    Parmesan Crusted Spinach Dip
    Lindsey M.

Delicious! Great service ! I took my little sister for a bite to eat after shopping. I joined the waitlist because I thought there would be a wait at 5:30pm on a Friday night. We arrived and there was no wait. We were seated and greeted by our friendly and attentive waitor. We started with the Parmesan spinach dip and it was perfect temperature and the crunchy pita's were perfect. I ordered the ribeye with broccoli and a sweet potato. My steak was perfectly cooked how I wanted 'medium'. My broccoli was cooked so tender, this never happens at restaurants. They cook the broccoli this good. My sister ordered the bbq chicken and shrimp with French fries and Mac and cheese. We both really enjoyed our meals and great service. It was not super loud, so we were able to hear each other to have conversations. Definitely recommend this place when your on the east side. I will come back to visit when I am on that side of my Indy.

I was greeted at the door. Seated pretty quickly. Being vegetarian, I still love Longhorn because they have tasty sides. Today, I tried the macaroni. I had no idea that you could get it without bacon. I also ordered my usual, brocolli and mashed potatoes. Erin was my server and she recommended a long Island, which did not disappoint. My Mac was hot but my other sides were cold. I still enjoyed my meal. The bathrooms needed to be cleaned. But overall, I had a decent experience.

The food was really delicious. Quiana, our waitress was very attentive and we appreciate that kind of service. Too many Tenders for me to finish them all! Salad and bread were very good. How do they get their Sweet Potatoes so fluffy inside??? Very good!

I ordered online to go for the family. The app said 30 mins my food was ready and it was. Everything was fresh , and good. Lornhorn has these best ribs and the bbq sauce should be bottled and sold, it's so good. My salmon was cooked perfectly, and the baked potato and brussel sprouts were tasty as well. My kids enjoyed the kids meal. My husband had the crispy chicken salad. His feedback was it could have had more chicken but it was good too. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star rating is because , you have to go in to get your online order. I've tried several times calling or texting when I get there for someone to deliver curbside but they never come out. I understand they are busy so it does not bother me. My advice is just to go in and tell them your there to pick up an online order. It's always ready. My order is always right even when I have subscriptions. I truly appreciate the service.

Whole time on the phone. The total in all was over 30 minutes. Sad.

And only a half block walk from the Omni Hotel we were staying in! Food (5/5): Well, this place would not have lasted since 1902 if the food wasn't delicious. And it did not disappoint. We have been eating so much lately that we ordered an appetizer and main and the kitchen split everything in half. Bread: Delicious fresh made rolls of onion and pumpernickel. The best thing was the cheese lavosh crackers, which were hiding in the bottom - we almost missed them! They said they purchase the lavosh, then put garlic butter and cheese on them and bake them. Just wonderful! Shrimp cocktail - Of course we had to try this! The large shrimps were hiding under a mound of freshly grated horseradish and tomato paste to make a spicy, eye watering cocktail sauce. Iconic indeed! The main came with "bean soup" which sounded not great, but it was surprisingly good. It had chunks of ham and carrots and tasted more like split pea soup. The main also came with a side - we opted for the loaded baked potato and it was perfectly cooked. Nothing like a great baked potato with sour cream, cheese, and bacon! Filet mignon - We got the 8oz (medium rare) and the kitchen split it in half for us. I also got it Oscar Style, which included lump crab, asparagus, and béarnaise sauce (lovely butter sauce!) Service (5/5): David was an amazing server. Tux laden and professional to the core. The other servers did not let an empty plate sit on the table for more than a few seconds after we finished. I wish that every server was as kind and professional as David. Ambiance (5/5): 1920's crooners singing filled the dark wood intimate spaces. It's a classic steakhouse!

I'm glad I made a reservation bc the bar was packed. The shrimp cocktail was both eye watering and delicious. I got the ribeye rare plus it was ok. I appreciate that we were given to wait staff for our group size which made things move very fast and efficiently. They have some great lunch offerings and deals to get the most out of the menu. I really liked the lunch combo with the shrimp cocktail, their homemade sauce really packs a punch! We also had a special birthday and they were able to bring out a dessert for our birthday girl, and that was a great part of the experience as well.

They even wrote out a birthday card for me. Wife and I went with the Brie and Oysters for starts. Delicious, but personally the oysters were a bit small but they were delicious. The main floor dining like a lunch vibe, but it turned out to be a cozy choice. For appetizers, we started with the cornbread after our focaccia was unfortunately not the best. Seemed to be over-proofed. The cornbread was absolutely phenomenal and a must-have! A special shoutout to our waitress, Arya, who noticed our disappointment with the focaccia and generously brought us the cornbread on the house. That kind of service is truly memorable! I also had the beets and peaches salad, which was refreshing but a tad overdressed. Still, I couldn't resist finishing the entire dish. For my main course, I ordered the lasagna, and I can confidently say it was one of the best I've ever had. It wasn't overloaded with cheese and instead complemented by mushrooms and pesto, and surprisingly light on the stomach. My husband chose the filet and rated it an 8/10, saying he thoroughly enjoyed it. We were so full by the end that we skipped dessert. The decor of the restaurant is beautiful, and the staff was incredibly attentive throughout our meal. The only downside was the atmosphere; coming from Chicago, we expected a more bustling vibe on a Thursday night. It seems Indianapolis is a bit quieter during the week. Overall, we had a delightful dining experience, and hats off to Arya for her exceptional service!

My favorite were the crab cakes and the least fav were the popovers. That leaves the meatballs in the middle. Of the 3, the only one I'd try again would be the crab cakes. On to the main course. I ordered a filet with a sweet whiskey sauce. We shared broccolini, carrots, French onion mac n chz and au gratin potatoes. I ordered my steak medium and it came out closer to medium well-well. The sauce was super sweet but different. The French onion Mac surprised me ...it was better than I expected. The other sides were decent. Lastly we had dessert to go. I heard rave reviews about the pineapple cake so I opted for that. By the time I got home , it was cooked and it was ok. I like the glaze on top.
