went here awhile back and my husband and i we're not happy.. The service was horrible and the atmosphere was extremely loud and disturbing. We only went because my husband wanted to watch a specific sports thing and didnt even get to enjoy the event. This place is way over priced on food and drinks and the staff is very disrespectful and neglectful. They need some major management control. read more

Great place to visit if you like any kind of sports! Approx. 50 tv's, all different sports and games. Different sections to sit according to if you have children, or drink alcoholic beverages. It's very loud, and best to get there eary to find a seat before your sporting event starts. Great menu selection, wings and burgers a personal favorite. read more

We come here quite a bit because my son loves wings. The service here is very consistent. Consistently bad. Unless you can't live without wings don't come here. It's not just one or two waiters or waitresses. It must be the management. Horrible horrible service. read more

I hate this place. Way overpriced, poorly designed and food is served in paper boats. This is not okay when the food is so high. Wings are scrawny and virtually vegetarian there is so little meat. No liquor in drinks and service takes forever. read more

Food was good. Service was deplorable. We waited 45 minutes after placing our order. Servers sitting at a table near us chatting the entire time. Not many customers (this was at the new location on I-20). Way too many tv's all playing different channel. Visit was on a Saturday afternoon just prior to what I expect would be the rush time in this place. Food costs were astronomical for what we got. This Bdubs needs to fire a waitress named Summer. She isn't concerned about her customers. I think she is past her prime anyway, she is up there in age so she seems to forgets to ring in drinks and double charges. I'll never come back to this store again. She ruined it for me. read more

Worst service I have ever had. Our waiter Aaron was on the border of being rude. Did not bring any silverware and when we asked we were told they were out. Got one glass of tea and was told they were out. Really 5 pm and your out if tea. Got one glass of tea and charged full price. Gotta say won't ever come back here. read more

Spent a few days in Abilene with family. Sat in the bar for a few drinks and to play the trivia games. We had lots of fun. Staff was friendly. Nice way to end the evening. read more

Most horrible waitress ever. Her name was Katie, at least in her late 30s. She was very disrespectful, a slow server, had an awful personality, and was seriously rude. I have never had bad service at Bdubs until that night. She hardly came to check on us, we had to flag her down for refills, silverware, and our checks. Then she disappeared with our credit cards for like 30min. I went to look for her and she was at the front register while other employees who obviously didnt have tables were just standing around doing nothing, I asked them if I could speak with the manager, the manager came out and I told her our waitress never came back to our table and she had our credit cards. The manager said she would bring them to my table. She never did but the waitress did, and when she saw we didnt tip her, she said whatever and walked off. Arrogant people should not be servers. If she had earned a tip, she would have got one. I also didn't recognize one face though, which means they got rid of all the good waitstaff. read more

As said in other reviews, custom service is bad. Wait time is bad. Menu is completely confusing! Order was incorrect, didn't bring our fries until after we were almost finished with our wings. Charged for extra ranch and blue cheese when we did not ask for extra. Bill was fixed for us, but it is very frustrating! Think I will go buy the sauce and make my own in the future. read more

Granted it was fight night, but this was the worst service I've ever had at a BW3. Couldn't get anything right with the order, and much of the food came out either really hot or as if it had been sitting out for an hour. Give your patrons some damn extra napkins or better yet some wet naps when they order your wings. Come on - you should be better than this. read more

Food was ok at best. 60¢ for ranch dressing and extra napkins were trifold from the bathroom. Not impressed.

Honestly, the experiences have been half and half. Sometimes, the service is great, other times not so much. Sometimes the order was wrong, and once we went 90 minutes without our order. We passed the times with a couple of Sprites and DS games, but ultimately walked out, leaving just a few dollars for the drinks on the table. If the waitress hadn't been so attentive I would've just left nothing. So there's that. Good or bad, they are always friendly. Wings are about average quality IMO, but tend to be overcooked sometimes. read more

If the service here is not the worst, I'd like to know who tops them!! Went in and yes it was crowded. A table with empty drinks was open and the folks behind the table said they were gone but the waitress said we could not sit there - why I have no idea. (NOTE: It sat open for almost 20 minutes) We found a table and had the absolute WORST waiter I have ever encountered (Jack). He was pitifully slow - it took 12 minutes to get a food order in and even when we got it is was barely warm. Waited forever on drinks and, to top it off, this guy may be the rudest waiter I have ever seen. He walked around and tried to look busy but he only looked like the lazy slacker he clearly is. We had no silverware and I go to ask for some it was like I was asking the female Assistant GM to get naked with me. Trust this review DO NOT put yourself in this location unless you just like to get upset (or laugh) and the complete incompetence of the wait staff and the display of horrible service at its finest.
