to getting me on my way. She noticed some things on the reservation and gave me some advice on dealing with the situation I was in. After speaking with my insurance company, AGAIN, they fixed the issue she had caught and pointed out. I tried to call her back the next day but she was unfortunately out of the office. In come Elisha Washington. I explained the situation I was in and the endless frustration I have been dealing with and without any hesitation told me he would "take care of it". He walked me through every step in the process and took extra care in explaining things in detail. Upon arriving at 5:50pm (10 minutes before closing) I was greeted by another friendly woman named Sarah Lanier. She took almost no time getting things in order and making things as easy as possible. Her friendly attitude and passion for customer service made me at ease That i was at the right place. They put me in the best car they possibly could, shook my hand and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. The customer service shown by Brandi, Elisha and Sarah is top notch. It's nice to know there is still great people taking care of customers to the highest satisfaction. Don't waste your time renting a vehicle anywhere else! Thanks again for all you do! read more
