I had been looking for a good deal on tires for a week. I have a 2011 Scion TC with 18" rims so I was expecting to pay a higher price for my tires. I went in and they helped me choose the right tires at the right price. They ordered them and had them the next day with an appointment set up. I also got a great deal on an alignment using a coupon from their website.Everyone was very professional and friendly. I don't know if 3 hours is a normal time spent in a tire shop but I do recall they were very busy that day.They have a clean waiting area with free coffee and TV. Terrible service for a teenager. They take advantage of you! Brought my ford focus in to get the tires balanced(the steering wheel would shake at 60mph). When i picked it up and arrived home, i realized the weights, on the tires, from before the repair were still there meaning they never even did what I paid them for! I go on the freeway and sure thing at 60mph the wheel started shaking again. I go back to the shop, and the manager who helped me was still there. I asked him how the service is done on my tires and he explains the process(sounded legit and all). I told him, well thats a surprise that the same old weights from before are still there. You guys wanna know what he said??? He said, well your a teenager so maybe you dont know much about cars, there are also weights on the inside of the wheel. If its still shaking maybe its the engine mount(which is a pretty expensive repair). First off, this man doesnt know that i work on cars at home so for him disrespect me like that, especially the manager, is absurd. secondly I knew he was saying the bigges BS thing ever! If the engine mount was truly broken, the WHOLE CAR WOULD SHAKE WHETHER AT 0mph or 60mph. Clearly, EVEN THE MANAGER WAS TRYING TO RIP ME OFF. Took my car to Bud's Tire Pros yesterday as I needed two front tires and a wheel alignment. I was referred to Bud's from a coworker of mine to get replacement tires. I am glad that I did. While I was referred to Chris, I wound up speaking with Brian who ensured that my tires would be in when I arrived and they were. Seems simple. Not many places actually let you know when parts arrive. I went down there and while Brian was not there, I was provided excellent service. The prices were lower than if I went to America's Tire Company. I have expensive tires, so this is a plus for me! Something has been going on here lately and its not good. Since Brian left there have been strange things happening with the repairs. Oil changes have had hard plastic caps left in the oil pans causing rapid oil leaks, the diagnostic abilities have dwindled, I also believe some of the repairs have been neglected or ignored on some of the scheduled maintenance. I used to sing the praises of this place because of their honest repairs and pricing but it is starting to turn into one of those shady places that might charge for repairs they didn't do at all. If you take your car here please check it for common repair errors or it may end up costing you more. read more

I found a nail in my tire on a Sunday. I was lucky to find a tire shop that was open. I was able to get in and out in about 35 minutes.

I took my 4Runner in for an oil change about 4 weeks ago and Carlos discovered in his vehicle inspection that my rear brakes needed replacing within the next 2000 miles or so. The front brakes were not as bad, but I decided to take the car in and have both front and rear replaced sooner rather than later. I never really noticed any problems before they were replaced, but after they were done the difference was very noticeable. I guess I got used to them as they were wearing out and although they weren't noticeably bad, the difference was really apparent when driving on the freeway in stop and go traffic. It's almost like driving a new car as far as brakes go. After coming to this location for many years it's comforting to know that you will always be taken care of and at a fair price. Extreamly disrespectful. They told me that it would be an hour but it took over three hours for a damn alignment.

The are pricey and try to tell you they are giving you a discount. Their no so much military discount is just whatever the normal special is. They are only looking to make commission on you. I haven't had an issue with their work but i don't think i will be going back. read more

