KEEP AWAY!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! Took my 2000 Chevy truck to them to have the brakes checked because I was experiencing shuttering while stopping. Also wanted an oil change, have them look at the idling problem and to change out the outside door handles of the front doors because they were cracked and started to get sticky while opening from the inside. Ralph said yea sure no problem we can handle it.!! Then he told me that he cannot diagnose the engine because the service engine light was NOT on so he could not get the computer to tell him what was wrong with the truck. Then he said the brakes were fine and there was nothing wrong with them. So once he got the driver side door handle on he called and said it was all done. When I went to go pick the truck up the door handle was not fitting properly at all and the whole bottom of the door panel was loose because they broke all of the door panel clips. I pointed it out to Ralph and he got one of his guys to try and adjust the door handle which did nothing and there was no change to it. The door handle was loose and when you went to open it there was a gap across the whole top of it. I was frustrated with the brakes because that was one of the major things I took it in for so one of the main mechanics that looked at the truck and said they were fine asked if we can jump in the truck and test drive it because he never encountered a shuttering during his test drive. Of course I said yes just so I can show them what was going on!! So within 2 blocks of leaving the parking lot it was shuttering and was getting worse with every stop. The mechanic looked at me and said that my front rotors are warped!?! Wait what? They had just told me the brakes were fine and everything was good and now I have warped rotors?! Insane!!! So I gladly took my truck and left even though the brakes are not fixed, the engine runs the same, and the door handle is worse then I showed up with and now my door panel clips are broken because of them. It doesn't end there!!!! I found another mechanic shop and made an appointment but I noticed the the lug nut key to my locking lug nuts was not back in the truck after Buds used it so I had to back to them to get it. I show up and ask where it was and they kind of just looked at each other, lost, with a clueless look on there face. Obviously this is now getting me upset and I keep having to ask them where it was and if they can't find it what they were going to do about it. Once again they were LOST!! So now one of the guys behind the desk is calling the cops because he thought I was being belligerent. Another guy is saying that they will replace the locking wheel nuts but they have to BEAT the old ones off first!! Are you crazy?! Your not going to beat them off and ruin the stud or my truck!! While all of this is happening one of the mechanics comes in and asked if I could move my truck I said no because I'm talking to your manager or whoever he was and trying to get this resolved. He didn't care about that and continued to ask so he got the same answer. He then asks why I'm being so f'ing belligerent?! First of all that is no way to talk to a customer especially one who had to come back to get a part you lost!! Did management say anything about that? No Way!! I guess that's ok to do at their shop!! So after leaving with no results and a lost part that I now have to pay someone to fix somehow, I walk out and tell the mechanic who told me I was f'ing belligerent to watch his mouth!! Well I guess that set him off because he decided to continue on cursing at me and telling me how I don't know who the F**k I'm messing with and so on and so forth and then starts to pull up his pants and wanted to square off with me!! The managers came out and did absolutely nothing!! This was truly the worst experience I have ever had in a shop!! They are not professional at all and they really don't care about you or your vehicle. Please be smart and find somewhere else to take your vehicle But if you do go there get ready for them to not fix anything, break your stuff and then try and beat you up on the way out. Went in for an oil change (synthetic oil)... customer service was great, wait time was normal, a little over an hour and price was reasonable for type of oil change. What I really liked is that they didnt try to sell me on a bunch of more service I didnt need. I dealt with Robert. He was great. He simply said I would be needing tires soon and gave me a quote that I requested. I will definitely come here again and recommend to family and friends. read more

I came in and was completely ignored. When the person behind the counter finially finished answering two phone calls, he was very clear that on Sundays the store closes at 3. That was nice information to know, but it was 12 and I just wanted to know how long it would take to get my tire patched. He said about two hours and things are moving slow. I just said I'll go somewhere else. Maybe I came on the wrong day, but a "hello" and basic manners goes very far. I probably would have waited two hours because of the good reviews, but I'd rather go somewhere where I'm acknowledged. read more

