Service sucks so bad , never fails wish they would hire new staff or build another bdubs!

As a consumer, do yourself a favor, value your time and especially value your hard earned monies and take your business else where before patronizing this location. There is simple way too many other competitive options for one to choose from-especially during the pandemic with other chains fighting for our business). The front counter African American employee by the name of Deseree is extremely rude, loud and aggressive. She even unprofessionally calls patrons by the name of 'Love'??, yet the way she treats customers' is anything but [love]. If you attempt to go in to redeem birthday rewards (as I did on 8/14/20, as a previously proud BWW loyal member), forget her saying happy birthday to you, greeting you upon arrival or even saying have a great day, come again when leaving (at least she didn't do it for me). She will instead stand behind the plastic protection covering (unenthusiastic), rush your order, become agitated and frustrated as if you're wasting her time...especially if you have simple questions. Bottom line, this employee is in the wrong industry. She is clearly unaware of what it actually means to serve guests, to show hospitality and to provide good customer service, thus, it is obvious this establishment does not value their patrons and for management to have someone like said employee on their payroll is simply a liability...as she will more than likely cause financial harm to the business in the future. read more

So normally I love this restaurant..but we asked them 6 times to put on the mariners/cardinal game... said they would...nothing!! Also asked for tabasco...they said they were out but there was a bottle at the bar in PLAIN SITE...poor service!! read more

I miss WingStop, but Buffalo Wild Wings is a worthy substitute when I get a wing craving. Service is about typical for a chain restaurant; most of the servers seem to be fresh out of high-school and have an upbeat vibe. Wings are a little on the pricy side, but they are definitely delicious. My standby flavors are the dry Buffalo rub (a little spicy with a nice buttery taste), Spicy Garlic (reminds me of a spicy Caesar dressing), and Asian Zing (on the hotter side of flavors I like, has a nice Ginger taste to it.) If you're not a wing fan, I've had a good experience with their burgers, flatbread, and shrimp as well. Overall, "B-Dubs" is a great place to go watch a game with friends and eat some tasty wings. read more

I have an issue with the waiting list.. i dont understand why ppl get seated before urself jus because the number of ppl. Thats the whole point of a waitong list l. Ti be seated im order u arrive. I have a complaint on a server Tono. He was rude and tend not to explain the situation. Although a server Steven had been really nice and gave great hospitality.. i know whem its busy theres a long wait. But i seen bigger partty after us had been seated before me. Hated it My boyfriend and I had went here for a friends Birthday and I have to say the service was horrible!! Sat waiting for 45 minutes at our table before getting our order taken, waitress rolled her eyes at us and came off extremely rude!! our order sat waiting for our waitress to carry it out for 15 minutes! the appetizers had arrived after our main course. By the time we finally got our food it was cold. Never once were we asked if we'd like refills nor were we supplied with silver wear and napkins. Our arrival time was 10:00 and we didn't leave until 12:30 due to their lack of service. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Very displeased. read more

Only bad thing about this place is that too many people go here, and that makes it hard for the service to be the best. The wings definitely make up for it though. Try azian zing, in my opinion that's one of the best sauces they have there. Fries used to be the best but now it seems that they have changed the fries they used to get. Not the same taste. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but last few times, it has taken forever to get wings, and they don't serve traditional buffalo wings. I ordered Buffalo style and they were sprinkled with Orange powder, Lol. The name of is Buffalo Wild Wings, u should have the best Damn BUFFALO wings, not powdered. Excellent service. Loved the eclipse. It's tap Guiness and Blue moon together. One complaint.....It's been brought to the attention of management it the past and is a problem again. First off We went to the BWW Off Bear Valley and Apple Valley Rd it was our First Time there, Got there everything was good We were seated pretty quickly waiter took awhile to get to us, Got in our appetizers We got Chips and Salsa and Onion rings. Came out 20mins later the salsa was Disgusting so we sent it back and got fries,they tasted like they had been sitting under the light too long, onion rings were so soggy,Waiter took almost 30minutes to take our order! Wasnt happy Then we got bbq boneless wings and garlic boneless wings the bbq ones had no flavor super bland and the garlic ones were kind of soggy! I went to this restaurant last Friday. The hostess was very nice. However, my issue lies with the waitress we had. She had dark short hair. I did not even catch her name because I think we only saw her twice during our dining experience. She had a poor attitude and seemed very grumpy when she was at our table. Then when she would turn and speak to her co-workers she was laughing and giggling. Another waitress had to get our drink order because she was "busy" (I doubt it--she was probably just wanting to laugh with her coworkers). And another gentleman brought us our food. I have no idea where she was the whole time! This is uncalled for! I work in the customer service industry and the service we received was extremely dis-satisfactory. If she doesn't want to serve tables don't schedule her for a busy Friday night!!!!! While the food at this restaurant is very good, I doubt I will ever go back. I am sure hoping the manager sees this review and takes action with the waitress because she is causing that establishment to lose business. read more

Ok so I should have read the reviews before coming. Ordered 1 large order of boneless wings and one medium order of traditional wings. Received 2 orders of boneless. To the servers credit she offered to fix it. Right before dropping the order all over the table. Well unfortunately we were going to the movies after so we didn't have time to replace the order. Then no credit offered on the bill at all. To their credit they have tons of great sauces that are good on traditional wings but don't waste your time with the boneless. They are hard little crunchy nuggets of mostly breading little chicken. They have tons of beer on tap and lots of TV's. $42 with no beer. Thumbs down all around. I only gave 2 stars because the traditional wings are good and they have lots of good beer on tap. read more