It can get busy here on the weekends but the service can't be beat. I never feel like I'm being upsold or taken advantage of. I wish they had better accommodations for customers having to wait in their lobby (drinks, wifi, better chairs). The parking sucks a bit but that's not their fault as they share parking with other businesses. I love how they have a rewards program, where you rack up points from your services and can redeem for a percentage or dollar amount off. The guys at this place are great!! Yesterday at about 5:15pm, I noticed right after work that I had a flat tire. I called them up and told them that I was about to put my spare tire on and if they could wait for me since they closed at 5:30pm. They said no problem. Tried to come in for an oil change but it was an hour until closing.. Said it couldn't be done which was fine I understood. Asked if I could schedule something for Sunday and he told me it was super bowl Sunday and I asked if they closed. He said no but could guaranty the job would be done because they would be leaving early. Asked what would've a good time to guarantee the job would be done. My pickup needed a new set of tires and I wanted some with a heavier load rating than what was on it. The truck came with oversized rims from the manufacturer and it made the search more challenging than expected. After spending time with other tire dealers, I was half-believing a different set of rims would be required. My coworker, who has been in the area for decades, said he was a fan of Bud's Tire Pros. Given he's at least as hard to satisfy as I am, I decided to stop in. I was very happy I did. Within minutes, they printed out two options they could get their hands on immediately. The price was hundreds less than expected and the tires had great reviews online. Within 24 hours, the tires were on my pickup. The cost of the tires, oil change, and lube was substantially less than expected...especially after the military discount. Just as important as the great price was the excellent customer service. The workers there proved knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. They're the first place that didn't tell me my 12 year old work truck wouldn't fall apart without hundreds of dollars in additional maintenance costs. They also handed me my keys back within 10 minutes of the expected time. I'm definitely taking my other car there and recommend you do the same. read more

I just purchased my 2011 toyota Camry used and i had a light come on. after looking thru my manual i realized it was my tire pressure monitoring sensor. so i took it in to check for flat tires. One of the guys working on the carscame in and asked to help me. His name is Edgar and he helped top off my air pressure and checked my spare tire. after determining my tires werent flat and were just low he let me go with no charge... It was that time of my car's life in which the tires need a change. can start seeing the steel belt, it's kinda time. So just like any other consumer looking for tires, I was already expecting a long 3-hour day, high prices, and feeling that I should just use roller blades to get around. My wonderful husband had stopped by this tire store just to ask for prices. He was quite surprised and happy that Brian, had provided several quotes (not just for the tires, but out-the-door prices) for several brands of tires. There was no pressure to stay and choose something on the spot, and Brianl even said to seek him out should my husband return another day. So we decided to change the tires on both of our cars, to experience the pain just once. When we arrived and showed Brian the quotes, he didn't hesitate and remembered my husband. In less than 15 minutes, our cars were being taken to the garage for the change. I was quite surprised at this efficiency. Not only that, but they even checked the TPMS and did an alignment, without increasing the prices to unreasonable extreme. In less than 2 hours, both (yes, both!) cars were ready to go. And the price? Honored and exactly as quoted days earlier. I was so impressed by the experience, never having remembered a good tire change experience. Overall, after trying different tire shops, including Costco, America's Tires, and Just Tires, coming here to Bud's Tires with Brian has been the only time I felt this was a good experience, and it didn't sour my mood for the rest of the day. Very disappointed in the overall service of this business. I gave them multiple chances and they just can't seem to get it right. My most recent experience was a week ago when I brought in my boyfriend's car for a simple oil change. I brought it in early in the morning and asked if it would be done by 1:20p. "Yes, not a problem, we'll call you when it's ready". I called at 1:15p and they said it would be ready in 5 minutes, so I headed over. I arrived at 1:20p only to be told they still needed another 10 minutes. Irritated, I sat there waiting. After 15 minutes I asked what was taking so long and was told " I'm sorry, I keep telling the technicians to stop talking and finish, they're almost done" so I proceeded to stand there and witnessed the technicians doing exactly that, not caring that a customer was waiting. Then I find out they charged for synthetic oil, without asking or informing me that they no longer use regular oil. Even worse, 2 other vehicles of ours were taken in the last few months for alignments and neither were properly aligned. The papers they gave us showed us RED, meaning the alignment still needed to be adjusted, but we were still charged and one technician had the nerve to try and convince me that a little bit of red is okay. I AM NOT HAPPY, NEED I SAY MORE?? read more
