The cafe de olla was spot on and was served in a mug of traditional Mexican style shape and imprints. Colorful pictures adorn walls. Our friend ordered avocado toast and looked delectable with a generous spread of avocado, an egg on sliced bread. Plan on going back for breakfast and oh, a mug of coffee. read more

I really wanted to like this place, but after two attempts it's safe to say I won't be coming back. About two weeks ago I ordered the cookie butter iced latte and it was extremely watered down with almost no coffee flavor. I decided to give them another chance because the shop is conveniently located near my work and I pass by every morning. I thought maybe it was just an off day. Today proved otherwise. Their hours on Instagram and Yelp clearly say they open at 6:00 AM. I arrived at 6:18 AM and the entire place was dark. Around 6:20 AM the kitchen lights turned on and I could see a woman and a man inside setting up. I figured they might just be running a few minutes behind, so I waited. By 6:30 AM the door was still locked even though the sign on the door clearly states they open at 6:00 AM. I got out of my car and knocked. I stood there for a few minutes while both employees made direct eye contact with me multiple times and completely ignored me. No acknowledgment, no explanation, nothing. Being 30 minutes past your posted opening time is already frustrating, especially for a coffee shop that people rely on. But ignoring a customer standing at the door after making eye contact is just plain unprofessional. I had high hopes this would become my new morning coffee stop, but after a watered-down drink and employees who can't even acknowledge a waiting customer, they've lost a potential regular. read more

First time coming here, I ordered the el chino coffee and chilequiles with green sauce and carne asada. The coffee was so tasty, sweet but not too sweet. The wait in line to order was about 15 minutes and the wait for the food was over 30 minutes. Safe to say I found my new coffee shop. I love how they use syrups 183. So far have tried the Horchata, Mazapán & Spanish latte. Would give a half star if I could, coffee was the only thing to save it went with my wife on a busy Sunday afternoon. The coffee was ok but way too milky. The food though was the worst part which is awful considering the price. My chorizo breakfast burrito was good, nothing to write home about, but the wife's Chilaquiles... man that was bad, we paid for the "deluxe" which we added carne asada with and it was A-W-F-U-L ended up throwing out the plate ($22 down the drain). Rice was ice cold, felt like it came out of the fridge, chilaquiles were BAD, cold and sauce was SOUR, gave my wife an upset stomach, and the meat tasted dry and like they just dumped a ton of salt to mask the lack of flavor, and once again you guessed it... cold. The beans at least were warm(ish) and tasted ok. But for what we paid it was severely lacking. Would overall not recommend here unless you are just picking up a coffee. This location and the location in Riverside were very pleasant . Came here today after having gone to the one in Colton earlier , which was awful . It was very busy but lines went by quickly . Had the Spanish latte today iced and it was very good . Had the loaded burrito which satisfied my whole lunch . The staff were incredibly helpful even though there were many customers . Went in today with my family, let me just say the coffee is AMAZING! I had the Dulce de leche latte and my husband had the mazapán latte. It was the perfect amount of sweet but you can still taste the coffee! We also got the chilaquiles and loaded burrito, they were also so good!
