Epic fail, again. Service at this location sucks. We tried to order the Henry's Hard Orange Soda, on the menu, and were told we only have the origibal Mikes Hard lemonade. We did not ask abiut Mikes. The server said she would ask the bar. She came back a few told us they have two flavors of Mike's Hard lemonde. Again, we said we were asking about the Henry's Hard Orange Soda. I decided to ask the bar myself about Henry's and another bottled beer that was listed. I stood at the bar and made eye contact three times, no one would help me. I finally stared at the bartender and asked about both the Henry's and the Widmer beer and was told they don't have either one. It's frustrating to be ignored, have bad service and not have the products you list in your menu. Please update your menu and give training to your people to acknowledge your customers. read more

Came here around 11:30pm. Was sat down by the hostess and 10 minutes later a guy comes out and says they're closed. But restaurant hours says 11am-1am? Really?! So I called to make sure store hours and sure enough they close at 1am, but we were asked to leave at 11:30pm. Thats not good for business. Will not be coming back. read more

I ordered for delivery from Ubereats, I called the restaraunt 1 minute after placing the order to get it changed to the correct item since i had problems placing the order. They said they couldnt change it even though it was a sple switch and the order hadnt been started. then they were preparring it for the next 40 minutes and it arrived super late amd wrong. thanks read more

With what I've seen in the news lately and after my experience tonight I'm not expecting BW3 to last much longer. Kind of sucks I used to love this place. I haven't been in here for 3 or 4 years because my wife doesn't really like it versus a local pub that has wings. She had to work tonight so I went to get the bogo Tuesday deal on carryout. I ordered the small and it was $11 and change. They either screwed my order up or they are charging way too much! I received 10 Wings on the bogo special for $11?? So 10 wings would normally be $22? That's crazy. Wings were sorry either way but the sauce was good as always. Kind of a joke after a 40 minute wait. I'd go back and complain but neither my buddy or myself thought 10 more of those wings were worth the drive. read more

We are regulars here an have been for years but after last night we will not return my wife's drink was pretty much syrup an our food was so cold they did fix her drink after waiting 20 mins for her to get up because her an most the staff were sitting down eating with some friends of hers ignoring everyone in the restaurant after the waitress taking my wife's drink back to the bar the bartender gave us a nasty look me an my wife are both in the restaurant industry an I must say they need to clean house an get new employees read more

Went here with a big group the other night. We all showed up slowly one by one, it took our waitress forever to come and greet us and ask us if we would like beverages. She seemed very unhappy and bluntly rude, we are all very good tippers as well, I was really confused by her attitude, it's not like we were being rude or anything. When she took our order she asked who was on what check and whatnot and it probably took 45 minutes for our food to come out. And in the meantime she kept walking by our table which we all had empty glasses and empty beers and she would just walk by AFTER seeing our drinks were empty. Food finally came out and it took her like fifteen minutes to figure out who got what food, I'm a server as well and it's not rocket science. During the meal she continued to ignore our glasses and barely talked to us. At the end of the meal, I kid you not, it took her about 30 minutes to split our checks, once again, I'm a server as well, it's not that hard, she didn't even ask us questions to help her out, she just stood at the computer rubbing her head. Finally one by one, she brings us our checks and slowly starts collecting forms of payment and as people in our party paid, they left. After someone from our party left, she came up to the table and said, did this guy leave? He didn't pay for his beers? I guess i'm buying his beers for him! Like, you should have put them on his bill? How is it our fault that you checked him out without making sure everything on the bill was correct? It was like she was asking someone else in our party to pay for the beer, your mistake, not ours? She was very rude and honestly ruined our whole evening, especially since we were doing our fantasy football draft there. Food was great! Service was terrible. I am a server as well, and I don't understand how that girl makes any money with that attitude, get a different job if you can't put on a happy face for your guests. I placed a 3:30 order at about 2:40 and showed up to pick up the order around 3:30. I paid and was told it would be about five minutes before I would come out. I waited in the lobby for about 25 minutes before I got up and asked if my order was ready. They scrambled for a few minutes before bringing it out from the kitchen. Upon getting home we were short one flavor of wings. Definitely not worth what I paid for. read more

So we waited tonight for 25 minutes to be seated and then waited about 30 minutes for our food to come when it came out mine and my children's came out but not my husbands. So after 15 minutes I asked about his food and waiter apologized and said she gave it to another customer table and they can't give it to use now. I said are u kidding me. Get your manager. 15 more minutes later more wings came out for him and no manager still. I was told she was too busy to talk to me! I said tell her to hurry I've been waiting. About 10 minutes later, Natalie walker the manager came out and said I hear there's a problem and first off I'm gonna say there is no cussing. ( as a manager- how do you come to the table in that rude ass tone) well that didn't go well for my husband who said I'm a grown ass man. Well.... she kicked us out, my son started crying cause she took food from him and told him he couldn't take it. She asked if I paid the bill I said no give it to me and she said no to get out of her restaurant. As a " manager" how do you treat a customer like this.... she kept saying she was calling the cops so when they arrived the cops were totally cool and told her I didn't get any of my food and we gladly waited to pay the bill that she still refused to give the cops. Buffalo Wild Wings what did you do? My one goal was to get across that I was inconvenienced, I did not ask for anything free, I didn't want my meal comp'ed. This was a training opportunity. Horrible experience, the staff was completely disinterested in serving us, after asking our server the status of our order after waiting for our food for 45 minutes, we seen the server talking to the Manager and looking in our direction. No updates to us, as we waited a little longer. The Manager then finally came over, but didn't really apologize, our water glasses were empty for 20 minutes with no one stopping by to fill them up. Even after we talked to the manager about how poor the service was, it didn't improve. The servers were too busy socializing with each other. The food is expensive, and the service was beyond terrible, the Managers handling of the situation was also sub par as service did not improve. We will not be back. read more

Waitress was rude and unhelpful. I was charged the wrong amount and when I asked to have it fixed she just ran my card for the full amount instead. I requested the ticket be fixed again and it was still not taken care of. I will charged the wrong amount twice. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Waitress name was Natalie. read more

This WAS my favorite wing spot. Will NEVER return. Put in for a table for three and was told 25 minute wait. On the walk in and back out witnessed 4 empty tables along the one wall by the window. Seemed like my business was not wanted or needed for that matter. Completely unsatisfactory service. read more

This Buffalo Wild Wings , is my favorite to go to the staff and managers always seem happy , it's always clean and the food is great !

Great staff and awesome management. Always very friendly! We love coming here for the wing deals.
