I got it checked out for a slight grinding/sputtering feeling when accelerating or at a cruise speed. After inspection I learned the engine mounts were shot. Now I know things can happen over that 2 month time I get it but this is where the problems start to arise. Once I get the engine mounts replaces and get everything looking good, I take it on the road only to feel the same feeling. When I bought it this truck I asked very clearly if all fluid including transmission, oil, coolant, etc. was fresh and replaced I was told yes. Well come to find out the transmission fluid hadn't been changed in atleast 25,000 miles and looked like oil. This had caused my torque converter to not have proper fluid and start to go out. Not only that but because the fluid was so dirty and it adapted to that filth but now you can't put fully fresh fluid in. To top it all off, not only has their lack of care caused that to go out but because it connects right to transmission and was neglected so long because of lack of transparency now that has to fixed too. Spending almost just as much to fix it, that I did purchase the vehicle in the first place is ridiculous. The dislike for dealerships continues when this type of business is done. It's frustrating to say the least.

I've been a satisfied customer for over 5 years. It is so refreshing to find a company that truly believes in customer service. My crazy story: Short version of course: Worked for a company for over 10 yrs, Company sold and gave me 1 weeks' notice. Started working for a new job. Tore my rotator cuff, had complete shoulder replacement. I left that company due to illegal activity being done before I worked there. Had an accident and totaled my car. All was done within 5 months. I tell you this to help you understand the care Roman takes to help people get into a vehicle. Anyone else would have said: "No, can't help you". Not Roman! I walked in, picked out my car, he found me financing, and I drove away 1 hour later. My car has warrant coverage AND they do the mechanic work ON SITE! BUT WAIT, THERES MORE: I brought my car in for repair. Nick took the time to not only have my car fixed in 2 days but, he kept the price down by searching for the part at a better price. I know this review seems a bit lengthy, I feel, it is worth my time to let you know about a staff that cares about their customers and about their city. The first time I contacted them I was to check how much a ride for my friend and I would be from Maricopa, AZ to Sky Harbor Airport. They quoted me $75 per person ($150 one way for both). My friend called them next to see what they would quote and they told her $65 per person ($130 for both). The person I spoke to also said that they would charge me more depending on where I live in Maricopa (my sub-division was an extra cost). We asked how much it would be to pick up a friend in Ahwatukee off Ray Rd and they said it would be an extra charge, but they couldn't tell me how much it would be yet. My whole point in this review is that they are very inconsistent with pricing and need to really be more upfront about costs. If I give a transportation company EXACT addresses of point A, B, and C, they should be able to provide a rough estimate on cost. Aside from this issue, their vehicles are very worn and dated. Every vehicle I see on the road looks dirty, not presentable, and based on the driving I have witnessed on the 347, I-10, and in Maricopa I would assume the drive is similar to that of a roller coaster. I can admit to driving very fast. The highway 347 is a 65mph highway. On certain days I find myself running over the speed limit and then Maricopa Shuttles are passing me, going in and out of traffic, riding other drivers rear-ends, and slamming on their brakes when traffic slows down. Based on my experience with them over the phone and just seeing them drive, I would not recommend using them. I was able to just park at the airport for $44 for all four days I parked there. And thankfully I can say that my friends and family in Maricopa have also had these similar issues with them.

They are the same guys there all the time, they know you, they know your car, what they did last time and when something isn't wrong they don't "fix" it. If something is not in their lane repair wise they will tell you, they won't try to "wing" it. They've done big repairs for me and small ones, oil changes and inspections. All are done with the same attention to detail as you would expect if it were their own car. I trust them.
