Apologies, as I did not take any photos for this review. My roommate asked if I wanted anything from here so I ended up getting churros, the cali burrito, horchata, and the buenos noches nachos. Service: My roommate picked up the food after calling in the order. She mentioned that they helped her carry the food to her car, which is always appreciated. Interior: N/A Food: The food pretty good I thought, it's a little harder to judge carryout vs. dining in. The nachos was the first thing I tried. The chips are good quality chips. They are thicker than most chips and hold their shape well. Even though the toppings had been moistening them, they remained rigid and still had a good crunch to them. There could have been more toppings. The churros were heavily covered in sugar, which may not be to everyone's liking, but I have a sweet tooth so I didn't mind. I did have to ration the dipping sauce (chocolate) a bit. The horchata was ok, it didn't have much a cinnamon favor at all, but it was still refreshing while I ate the food. The burrito was decently tasty and pretty well balanced. The way they lay the ingredients before the wrap it can lead to a mouthful of a single ingredient though, but it only happened a couple of times so not a big deal. Overall: For me, the nachos were the best part of the meal. For the price, there are better places, but it's not a bad place to get some food if you're nearby and in the mood for Mexican food. read more

They have a good selection of American and Mexican drinks. The food is great and the presentation is impeccable! An explosion of flavors and spice on your palette. We had the chiliquilles with beef birria and salsa verde. It has just enough spice to tickle your pallet but not too strong, just the way I like it. Hubby had the crunchy cheese Asada taco. He devoured it. I didn't even get to try it. He said it was his favorite. Pops had the nachos with Asada, which he said were good as well. Moms had the chorizo & egg burrito with some fresh avocado on it. It looked too good to eat! But flavor was on point. We had the home made jaimaca, which was okay, but there was a hint of cinnamon which I'm not used to tasting. Completely disorganized. Management needs to address these issues immediately. Do NOT come here on Sundays--utter chaos. It doesn't matter when you place your order; expect to wait over an hour while 3-5 families who arrived after you get their food first. The layout is a waste; ditch the decor and add more tables and chairs so people aren't waiting forever. My daughter and I came to the newest Mexican restaurant Buenos Dias for a late lunch about 4p. We both ordered their Lunch Tacos. These are street tacos so if you know that they are on the small side about 5 inches in diameter. Depending on which one you choose the tacos were from $4.50 to $5.50 each. To make it a full meal you could add rice and beans for $4. They have an array of different drinks, but we opted for the water that is free on the counter in a nice glass container. After your order, they give you a little number that you placed on the table and they bring the food out to you. The tacos were plated nicely with sauces and garnishes on top. I got the Birria tacos with consommé (extra $2) and my daughter had the Carne Asada. We had two tacos each. The tortillas were handmade and everything was absolutely delicious. If you're definitely hungry I would add the rice and beans or maybe the chips and homemade guacamole. The interior is nicely decorated. Simple decor with old black and white photos on the walls, lots of cactus and succulents on the dining tables and placed around on the floor and front entrance. There used to be also a TV in the corner near the front. There is a lot of tables as well as a bar seating right at the kitchen area and you can also go outside and sit under the trees. The chef came out to ask how we enjoyed the food and gave us some information on the restaurant. He said that the chairs as well as the light fixtures, which look like giant sombreros were all handmade down in Mexico. I'd have to say the chairs were very comfortable to sit in and I love the table we were sitting at with the tile on top. When you enter the restaurant on your right is an area where you can purchase T-shirts and other items with their logo as well as cute dog Mexican inspired clothing. Straight ahead after entering is the order counter with the menus above and the kitchen area behind the order counter. Also, to the right of the order counter is a large refrigerator with lots of different drinks. If you like Coca-Cola, they have that with real sugar made in Mexico and not the one with high fructose corn syrup that's made here in the United States. Hours of operation: 8am to 12p for breakfast and 11am to 9pm for lunch and dinner. We will definitely be back to try their other delicious looking food! read more

Ordered from here for the first time & I was not disappointed! The food was delicious. I ordered a Buenos Dias burrito with bacon and green salsa. The bacon was nice and crispy , the potatoes were seasoned, the burrito had the perfect amount of chipotle in it and the flour tortilla was nice and warm. The Buenos Açaí was beautifully made. The fruit tasted fresh and sweet. The granola gave it a perfect crunchy texture . The peanut butter and amount of honey added were just right. & to wash it down we ordered a cold brew horchata. This is the second time we have Buenos Dias. The first time we went opening week and food took forever! It was understandable as they were figuring things out. Today however we ordered pick up and our food took almost 45 minutes for chilaquiles and 3 tacos. I asked for green extra saucy chilaquiles. On top of waiting forever they didn't add any green sauce on my chips. The chips tasted like old burnt oil. And the carne asada in the tacos tasted dry and burnt. It's really cute inside and everyone was really nice. my wife and I went there twice, once in the evening and we had quesa Birria tacos, carne asada tacos, carne asada with cheese, a watermelon and strawberry agua fresca, an orchata and the churros. The food took a while to come out, not a huge deal tho, but once the food came out, the portion to price is not worth it tbh. $4 for a medium sized drink and $5 per taco is ridiculous! I mean the home made tortillas are good, but not $5 per taco good lol. The agua fresca was alright, but it was more of a smoothie as it was very thick. There were still lots on the menu we wanted to try, so we gave it a second chance this morning and it was worse. We got the "Papa's con huevo" and the potatoes were raw and hard. We also got an OG bowel and the rice was also undercooked and hard. The portion of the bowel is also on the chipotle level. Torn on this review...The service was amazing and the decor is extremely cute but the food wasn't authentic and was a bit bland. Would I try it again? Definitely, to try something else or see if there's improvement since they just opened. Would I recommend? Not quite yet. As a few reviews mentioned, they are a bit overpriced for the portion size and the quality. We got the carne asada burrito, the birrria burrito, the chicken OG bowl and a Jamaica. The burritos had more rice than meat and the meat needed more seasoning. For the birria, the consume was nothing like I've had before and was both lighter in color and had more oil. The chicken in the bowl was good but the rice was plain. The Jamaica was also off and not sure if they needed to add more sugar or brew it with more hibiscus leaves but the taste was off. The service and the decor however is what stood out the most and alone deserves 5+ stars. Willing to try again in hopes things get better as I'm hoping they will be successful in the long run. read more
