However I really like Rita as a server she's super sweet and quick to get everything you need! They're always running out of silverware? And the manager on duty could have cared less that we didn't have silverware. Came in at a particularly slow time. Family ordered and the food took FOREVER to come out. When it finally did my chicken was cold. I asked for it to be warmed. 15 min later and the entire family finished eating still no chicken. Left without even having my food. Will def not return to this location. They must have got the memo! I've been back a dozen times since my last review and haven't had to wait on silverware. Servers are hit and miss, but haven't had my order messed up in a while! Unless u know your server you are gonna wait a bit for drinks and I've never gone there where my order was made correct. I've been going there since the opening night and it's kinda one of those it is what it is type of places. Games on but they always have music playing so u don't ever get to listen to the game but they have nights with decent drink specials but it takes forever to get drinks. read more

I have eaten at this bww at least 20 times. I travel for here on business and it is walking distance from my hotel. Like I mentioned, I travel for business, so expense is not a concern but this place went from kinda okay a few years ago, to hit or miss, to now just darn awful!! The service is fine and really what I expect, but the food now borders on inedible unless you order wings. Let me take that back, the wings are good but they even manage to screw them up with the lack of sauce they use. Anyway, today was the last straw, I got a chicken sandwich and the bread was harder than a crouton and the hardness was not from being toasted. It was like they let it sit outside for a day or two. It was a joke and I ended up just eating the piece of chicken. The guy or girl who made the sandwich knowingly put this briquette of a bun on my plate. That just kills me!! Did they laugh about it? Wonder what or if anybody would say something? Well, I never did say anything as I have no desire for a scene or some attempt at monetary compensation. Personally, I think the prices are too high for the slow, mediocre service and horrible environment. Meals are for talking and interacting, and there is way too much going on. There are a million televisions and sounds going on all around you. I am not a sports fan, so I don't even know why I went here besides my friends told me wings would change my life. I have to disagree. They weren't my favorite things in the world, but they did taste good but definitely NOT life changing. Granted on game days etc I expect it l be slow yet I've been on a random Monday/Tuesday night and it's been horrible. Service is so slow to get a drink, food or refill. The table I was seated at was dirty and then booth seats had crumbs. The host swiped his hands across the seat and then proceeded to hand me the menu. That should have been my first clue to leave. Next some people who sat down after me were able to order their drinks before me. Which is fine except no one came for a good 5 or 10 mins. That should have been the final clue to tell me to leave. Food was slow to come out and i had just ordered the honey bbq salad. My server was nice enough. But no professionalism whatsoever. Last night was the first time in nearly five years since I have been here. Once we got seated, it took 30 minutes to get our drinks. The place was rather busy, however, with eight of us only six of us got our drinks in 30 minutes, with one waiting 40 minutes and the last one finally came after 6 requests and 45 minutes. The food was great when we finally got it. Our waitress was missing for the first 30 minutes and only became attentive closer to tip time. There were no empty tables in the first seating area where we were sitting and by the time we left there were only two tables with customers seated. Slow or busy day, service is always terrible. Luckily, the wings are good (props to the cook!) so we always to-go it but even ordering over the phone is awful. The wigs are great, but I feel ripped-off every time I eat here. They charge 60 cents for a very small cup of ranch, and the service is poor. I only eat here on Tuesdays and Thursdays when wings are 60 cents a piece. read more

Just came here to say that Ryan was one of the most fantastic servers I've ever had. I've been in the industry for a while and I really appreciate seeing true hospitality, and he delivered above my expectations. He anticipated our needs at every stop, including realizing we were vegetarian without us even mentioning it and ensuring our customized orders were correct. Always on top of fresh drinks and making sure everyone had what they needed at all times, maintaining a party of eight with perfect execution and patience. He was a true gentleman while addressing each of us, and made our experience stress free. It was much needed as we are on the way to the hospital for the birth of my sisters first baby. Used to hit this place up karaoke nights. Always busy in evenings. Service is fine and love the wings and various sauces. The patio area makes for a nice break from the noise if you don't mind not being seen and having to see who is walking in or exiting all the time. The last two times my girlfriend and I ordered take out our order took over an hour, and was still messed up. Tonight I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and got a buffalo chicken wrap instead. Both my girlfriend and I's food had no hotsauce on it at all. This is the second time in three weeks something has been messed up for some reason. As a fan of BWW, I was feeling a bit reserved about this location from the previous reviews. The restaurant was fairly busy, not packed but decent crowd for a non football Monday night. I sat in the bar, was greeted promptly and ordered a beer. Disappointed in the fact the don't have any "local" (given this is Abilene I can understand but not even 1?) and only had 1 in the bottle. The waiter was nice, tried to carry on a conversation a bit but was pretty covered up himself. Unfortunately my appetizer didn't come out before my meal, but he had to be reminded of it - so I can see how previous ratings can dig on service. All and all, this location was on par to others I have tried. Beer, wings, and a lot of sport TV's = good time. read more

Thursday night is the night to come if you like boneless wings. They will set you back .65 per wing. Not bad considering wing prices on any other night is pretty steep. I love B-Dubs! My friends and I always go there to hang out for great music videos and a fun time. I love their buffalo ranch chicken sandwich. Also the 40 cent wing special on Tuesdays and the 60 cent boneless special on Thursdays ROCK! The other day I took my niece, who is 6, in there for dinner. She loved all the decorations and lights. She also had a blast playing all the games they have to offer. Every time I watch her now she wants me to take her back to "wings". Went here with my wife today for the Tuesday wing deal. It was awesome. From the food to the service. My waitress's name was "Charity" and she made just the right amount of check backs; never bothered us when our mouths were full, always had a fresh drink on table as we neared the quarter mark. (I'd ask for her by name) She recommended wraps for our meal and we topped it off with wings and the food was delicious. A++ read more

went here awhile back and my husband and i we're not happy.. The service was horrible and the atmosphere was extremely loud and disturbing. We only went because my husband wanted to watch a specific sports thing and didnt even get to enjoy the event. This place is way over priced on food and drinks and the staff is very disrespectful and neglectful. They need some major management control. read more
