I stopped by this location to grab some lunch and use a birthday reward that I had for a free 6 piece wing. I ordered mild with lemon pepper sprinkles and added a side of tots. The wings were pretty good and came out quickly. I was surprised at the small amount of tots I received for $5. My server was very pleasant and kept checking on me to make sure I was good. I was happy to see that they have free WiFi so I was able to do some work and take a few meetings once I finished my food. Overall, this isn't a bad option if other restaurants are pretty crowded. We didn't necessarily have an issue with our food. I wouldn't recommend the garlic Parmesan only because that wasn't my personal favorite. We received pretty solid service. Nothing too special but nothing that will be deemed as bad. This location is at Cumberland Mall so as you can imagine, the parking is quite the journey. Despite there being a lot of parking options available, if you go on a busy day like we did, which was a Sunday it will be very difficult for you to find somewhere to park. The food is decent here and takeout is fast. While eating in though service can be very slow sometimes, other times it's pretty quick. I forgot the name of my last server but that blue long island iced tea took me out and she got some bread for me to help soak it up so shoutout to her. It was our first time trying Buffalo Wild Wings, and while it took about five minutes to get a table which wasn't bad things went downhill fast. Once we were seated, we waited 20-30 minutes just to get our menus back and even something to drink. What made matters even worse was seeing a group of waiters huddled together, arguing about who would take our table. When we finally got up to leave, a waitress made a smart comment, saying she didn't care if we left. How do you not just cook 6 fingers at once. Food sat on table for 15 min with no silverware or napkins. Asked for silverware and was given a single fork no napkins. 45 min with food on table, still no ranch after asking at least 3 times. One couple ordered just the dip. Dip was cold and couldn't dip the chips it was so hard. Chips were so stale they didn't even make a sound when breaking them. I have seen tortillas in tacos with more crisp. I order some food from them DOB Wild Burger via Door Dash. I called and asked it the bag would be secure so the dasher could not potentially get in the bag because I have seen and heard horror stories and was told yes by the manager that answered the phone. He even said to leave a note of who I am and that they would make it extra secure. See pic and tell me if it's secure. I think not! I will not order from there again. If you weren't aware, BBW is the creator of the sports bar and is the first wing chain in America. You can learn their history on the show The Food That Built America on the History channel. Now, onto this locale... I've eaten at this location 2 times. Both times they were pretty busy. The bar was packed with people watching the games on tv and the tables were pretty full. Despite being busy, our servers were attentive and did a good job. I enjoyed my food, but gotta say the prices keep creepin up. I get it, inflation is everywhere, I just think you can get the same food, drinks, sports and atmosphere elsewhere easier on the wallet. The first time I went, it was the classic server taking our order method. The second time I was told to order using my phone, which I absolutely hated. I can order delivery from my couch using my phone from anywhere and that's what I'll do next time. Don't think I'll go here again, Taco Mac is better. read more

Two stars because my husband liked his wings, but one star because of the staff and how they handle their masks when at work and how they treat their customers. I understand if you are "off the clock" and heading home, you just want to go home. One customer came in and wanted to ask a server a question and her immediate response was "I am off the clock". The customer said I understand, I am just asking a question. This is a customer service job and you are representing your coworkers and the company you work for. There was no need to answer this customer that way. About the masks topic: The staff kept taking their masks off or putting it under their chin. With Covid-19 going on, they need to take this more seriously. If you are at work, keep your masks on. Makes me wonder what they do behind the kitchen doors and makes me less to want to eat there. Anytime a server came out, they did not have a mask on. I hope management reads this and puts some discipline in place for all employees. read more

The service is lackluster at best, leaving me alone for long stretches of time wondering if the food order was even sent to the kitchen. Unenthusiastically, the wings arrived after an excruciatingly long 45 minutes (15 boneless in the microwave, I suspect by the quality, should take 3 minutes on High from frozen. Another 90 seconds to toss in sauce and still could have been ready in five minutes) they arrived late and without the side of fries. Met a friend for dinner. No seating available in dining area without a wait so we sat at the bar. Waitress greeted us with a big smile and offered to get drinks while we checked out the menu. Ordered some cocktails and chicken nachos to start. Fir entrees I got the brisket burger and my companion had a regular double cheeseburger. When we nachos came we realized we had eyes bigger than our stomachs. The platter was huge and delicious!! By the time we finished our burger ended up in to go boxes. The only two good things that were good about this place was that it had lots of TVs and they could support a table of 20... during the NBA finals.... There is a reason it was empty. Our waitress had an okay attitude but it took 30 minutes to get our first drink, 2 hours for our second, and the food took 45 minutes. All in all it took us almost 4 hours to eat our food and get our second drink... The food was okay, I got the tenders and mozzarella sticks. Nothing special. I do not recommend this place unless they get their act together on getting drinks and food out the door. A local man walked into BWW at 8:30PM. He stood there until 8:47PM waiting for someone to seat him. Literally three seconds before he hit "send", the person working the to go section wandered thinking the local man was waiting for a to go order. He showed her the first paragraph of this review. She offered to find someone who can seat him for an order. 3 minutes later he was seated. At 9:05PM, the local man had yet to meet anyone who would take his order. At this point a manager who wanted to lock the door passed by. The manager was shown this ongoing yelp review, which she had no interest in reading. The manager took the order. She sent the drink with the waitress who finally visited her section for the first time in 18 minutes at 9:08. When i asked for Mango Habanero Whiskey, she asked if i wanted the Spicy Passionfruit Margarita. I had to point out that there was a menu item literally called Mango Habanero Whiskey. Apparently the distiller's name was very important and how she knew the product existed, because she replied back "oh, Ole Smoky" upon seeing it. I got my food at 9:25. However, i asked for thai curry sauce on the side, and whiskey. Neither of which came with my food. 17 minute turn around for food is perfectly reasonable. The waitress tossed the metal tray onto the table and immediately went to another table to take their order. The Hatch Green Chile Burger I got was insanely greasy. At least a full ounce of rendered fat dripped off the burger and covered my hands. Other than that, it was good! The burger was incredibly messy but that is okay. No napkins is a bit of a problem, but there are moist towelettes. Great for buffalo wings, not ideal for grease. The fries were non descript. 15 minutes later i still hadn't seen my waitress at all, my food was done, and i hadn't gotten my side of sauce or my whiskey. When my waitress asked how everything was, i told her this. She offered to bring out the whiskey but nope, not going to bother. I made the exceptionally reasonable demand to have the whiskey and side sauce pulled from my tab and to just get the check. To her credit, the items were pulled. I tipped exactly 15% of my pre tax total, rounded up to the nearest cent. I didn't catch anyone's names. The one girl who was mostly doing to go orders also seemed to get dragged into hosting duties and bussing tables. Black hair pulled back into a frizzy pony tail, septum piercing, two piercings in each ear. She's nice, competent, and seems to give a damn.
