One of those overlooked places that shouldn't be. The wings are better than hooters/wing stop and so is the service. There's a nice Asian girl there named Nicky - if she's your server you're in for a real treat! Avoid the dry rubs and ask for your wings "extra wet" - just trust me on this one. The garlic Parmesan and mango habanero are the best wings. Took 10 minutes for our server to get our drinks. He got our drinks and food, never came back to check up on us. Had no silverware or napkins. Different guy brought out our food and my friend didn't get her fries. My boneless wings were cold and had barely any sauce on them. Asked for bleu cheese and got all ranch instead. No refills, same guy had to get us refills, we asked for napkins and it seemed like it bothered him. He dropped them off and basically ran away so we wouldn't ask for anything else. My wife and I came in to eat and the fist thing we saw when we opened the door was an employee eating a wing where they are supposed to greet you and ask how many people ... so we were grossed out by that. I was at the BEAUMONT, TX location last Tuesday, 6-16-20. I wore a mask when entering and being seated and asked the hostess to please seat me somewhere that follows social distancing, which looked like they were trying. However, the table she left my menu on, while being away from other tables on the lower level, there was literally someone less than a foot away... a couple actually on the level right above me who were in the bar area. With no masks on...not that I would have cared. That was just too close. I moved to what I thought was a better area only to find that employee after employee after employee were passing my table and out of 15 or so that I saw, maybe 3 had masks on at all. They did have the menu on your phone, which was good. But my waitress had no mask and the person clearing tables came to clear my table while I was wearing a mask and he had no mask on... cleared it while I was sitting there. Got right by my face so much so I had to back up. Couldn't wait til I left and they weren't that busy. Just unbelievable. Wait for a party of 5 at 7 pm on a Friday was only about 20 minutes. Once seated, we feared the worst when we heard the table next to us complaining about being there for an hour without food yet. However, the food wait time really wasn't bad. Our server was slammed, though, and it took 10-15 minutes to take our drink order, and then getting drinks actually delivered to the table was even longer. She was trying though, so this was a problem of bad hosting or management. The mild sauce was still super hot to me, so if you're in the boat of not fitting in with the rest of your SETX/SwLA family and cannot handle spice, get it on the side, and go easy... don't you dare try the medium. I ate one of the fried pickle appetizers... the seasoning was good/cornmeal-y, but I think it had about a teaspoon of oil in it. I researched the nutrition facts online to help our party make healthy choices. Your best bet? Customizing a salad to be only lettuce + vegetables + naked tenders and getting a light, vinegar-based dressing on the side, or getting the 4 piece naked tenders meal with coleslaw, a side salad without the croutons or cheese and with light-dressing, or, go with the buffalo chips like I did. At 270 calories, they're a lot, but less than the fries or any other indulgent side and are just potatoes sliced thinly that look like chips... but taste like fries. I got those with a side of dry rub and had a yummy, filling meal for under 500 calories and under $10! There's an ATM inside, which is weird, but was actually a nice surprise because I needed it, a full bar, and of course TVs everywhere. We got two orders of fried pickles and a 50 piece boneless wings for a pretty fair price for that much boneless chicken, not much more than $60, if I remember correctly. The sauce was pretty uneven, a lot of bare breading and a few overly goopy pieces, but nothing horrible. The fried pickles were way heavy on the batter for the strength of the pickle - they're basically some fried batter with a green inside, you don't really taste the pickle itself. Overall, a pretty average experience, as far as the food goes. The service was decent. Our order was to-go and was taken pretty quickly. I asked fi ranch came with the wings and the pickles and was told "ranch comes with everything here". We only got ranch for the pickles, though, so that was a fib. Make sure you request ranch specifically for your chicken, if you're expecting it. When we got our wings, they were COLD, I made my server touch them and confirm and asked if he'd eat them if they came to his table that way and he said no and promptly took them all away. Then when we got our orders back we got the completely wrong flavors... It took over an hour to get our apps and wings... When I spoke with the manager, all he did was make excuses that this wasn't his normal store, he was in from Lake Charles and that this location needed a lot of help. Bro... I have legit concerns and you're MAKING EXCUSES rather than taking OWNERSHIP of the issue... Sadly, we wont be back... even more sad is that this location clearly doesn't care when you look at all the reviews. Our server was great! I can't remember his name unfortunately, but even after all the mistakes, he walked away with a $25 tip off a $100 ticket because it wasn't his fault that management couldn't get the kitchen under better control, timing, and management in general. As a rule I don't visit chain restarants. Buffalo Wild Wings is consistant and good. They also make some really great burgers. I am not a big fan of wings so there isn't any point in my commenting on them. What really sets BWW apart is their service. Everyone there is outstanding and go out of their way to help and make sure my visit is a good one. I normally have my service dog with me. Some places I visit make it clear they would rather not have us in their store. BWW really make us feel like they want our business. read more

I love the food here but service has gone down the drain. I made a Togo order and normally , the Togo people take your order out of the bag and show you your food and verify your order- that policy has slacked off tremendously . Tonight I was checked out by a friendly attendant who was complaining about being tipped just a quarter this evening . So I leave a $3.00 tip For a togo order that was $17.00. I wait and someone brought orders up from the kitchen and just handed me my bag . I put it down and went thru my order and it wasn't right . I always order the same way . I ask for a side of sauce since it wasn't made like I asked and the response was it will be $.65. I said that is fine, and paid. The girl I Tipped just watched and went for my sauce - ten minutes later in an almost empty restaurant I ask if she went for it and get a look and "yes" response with a go f yourself face from the one who took my $.65. Another ten minutes later she leaves and the girl I tip comes back up and she had gotten my sauce but had spent 15 minutes talking to the other servers . Bottom Line , save your money and go somewhere else. They used to have fabulous service and that is not the case any more . And I could eat chicken wings 3 times a week so this is a hard breakup for me but I can't just throw money away at kids who don't give an F about service - and I worked in the service industry for 17 years, so I always tip and treat servers right. read more

Already the food is starting to be trash but the service makes it even worse. Twice we've been we had to hunt our waitress down and for a simple drink order it took 20 mins. Then it took 10 mins for us to get our drinks then an additional 30 mins for us to just place our order. So by this time we are all upset but because I was with my family and their company was good we decided to stay. After getting no refills (when we did get a refill it was for another table not for any of us) and the wrong order, finally we were served correctly.
