My GD had her birthday crown on, the restaurant was nearly empty. She was counting on a birthday song but our waitress said she couldn't round up enough people to sing one little song. Her words exactly. She was too busy waiting on the young couple. My spaghetti was cold when she finally brought our food. Never filled our drinks. I know my son spent $75 or more. No apology nothing. I have used the delivery service twice and BOTH times they brought me the WRONG FOOD! I called the manager once and he was going to credit my account and never did. It seems like Olive Garden always gets a bad wrap... maybe they had a bad day... or maybe the customer was having a bad day. Either way we had a fantastic time. My mom was in town for the Bee Gee concert and picked Olive Garden. I was skeptical at first, but I am very glad we went. We got there pretty early for a Friday night. (5:30) but we were seated right away. We ordered our drinks and an appetizer. The calamari was so tasty. I really liked the sauce that came with it that wasn't the marinara sauce. We all got salad which was very fresh. I ordered the seafood Alfredo. It was just like I remembered it. DELISH! There were a ton of scallops and shrimp. It was so much food that I ate and took it home and had two more meals out of it. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their food as well. We ordered a second round of drinks but unfortunately only one of them came. We did order the donuts and let me tell you, if you haven't had them definitely get them and get the raspberry sauce. I had changed my drink order to a coffee and it didn't come out either. They were getting pretty busy and we had to leave to get to the concert. All in all it was a great meal. read more

I had the lunch shrimp scampi with angel hair pasta. I had to put a lot of salt and pepper on it just to tolerate it. It was so bland and dry. There was barely any sauce and only 5 shrimp. I will never order this again. It was a total waste of money. read more

The chain of Olive Garden has made its name on the consistency of their food, regardless of the location. That being said- if you are just in town looking for dinner- SKIP THIS LOCATION! Instead stop at another one.. this location has no competition and therefore just does not care. The majority of the staff appear to hate their job, and just meet the threshold of being a server. The food quality is by far at the bottom on my list for this chain. The last three times I have stopped, I have been missing parts to my dish because they either forgot or done have it and didn't say that when I ordered. Competition is good- this one has none for 150 miles, so they aren't forced to step up their game. 55 bucks for two adults and no drinks or desserts was a total disappointment. read more

I called and apologized and explained that we do want the order and that we're on our way and how sorry we were for being so late. I should add that we were visited by two supervisors and they did ask us if the food was good, and it was. Was very crowded on a Saturday night, and that was probably the reason why. Don't expect the bar to be efficient while you are waiting for your table. Bartender move at one speed slow! On another visit. May daughter ordered soup and had nothing else, when the bill came it was soup and salad, when I questioned the waitress she said that's how it comes, I showed her in the menu where you can order soup by itself, she still was not sure she could only charge for soup. The service here was pretty great. I was just impressed with the initiative the manager took to make things right over a tiny issue we had. I wasn't expecting it but the gesture was greatly appreciated. Other then that the food was yummy I didn't know they have a spicy marinara sauce now it was good as heck. Went here last week and was thoroughly impressed with the service. Our server was extremely nice and on top of our needs. And while we were waiting the server cleaning his tables near ours was joking with my son, when we asked if he had a bandaid for my husband's finger. He came back with 2 and sat down to clean it and bandage it him himself. We were very impressed and offered him a tip, but he replied with no thank you just take care of your server! I use to really enjoy dining at Olive Garden. The food was very good quality and portion sizes were really filling. The last few visits I've made here the food quality and value of the meal have greatly missed the mark for me. Monday, I tried the Never Ending Stuffed Pasta Asiago Tortalloni, Alfredo Sauce with Garlic Shrimp. The Asiago Tortalloni was probably the worst I ever had it was hands down disgusting. Also the pasta was raw. I love aldente pasta but this was hardly edible. So, I went ahead and ordered another pasta to see if I would like it any better so I ordered the mushroom stuffed pasta, 5 cheese marinara and meatballs and the exact same thing happened. Undercooked pasta, the sauce tasted liked canned Chef Boyardee spaghettio sauce and the meatballs were so full of fillers that too was just gross. Also, all three times the sauces were REALLY SKIMPY! My spouse had the steak and really enjoyed it. The plate also had seasoned squash and fettuccini Alfredo. Once again the pasta seemed undercooked. After trying a few bites I asked for a to go tray to take my food home to see if I would like it any better there. I did love the salad and breadsticks. Maybe the salad had too much oil and vinegar but it was still so very good. I certainly haven't given up on Olive Garden. My favorite part of dinner for me was the ambiance and customer service. I thought Grant came across as a very friendly and knowledgeable . I'm sure you think of him as an asset to your business. He and the front staff made my day and made me feel special even though I left somewhat hungry. Maybe next time will just stick to my old standbys. read more
