The $20 deal where two people get entree and side is AMAZING value. I love that if you order ten boneless wings, you can mix flavors and get five and five with different sauce. The new Cajun may be my favorite ever. The ambiance was fun. Everyone cheered and it was really fun place to watch a game. So many TV's, and plenty to keep you busy while you wait. The place is really clean and the food is top notch. I come here at least once a month of more when I'm in the area just because they have a ton of beer choices (draft) and it's always fresh tasting. I haven't been to this location. Our sever was setting up patio tables so it took a bit to be greeted. He took our drink order and we ordered chips and chili conqueso. Lift Off was a solid IPA. Dinner - Classic Wings, Small, Buffalo Hot, which is 9 wings. Classic means it has the bone. The menu could put the number of wings next to "Small", instead of asking the staff. The wings could have had more sauce on them. I'm not a huge fan of Buffalo Wild Wings, and that trend continues. I ordered a sampler appetizer, and the best part about it was that the chips for the nachos were fresh and crispy. Everything that should have been hot was pretty much room temperature, and the taste was just OK, not horrible, but nothing to sing about, either. Our server, Yekarrah, however was PHENOMENAL! Almost two months ago, I had a sizeable order for carryout. They forgot my 3 sides of carrots, my entire order of mozzarella sticks, mixed my two different orders of wings, and the chicken club had no avocado! I spoke with the managing partner (Jeff) as well as the bar manager (Chris). Firstly, the store often won't even answer the phone. They lie to you that they are taking action and will call you, then refuse to call you back! I was promised a gift card to replace my order and then when I arrived, no one knew anything about it and the managers wouldn't call me back. This is, BY FAR, the worst customer service experience I've ever received after a complaint. I even filed a complaint through the corporate website and have been ignored. Unless you love mediocre, over-priced food, prepared wrong, and to have nothing done about it, look elsewhere. read more

This store is pretty much the same as Buffalo Wild Wings anywhere you go, and that's not a great thing. Some things you can be fairly sure will happen at Bdubs: Your server will either stand talking to other servers or disappear altogether when you want a drink refill or a beer...or like today, when we want to place our orders to begin with. The kitchen will make the food in the wrong order and your buffalo fries will be soggy and limp because they made them first. Your wing basket will be 100% flappers without a drummie to be found. Your food will come out cold and with the problems listed above. On top of these things, there's now a new issue: if you divide your wing order into multiple sauces or some sauce some dry rubbed, they're all served on the same tray so the sauces run together and your dry rubbed wings aren't dry anymore. Look, I'm not trying to bag on this location.It's what we have come to expect from good ol' Bdubs in every state. Let's just realize what we're getting into and enjoy it for what it is...a sports bar with a mediocre kitchen and staff! Don't be mad. Have another beer. read more

Worst BWW experience ever, but only because of my server. "Davis" was our server, an older lady. No refills were given. She was to busy with her friends at the next table over. One of the guys I was there with had card issues. She proceeded to yell across the restaurant about it instead of being polite and told him to "figure it out." Went to this establishment tonight and honestly was very dissatisfied. It took 10 min to seat guest as the lobby was full, with all but 5 tables unoccupied. The staff just stood around like there were not people waiting to be seated. When receiving our food the appetizer which was queso and chips was cold and crusted over, and it ended up arriving the same time as our wings. The waitress was very inattentive as we waited on her multiple times for refills and condiments. It seemed as though we were her only table.