Every time we go we have back luck with the wings being like scraps from the bottom of the bag.. All small and over cooked and dried up ... u put up fork in it and it crumbles.. Came to the bar area with my girlfriend for faster service . Waited at a dirty table for about 15 minutes while two servers Jessica and Steven passed us several times . Jessica even looked at us and cleaned the table next to us. Brianna came to get to ask what we wanted to drink and she put in our drinks and told us Steven was our server and would be right with us. We sat for another 10 minutes and no one helped us . Total of almost 30 minutes in the lounge area . My girlfriend ended up going to put our name down for a table and joe took us to a table ASAP In Jax's section. We've had her as a server before and she is super nice and always makes our experience better than what it was when it started. read more

I have gotten to the point where I only go to this location if I'm feeling extra patient. We were seated quickly but it took almost 15 minutes to order drinks. They just kept walking by saying they would be right with us, but weren't. We ordered off the "15 minutes or your food is free" lunch menu. Our food arrived in 12 minutes (the timer is on the table) but then it took about 5 more minutes to get silverware. The wings there are often overcooked and under sauced but were actually pretty good today. All of the staff was super friendly, but it just seems like they have everyone helping everyone and no one really knows who's getting what for what table. read more

This is my far the absolute best bww I have ever been to. The service is always spot on perfect everyone is so welcoming and nice. I always go for the Asian zing and buffalo sauce wings and they're always perfect. I been to about 3 other bww and I've always had a terrible experience everyone is rude or the food not properly made. It makes me so happy to come to this location a few times a month because I know it's always going to be great. Food was great like always. Boneless wings on Thursdays is great! However, who ever comes here ask to not have ASHLYN as their waitress. After she brought our drinks, she walked away; not even trying to ask if we wanted to start with appetizers. 30 minutes later when she came back to our table we asked for our food. Another 30 minutes later our food came along. Having finished our wings, we wanted to order more. Ashlyn notices our food is all gone, yet passes by ignoring us. She walked away and went to chat with other waitresses. Overall, we sat dinning and waiting for service 2 hours! Very disappointing customer service. P.S: staff should be more diverse. I LOVE my buffalo wild wings...The combination and flavors of wings you can get is amazing. You can NEVER get bored coming here, which possibly explains why I continue to go frequently. Dislike the location (a bit far from the center of Victorville) and the lighting (too dark for my taste)...But these are really small details that are overruled by the great service and fantastic food choices offered. read more

Everytime I eat here I get so sick after. The only thing that doesn't seem to give me near food poisoning is the side salad.

Our waiter Josh took great care of us. To handle a huge party and a full section to himself. He made it look easy with no help from the manager or the other wait staff. My two friends and I had an early lunch there this Sunday, January 19th. Over the course of several years it was only my 4th time eating here. This experience was so bad I don't even know where to begin. We sat in the bar and there was only one big table when we arrived. They had already been waited on so it was just the three of us. The waitress came over fast enough to bring menus and take our beer order. Our beers arrived and our food came out a while after that. I had the BBQ Chicken Sandwich with grilled chicken. It was kinda big and sloppy so I wanted to cut it in half. When we saw our server again, which was at least 15 minutes later, we asked for silverware. Waited, waited, waited. After about 15 minutes or so we finally saw her and again asked for silverware. "I'll be right with you". Waited, waited, waited. Finally 12 minutes later ( we timed it) she brought it. Tried to cut my sandwich in half. TRIED. I was like "WTH is wrong with this sandwich"?! The chicken! It was so rubbery and hard I had to really work the knife to cut it. Destroyed the roll in the process. Took a bite and literally gagged. The chicken had the consistency of a rubber ball. It was like taking a bite into a thick piece of cartilage. It was absolutely revolting. Of course by this time my friends, who ordered chicken tenders, were almost done eating. Where's the waitress? Who knew! Not us! We hadn't seen her in over half an hour. I picked at my fries and drank my two beers. (The second beer was brought by a nice young man who thankfully passed by our table). Out of nowhere she passed our table and left our checks without breaking stride. I've waited tables a lot in my day and if I had seen an entire sandwich left on a plate like that I would have asked if everything was okay. She never once asked if everything was alright. At this point we just wanted to leave. My tab came to $30.89,(shockingly expensive) so I left a $20, $10 and a $5. Once again she swooped by our table without breaking stride and took our money. SHE DIDN'T BRING ME MY CHANGE BACK!!! And of course disappeared again. Nice of her to assume I was going to leave the change as a tip, especially since the food was totally inedible and the service was a total joke! The three of us decided NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN! This place is horrible. The drinks are watered down and the service is slow. When we arrived it was crowed in the dinning area but the patio was completely empty,we asked if we could sit outside. For whatever reason they made it seem like it was an inconvenience, it took them 20 min to sit us and placed larger parties that showed up after me and my friends before us. I will not be back. Love the wings and beer selection at bww! I can only give this restaurant 3 stars because the service at this location is horrible. For some reason they insist on hiring the worst servers ever. I hate writing bad reviews, but trust me this isn't the first bad experience at this bww. I am a person that works in the service industry and I love to tip very well when the service is DECENT. The service was horrible and I still tipped 10%. There was a point of about 10-15 min when there was no employee in sight. The main reason that I goto bww is because it is located right next to the movie theatre. So the plan is go to bww, get some delicious wings and brews and then hit the movie, but time after time the servers keep letting me down. I should't have to wait 15 min for you to notice I finished my beer. Also why would you when I order a beer, notify the bar tender and then let my beer sit on the counter for another five minutes before bring it to me . It will take 5 secs for the bartender to pour it. Just wait and bring it immediately to me; as I enjoy a cold beer not a warm one!!! read more