Very happy with the service I received at this location. I believe I was serviced by a man named Dan? Can't remember exactly but he was very nice. I showed up pretty close to closing because I was in desperate need of an oil change. Regardless of my timing, they took me in anyways. They even let me use a coupon for a free oil change that I got from another location who forgot to put my tires back on properly. This place luckily put my tires back on so they didn't almost fall off as I drove away this time. Five stars for not almost killing me! Will return to this location again! read more

Best Tire Store I have ever used. No answering machine, always a person to help you. Frank was the best. He gave me several options and NEVER pressured me to make a purchase. I had chosen an all terrain tire, but the size was a little different than the one from the manufacture recommended. I really wanted this brand so Frank said to come in and he would make a visual assessment to see if it would work. He ordered four of these and mounted one to see if it would rub on the wheel well. Unfortunately it was to large, so he had to take that tire off and reorder the smaller size in the Toyo brand ( my second choice ). Frank ordered the tires and said to come in around 8 am the next day to get the new ones mounted. I was leaving to my Arizona home that morning and had to meet the granite counter top people at a specific time. The tires were installed in record time as promised. Kinda long here but I wanted all future customers of Bud's Moreno Valley Tire Pros to realize the professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness they can expect from them. Lastly as any good consumer I had checked other tire stores and none could or would even try to be as competitive in their price as tIre Pros. We needed new tires & an alignment bad, right before the holidays when money is super tight. We called a TON of places! They had the best deal, even cheaper then Walmarts tires on sale. One place had cheaper tires on sale but didn't do alignments, Buds price matched so we were able to get everything done at the best possible price at 1 location. When we got there they were really busy (hard to find a parking spot busy) but they were still super friendly and really quick! I highly recommend this place, it's the only place we'll be going for tires from now on! read more

i brought my 2011 Chevy Tahoe in for service, i normally bring it to the dealer since i have a service contract threw the dealer ship but i was pressed for time since i was leaving for a trip to the river, i spoke with Robert he knew it took a special oil since it was a 2011 and a hybrid they got me in quick and efficiently,while they were inspecting my vehicle they found that i had an oil leak an it looked like my oil pan and rear main were leaking which to find out is very common on the Chevy v8 from the factory.they wrote me up an estimate then asked if my vehicle was still under warranty and if it was to have that checked by the dealership in fact i am still under warranty and the dealership agreed that it was the rear main seal and oil pan leaking. thank you to everyone that works at buds Moreno Valley you have another customer for life, and thank you again for being very efficient read more

I went into Bud's after calling around town to see who can get me the best deal on a set of tires for my Mercedes-Benz. I spoke to a gentleman named Edgar who gave me a selection based on how much I was trying to spend. I got quotes from other places and they were able to match America's Tires prices. Although the price was the same, the reason I chose to come to Bud's was because the gentleman I spoke to seemed very knowledgeable and even explained to me what the difference between the 3 choices he gave me was. Since I do a little bit of driving on the mountains, I decided to go with Continental DWS tires based on Edgar's recommendation, and reviews. There's a reason why the Press Enterprise say that they are voted No 1 as far as the most reliable mechanics in town. The great thing about it is they hold that reputation. Because they are one of the most reliable mechanics, they are also one of the more busiest mechanics. So trying to get your car for a simple tune up on a weekend can be a battle among the customers who get their early. I know they have other branches near my place but I go to this branch in particular because I never had a problem when it came to doing preventive maintenance on my car. Their prices are fair (10% off if your military or senior (maybe student don't know)) and not expensive compared to getting your maintenance from the dealership. The most I probably paid for my vehicle was 700$ that was to replace the shocks and struts on my car. But it was more for preventive maintenance since my car reached a certain mileage that it was recommend to be done. They are pretty thoroughly on their inspections, they would make recommendations and not pressure you to do it now. They even caught a nail in my tire which I didn't take noticed before. Often times I do heed their recommendations and I haven't had any problems occur to my car. Their customer service is pretty friendly, if the car will take longer then an hour or two they would offer to take their customers home. They have wifi while you wait as well as coffee and some restaurants nearby. read more
