You walk in through the right side and you order your food before you sit down. Yvonne greeted us and was welcoming. They give you a number and they bring your food and drinks to the table. I ordered a small green posole, the Carnitas skillet, and he ordered the huevos devorciados. The green posole was the star!!! Everything was delicious and had ample flavor. Nothing to salty. Restrooms were extremely clean! Must stop by if just for the pozole!!!

Food: all parties tried the chilaquiles 3 green 1 red. They do provide you with plenty of chips so it's a good amount of chilaquiles. My myself, I rather have them baked or at least softer than the new way of serving them but they were still good. They were good for those who can't eat super spicy food as they have a very little kick to them. It came a black beans and half of an avocado. We also ordered the fresas on crema pancakes, a little too much crema for us and they are a good size. Service: it was good. Food did not take long, we had a young gentleman who was very nice and would check on our table often. Ambiance: decor is cute. They have the old school tables from Juarez in some tables. Brought back memories for me when I was a kid. Not super packed. Not sure I would return as they mostly focus on chilaquiles and not my style. Try it out.

I decided to try out the taco place where Mooyah Burgers used to be on Mesa. Since I try tacos anywhere I can, I was interested to see how they tasted here. Well, let me say I was impressed. You need to try the tacos here. You will be pleased and impressed. The shells are crunchy and warmed up. Then the salsas to choose from are spicy but good. This restaurant will be on my to eat list. There isn't rice or beans, but the chips are a good appetizer. This place needs to be on your list of Mexican restaurants. Then the owner is very well coming.

Top notch experience! The ambiance is so bright and welcoming! A perfect way to start your day! Clean, well lit, ample seating, menus displayed and friendly staff! They even let me take pictures of my MexiMosa on the bar! The food- let's chat, pay attention to the fire because let me tell you their plates pack a punch! The chilaquiles verdes were sensational and flavor filled, spicy! The churro French toast was perfectly covered in churro sugar on both sides, toasted so well with a crunch and that gooey middle. The MeximOsa was a delight and the aguas frescas were a treat. I will definitely be back for another brunch date.

Flautas de Carnitas sauced in green chile creme

My first visit here and I am pleasantly surprised. The Menu is expansive from the traditional Mex fare to some creative dishes and even a few American breakfast items. I went with something different and creative, Flautas de Carnitas ahogadas en chile verde, shredded pork carnitas rolled in a corn tortilla and deep fried. Covered in a creamy green chile sauce with picked unions, crema fresca and jack cheese on top. WOW! You order at a counter and are given a number. Food is delivered to your table. The service was great. They ask patrons to not take or save tables until a you have a number. This is great. Those who do seat themselves before getting a number are politely asked to get back in the order line. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The ambiance is very casual and family friendly. I look forward to coming back and try other items on the menu.

First they make you stand in line forever. Then the food is cold when you get it finally. The tostadas are hard, they forgot the cheese, I asked for more cream they didn't put but one splash and she told me I would be charged. The meat/carne asada was flavorless. Lastly we paid 40$ for 2 plates, NOT WORTH THE HYPE. Also their coffee was full of soap, It's traditional cafe de olla, i told The waitress And they could care less very sad.I DONT think we will be returning.

Buen Dia Chilaquiles caught my eye with its vibrant sun and Spanish sign as I was heading to Black Friday's off Mesa Blvd. Created by the same owners as Crave, this cute breakfast spot introduces a fresh concept featuring a Mexican favorite - chilaquiles. After moving to El Paso, I fell in love with chilaquiles thanks to places like Don Chilaquil and Lucy's Cafe, each offering their own humble versions. Buen Dia presents a delightful Mexican brunch experience with a lively and social atmosphere, bright colors, music, and alcoholic beverages. They maintain the authenticity of down-home, savory chilaquiles, with a touch of sophistication, like the red pepper flakes in my dish. The menu may seem a bit pricey initially, with dishes ranging from $10 to $15, but it's worth it for the quality, just like Crave's offerings. I appreciate having diverse brunch options in El Paso, from Denny's to the more upscale yet accessible experience at Crave. With Buen Dia, the same concept extends to Mexican cuisine, offering a selection of tacos, burritos, and classic American breakfast dishes, alongside a weekend special of Pozole Verde. Buen Dia's menu is simple, focusing on their forte - breakfast foods. They are open every day from 8 am to 3 pm and extend their hours till 4 pm on weekends. The Carajillo drink was delightful, and I can't wait to try more of their offerings. The service was friendly and accommodating, allowing me to sample all the salsas before choosing my favorite, the Creamy Green. The salsas were outstanding, each with its own unique flavor and texture. I would have loved an option to add chili toreados to balance the acidity of the sauces and pickled onions with a savory umami kick. The drink choices were good, and it was a nice touch that water was not charged. Hot coffee came with refills, while the aqua frescas were served in large cups. I'm thrilled to see a concept like Buen Dia Chilaquiles in El Paso, and I believe it has the potential to become popular nationwide. It adds to the city's already amazing and unique brunch culture. I can't wait to visit again and try more from their menu. ~TODOELPASO

