I took my daughter here to celebrate her birthday, and we shared the Combo Appetizer with potato skins, rattlesnake bites, and boneless hot buffalo wings. We enjoyed those with the Cajun dipping sauce, sour cream and ranch dressing. We pretty much demolished that entire platter. For my entree, I ordered the Fried Catfish Meal, which came with two sides. I got the steak fries and a house salad. I love their house salad (with bacon added). It comes with crisp green leaf lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomato, eggs and croutons. My daughter ordered shrimp skewers, served over a bed of rice, with corn and a loaded sweet potato. Everything was really delicious and came out fast. Our server was kind and personable and took great care of us. I think her name was Melissa...it definitely started with an M. The atmosphere was pretty loud and rowdy, but in a fun way. The booth next to us was celebrating a birthday and they brought out a saddle for the birthday boy to sit on while they loudly announced to the restaurant that it was his birthday. Went to Texas Roadhouse, and as usual it was a pleasant experience! The restaurant had that lively, fun energy it's known for upbeat country music, and the smell of fresh bread and sizzling steaks filling the air. We got there before the rush on a Friday night. I ordered the steak and shrimp combo with a side of rice and a loaded baked potato. My son got the same steak and shrimp combo but with fries and applesauce. Our little one had Andy's steak with fries, and my wife got an 8 oz. sirloin with a loaded baked potato. My daughter got the regular entrée-sized Caesar salad with a loaded baked potato on the side. The food was without a doubt delicious! The staff were friendly and very helpful. My son and I requested our steaks cooked medium-rare, but they came out a bit overcooked closer to medium-well/well-done. We always sit at the bar area cuz we can get seated right of way & enjoy the sport games & music videos. We both ordered the small prime rib med rare. Updating my review after three years. This location is very near my home, and I order meals to go at least a few times every month. I order on the app and our meals are always ready on time, well packaged, and 100% correct. Texas Roadhouse prices are still very reasonable even though most restaurants have raised prices significantly. The meals are a good value for quality food. Today our group of 8 friends dined inside and had a great experience. Our server was wonderful. She was friendly and efficient even though it was very busy. All of our meals were delicious. Affordable steak in a casual atmosphere. Came on a weekday night around 7pm and they still had medium rare prime rib available. Steak had a tasty though chewy crust and meat was semi chewy but for the price it was appropriate. Had the nicest server who was very busy so we had to ask for bread and silverware but her effort and friendliness more than made up for it. Also go the rattlesnack bites app which is good if you like a heavy dose of fried cheese. Their rolls are still sweet and tasty but did look a little anemic these days. read more

I experienced a frustrating situation today that I feel needs to be addressed. For context, I typically don't play the race card, and I am a huge fan of TRH. However, what happened was unacceptable. We were seated at a table, and I noticed an open booth in the corner. I requested to move to that booth because we had two toddlers with us. The manager glanced at me and stated that we couldn't do that because booths were reserved for parties of five or more. After we sat down, I saw two separate parties of three being seated in the booths we had requested. This is completely unacceptable, and the manager was unable to provide a satisfactory explanation for denying my request. Service wasn't terrible. We ordered 2- 6oz sirloins medium rare. We get them and one is completely overcooked; more like well done. Mine was medium at least so I just ate it. We got 2 house salads and a lot of the lettuce was like brown/pink-ish, so we picked out those. Then we sent back the one overcooked steak and I kid you not, it took OVER 30 minutes to remake one. We asked about it and our waitress said they were still working on it... even though it was past 15 minutes at that point. The best part? A LIVE CRICKET ended up on our table.... I don't even know how. We made light of the situation and gave him some bread. We didn't even bother saying anything about the cricket because they didn't even really worry too much about the steak that was "cooking" for half an hour, so we just left it alone. My second review about this branch of Roadhouse. I accidentally a pair of $200.00 sunglasses on our table tonight. Upon noticing minutes later, drove back to the location asking for the person who bussed our table. Manager would not produce busser. Table was clean and unoccupied when I arrived back asking for sunglasses. The manager, and its a huge stretch to address her as such, said that it was my fault as Im the one who left glasses. I replied that there should be some level of integrity among employees and management to which she repeated placing blame of THEFT solely on me. This restaurant is crawling with Gen z, gays, lesbians and minorities, and to put it bluntly, your property is unsafe and the employees are obviously predatory. This includes the mouthy, rude and incompetent manager who most likely is in possession of my sunglasses. This is the absolute worst Roadhouse we have visited. The employees are theives of the lowest type. Glasses left there for no more than 10 minutes and just 'disappeared'. Here's hoping karma gives you all your just deserves. Buttered rolls with Cinnamon butter, quick service, fair prices.... I honestly have not had a terrible time here. We end up going about once a month because my daughter loves the bread. I get that this is a chain, and everything. But they do well because of the food, service typically. I also appreciate what they've done to bring Tinnitus awareness with the passing of one of their CEOs. They also have a little separate to-go area and door for prompt pickup. A big salad and an order of rolls is great to Bring for a pitch-in if you are in a pinch. I like that you can have chili for one of your sides. I was also greeted by a surprising and unexpected find left for me in the women's restroom. I couldn't help myself; I reached into the toilet for my prize. She brings out 2 extra plates and it has brown splatters of slime all over the top of one plate. The beef tips were heavy with grizzle I think I got 5 pieces out of 8 I could actually eat. I even asked her to have the grizzle removed from because sane thing happened to is the last 2 times. We went ahead and gave her 15% but not our usual 25% tip. I hope all the employees learn from this review. Obviously the kitchen probably had a part in the dirty dishes given to us too.
