Forgot half my order on delivery thanks wingstop for screwing up my lunch and dinner.

Went for first time today to the Wing Stop in Anderson at 53rd and Scatterfield. The person who took my order could only speak very limited English. I ordered the classic 6 pc combo to go. The total was $14 even. It took 18 minutes to get my order. The wing pieces were underdone and very tough. The fries were covered in their idea of seasoning, and was so salty I couldn't eat them. Those fries really were covered in excess amount of horrible tasting seasoning. This is a once and done for me, awful, never again. read more

This place stinks! LITERALLY. the smell is so bad. Besides that the front desk lady refuses to take orders and witnessed her have 4 customers walk out including me. I had time to wait understanding it was busy! But refused to simply take my order and talked to me longer about not being able to take my order. She could have spent less time taking my order then talking to me. Moral of the story, I happily took my $100 to Buffalo Wild Wings and they had no issue taking my order or my money! #BDUBSFORTHEWIN Small portions on fries and portions. Wife and I were looking for something not to busy and something a little quicker than Texas Roadhouse so we stopped at wing stop. Arrived. Only 2 people eating in the dining area. When ordering went to order 2 sauces since the menu says 1-2 sauces. Employee said I was only allowed to choose one. Went to ordering our food. When ordering didn't realize we ordered one of their specials for 2 which if you combine saves money. Almost paid before wife realized that and combined our meals. Yes it was only a 3-4$ savings but they were not going to combine or suggest it for us. Ordered food. Went to get drinks. 75% of the pops in the machine were out. Lids were empty. There was still some trays left in tables from previous people. There were 2 employees working at the time. When we walked in one was just standing on his phone. So I'm not sure why there was trash on tables, and things not stocked. Very disappointed. Good was fresh. They did not offer and mustard or ketchup for the fries. 8 hours after I ate at WINGSTOP I ended up at the ER due to food poisoning. Definitely do not recommend.

We ordered wing stop last night. The wings were very dry and even though we ordered the 50 count meal, they gave us very little fries. Each person (5) got about 10 fries each. We spent almost $80, so definitely not what you would expect. We all ended up with very horrible stomach aches. Do not recommend. read more

So this review is for Thursday March 31, 2022. I wish I could individually review each item with stars, but being as honest as I can be the order would be 5 stars just based on how fast we got our order as it was sooner than 45 minutes stated for deliver, the items ordered was correct 100%, and it was warm when getting here too, which is a plus anytime you order your food. The reason for the 4 stars is mainly because how the food was per flavor / spices used, which I will explain. The order: 1 order of 30pc crew pack These were all boneless: 5 lemon pepper and 25 Hickory smoked BBQ also came with a side of large seasoned fries and veggie sticks. 1 order of 5 Cajun Fried Corn 1 order of a side of cheese sauce. They were generous with the sauces, we did get 1 honey mustard, but we got 2 ranch and 2 cheese, so it was nice for the extra sauces. So overall the service we received even though door dash delivered the food was a 5 star, the reason I gave 4 stars is because of the flavor of the food. One the major issues with the flavor is, the food is over salty. or the seasoning used has a lot of sodium in it. Issue is when ordering their is not nutrition to state how much salt/sodium is in the food, if it were stated, I would then sadly have to go with a competitor that does not over salt everything because I am having to watch what is in all the food I intake. of everything ordered the veggie sticks were only thing that did not have high sodium taste. I am unsure what the process is when cooking their chicken if it gets one season before the other, but lemon pepper for example, certain brands if not made yourself are loaded with high sodium content, the BBQ they used sadly the chicken tasted real salty, so not sure if seasoned before adding BBQ sauce. The Cajun corn had a lot of salty taste to it, as well the french fries. If one can either get past the salty food, unless use to eating salty food all the time, the food is good, but id this is how everything is made I may not be able to eat their food again, unless something can be done about the high sodium in the food ordered. I just wish there was able on their business website to see how the seasons are made as far as sodium goes and so on, so a person who has to watch certain things know if they can order that item or season or not. Overall wanted to give 5 stars, but because of my experience with the saltiness I gave 4 stars instead. read more