The place is clean. I love the walk up counter approach. The menu is full of good-looking options. I tried the chilaquiles with the creamy green sauce and over-easy eggs as recommended to me by a friend, which was the right choice indeed. There are plenty of good drink options too, non-alcoholic and for adult fun. I can imagine this is a fun brunch place! My food came out quickly. The portion was hearty, more than I could eat really. They didn't skimp on the accoutrements either. The black beans on the side paired well with the heat of the chilaquiles. My eggs were cooked to my liking. Enjoyed a cold Topo Chico to wash it all down. Perfect lunch! I'm going to invite a friend and split some chilaquiles and the strawberry pancakes next time! Service was quick and friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked though the door.

I kept it classic with waffles, bacon, and eggs--and it absolutely hit the mark. The waffles were light, fluffy, and perfectly golden, the bacon was cooked just right, and everything came out fresh and satisfying. Simple comfort food done right. But what really elevated the experience was the atmosphere. They had live musical entertainment by Louie, who was incredible. He played a mix of hits from yesterday and today, moving effortlessly between country & western, contemporary favorites, and traditional Spanish songs. His versatility created a warm, lively environment that both staff and customers clearly enjoyed--it added something special you don't find everywhere. Service was just as impressive. Our server, XAY, had a bright, welcoming smile and provided outstanding service from start to finish. They offered great suggestions on local favorites and specials, which made the experience feel personal rather than routine. The vibe overall is relaxed, inviting, and very "El Paso"--a place where you can sit, enjoy your meal, and stay a while. Overall: Delicious, well-executed brunch classics Live music that enhances the experience (not overwhelms it) Exceptional, friendly service Comfortable, welcoming atmosphere Would I go back? I went in for brunch, and one place that absolutely deserves a visit is The Junction Brunch House. The restaurant is set inside a literal house, which gives it a cozy, welcoming feel from the moment you walk in. The service is warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. As for the food? Ay Dios mio! Outstanding. I ordered Big T's Texas Breakfast: two eggs any style, bacon, and pancakes or French toast. I chose scrambled eggs and pancakes. The presentation was impressive, looking more like something you'd expect at a high-end hotel restaurant. The eggs were folded neatly, omelet-style, into a triangle and cooked perfectly--flavorful and fluffy. The bacon was crispy yet juicy, just right. The pancakes were a four-stack, light and fluffy with a beautiful griddle finish. They came with butter mixed with brown sugar and cinnamon, and a side of and maple syrup, which took them to another level. Junction has locally made hot sauce on the table, and fair warning as both packed some serious heat and paired perfectly with the eggs. What really stood out was the attentive service. The staff checked in regularly, made sure I had everything I needed, and seemed to refill my coffee right on cue. While brunch alone makes it worth the trip, the menu offers much more than breakfast. I'm already looking forward to going back to try their lunch options. If you're in El Paso and craving a comfortable atmosphere with excellent food and service, this is a spot you shouldn't miss.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. Their menu items are great and have an enjoyable twist. I'm a bit hooked on their guacamole and zucchini fries. I have enjoyed everything I have tried so far. The classic burger is juicy and the beef has a great flavor. The southwest scrambler also had a great blend of flavors. I added bacon strips on the side. It did not disappoint. The flavor of the bacon was a great addition. Everything tastes better with bacon! I was simple with my drink order and had an orange mimosa (several). Great flavor. Makes it difficult to get just one. They do offer other flavors and flights along with many other cocktail choices and beer. I recently tried the steak and eggs, a new menu item. You have options when you order. I ordered mine with scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon (of course), and toast with my medium steak. The eggs were delicious and so fluffy. The flavor of the bacon went so well with the eggs and the potatoes. I like steaks. To me, the flavor of the steak was missing something compared to the rest of the plate. This has been the only time that I have not finished everything on the plate. I'm sure the seasoning of the steak will improve . I'm not saying the flavor was bad making the steak inedible. The flavor was just not to my liking. This does not stop me from returning and I still highly recommend that you stop by. I haven't gotten to the prices! I have been to brunch in many places across the country and in Texas. Sadly, many are disappointing and seem to feel that because it's "brunch" they can over charge for their plates and especially their drinks. I am so glad Nomel does not. The location is not conveniently close to the highway, but it is definitely worth the drive.