We walked in and placed our order to go and it did not take too long for them to complete everything (almost) .. Opened up bag and where we went wrong was counting containers vs open each one up .. one of the reasons we didn't was the fries were not in containers just open boats on top of the containers. When we got home we were missing the boneless wings. We called and drove back out to pick them up.. once we arrived back the manager felt we should of brought all the food back for them to check .. which makes no sense as everyone's food would of been cold except for the missing item... manager said this would be a one time exception to replace without all items brought back.. I've had wings for years and even at other wing stops... this was a first for me... wings untossed in sauce but a pool of sauce in container.. First time at this place and the wait for our food took about 15-20 minutes. People that came after us was complaining to the staff about the soda machine and as we were eating a gentleman came in with his food and was demanding a refund. As we continued to eat the speakers continued to skip and decor fell from the walls beside us. Maybe it was a rough hour for them but first impressions weren't great. Wow... someone beat me to the first review for Wing Stop in Anderson, IN and it is just around the corner from my house! No matter because as usual, I will give a thorough and detailed review. This Wing Stop just opened up for business little over a week ago and as most new businesses go, it has been packed and wait times very long. I am a wing connoisseur and have been waiting for Anderson to get a new competitor to BW3. Since I am gone for work during the week, I had to wait until last weekend to go. Sunday came and the wing craving hit. I thought that there was no better time than to place an order the minute the opened. I used their app and placed an order for 20 traditional wings with their original buffalo sauce and a large fry. The app said my order should be ready in about an hour. No problem. I did things around the house and when the hour was almost up, I drove the half mile from my house to Wing Stop. I walked in and they were very busy already. The phone was ringing non-stop and the crew were pumping out wing orders left and right. I could tell my order wasn't ready yet so I waited a short bit. It became obvious about 15 minutes later that I should say something so I did. The gentleman at the register went and found my ticket, mentioned it to one of the cooks, and came back to tell me they were working on it. Now, here is where my only complaint comes in. I placed my order the second the store opened and waited the prescribed time so, I would expect my order to be ready or almost complete. What I encountered was waiting on other to-go orders as well as dine-in orders that were placed after my order to be completed before mine was even started. I watched as 4 to 5 orders that were placed at the counter to get finished before mine. Now, I understand that the store is new and the staff slammed but at least do the orders in the order they were received. In. any case, I was not that upset over the hiccup in timing and thanked the staff for my order as I left. (They are working very hard to get everyone's order complete and accurate. If you go in, remember this and give them a break.) I drove the short distance home, sat down and dug in. I was very impressed. The wings were hot and crispy. The chicken was cooked perfectly. The wings were a good size and the buffalo sauce very good. The fries where hot and plentiful. Wing Stop is already leaps and bounds ahead of you know who, and I will be back time and time again! If you are in Anderson and the craving for hot wings hits, I highly recommend Wing Stop. You won't be disappointed! read more

I'm new to Anderson, Indiana. As of 3 months and 8 days. I've made it a weekly habit to stop at the Wingstop about two sometimes three times a week. Every time I order a large french fry and they give me a barbecue sauce of my choice for dipping. I went there today and the person at the counter did not give me the barbecue sauce, instead he tried charging me $150 for it. Good flavors and chicken, bad execution: It was going on 6:00 pm, Saturday evening. We (3 males) decided to try the new Wing-Stop. We did not order on line. When we arrived there were 3 or 4 persons waiting to pick up orders, but the dining room was basically empty. We decided to eat-in and our order was take almost immediately with the cashier asking for a "name". The person taking orders was very helpful in explaining the different spicy levels and flavors. We order two combo chicken sandwiches and a six piece combo order of boneless chicken wings. After we ordered, almost immediately several people came in, either to pickup orders or to place orders. We waited at least 30 minutes for our "name" to be called. After several (8-10 take-out orders had been pickup and another group of diners (who came in after us) actually got their food, by checking at the counter. We then went to the counter to check on our order and they didn't seem to have it, but then after another take-out order was pickup, the server realized our order was there after all and he called our name. When we opened our order, it was obvious that our order had been ready and setting there for some time. Our fries by this time was nothing but a soggy cold mess and the sandwiches and wings were still warm, but definitely not hot. I realize they were obviously very busy, but with 3 people, definitely understaffed. Three observations: 1) Take-out orders seem to have priority; 2) A big mistake was made when diner's names were not called when their order was filled; 3) The flavors and concept of Wing-Stop is good, but their execution this time was certainly not up to para. Went in on a Monday night around 7. Their soda machine was completely out of everything. They had a few bottles of soda to choose from, and some tea, and that was it. We got wings and fries. The wings were good, nothing to brag about though. The fries were awful. They tasted like they were day old reheated in the microwave. It's definitely not worth the money. read more

This place needs a whole lot of work. I ordered online and when I got there they had no idea about my order. They must have finally found it and said they'd be on it shortly. I got my cups (upcharge for large) and was told they didn't have any ice but the drinks were cold. No they weren't! Then after about 45 minutes we received our food. I ordered our fries to be well done, they weren't, wings to be extra done, they weren't. Just an all around terrible experience and waste of $60! I wont return. The employees were too busy to get outside and smoke and left one dude inside to handle to cooking and then had to manage the front. NOPE! read more

I live about 15 minutes from Wingstop. We completed our order online & when we arrived to pick it up, later than they stated online, they said it would be about 10-15 minutes. They bagged it up & we headed home with the wrong order. My husband drove back, they gave him the correct order, however a lot was missing. When we asked to get it corrected, they said we had to wait until Monday when the manager was back in. After some arguing and a third visit, they replaced part of the missing items which contained a metal wire! The manager apologized several times & offered a gift card for the cost of our meal plus a little extra for all the hassle. When we tried to use the card, we found out she never actually activated the card. When the employee called her to see about the card, she stated she didn't remember the conversation or offering the reimbursement. She wrote the amount & her initials on the card but refused to honor it. read more

So this restaurant just opened, obviously expected to be super busy and have a longer wait time than normal. That wasn't an issue, I ordered online and it said it would be ready in 16-22 min. I showed up 30-45 min later and the food wasnt ready. Once again no big deal, it was a Friday night. I told the young girl at the front my name and she went back to ask and the lady who I'm assuming was the manager or owner, and said it's up there. I didn't know what she meant by that so I asked and she immediately had an attitude and explained it hadn't been made yet and there are orders in front of it that have to be prepared. That same woman yelled at the young girl and so did the other blonde lady in the back preparing food. It was apparently her second day and they were already treating her so badly. And said If she didn't do anything wrong she wouldn't have to worry about being yelled at. Who is going to be perfect at their job on the second day of work?? She looked like she was going to cry the entire time I was there. I got my food about 35 min later and the fries were soggy and cold. Wings were great though! I hope the young girl that was working that night gets a better job where managers won't treat her so poorly. read more
