What a rip off! The prices are too high for the smallest of portions. The wing selection is terrible and mediocre at best. The staff isn't interested in serving or helping you, either. They're rude, impatient and when you need to ask for something, they are nowhere to be found! Great beer selection and friendly staff but it ends there. Not only is the food stomaching bad but I found a hair deeply embedded into my chicken sandwich. Absolutely sick! Wings are awesome, love the variety of sauces you can get and try if there's one you haven't tasted yet. We usually get take out though, due to the fact that it's so loud in herd that it hurts my ears. I know it's supposed to be that way and no I'm kit that old I just have sensitive hearing always have. I haven't always had the best luck with B-Dubs as we often order out and every once in a while something gets messed up and we don't realize it until we get home. The managers are alway really good about either getting our order fixed within 10 minutes or so or getting us credit for a future purchase. As far as a BW3 goes, it's pretty standard stuff: beer, sports, chicken. I like their chicken, and the fact that you can go traditional or boneless. Go "dirty bird" if you're feeling plucky. This is a sports bar with an extended food menu. I am always surprise with how many people choose to bring their children here. You wouldn't take your kids to a "regular bar", right? Then why would you bring them here? That's not a knock against the restaurant, just an observing. The restaurant itself is clean and well staffed. The servers are mostly high school girls but they seem to have been trained well for the job. The food is not "out of this world good" but again, this is mainly a bar and not a restaurant. Went in for lunch. Stopped in the bathroom on the way in. The bathroom floor was slippery with grease. Once I ordered, the food was quick...too quick. The wings and buffalo chips were both cold and had obviously been cooked before I even got there. The server was prompt and attentive, which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. Due to COVID-19, BWW has moved to a fully curbside pick up only. Which this would be fine, if there was ANY organization involved. Ordered my food at 4:52pm, told me to pick up at 5:40pm. Arrived at BWW at 5:40pm to get my food to find out there is a LONG line of cars that you must wait in to get your food. 45 mins later after waiting in this line, I am finally able to talk to someone who is not pleasant and ask for my name and payment method. I express my concerns of my food being sitting for 45mins and she replies with "we are not fast food". So I get my food, and notice my kids meals milk are not include, at this point I am over being in the parking lot and decide the battle is not worth it and just go home. Get home to FINALLY eat my food that I have now ordered 2 hours ago, to find not one single sauce for my wings!!!!! I call and they place me on hold. After 5 mins of being on hold I decide that it maybe easier to just drive back to BWW to talk to them. The whole drive (10 mins) I continue on hold. Arrive back at BWW, still on hold and walk to the front. Greeted by same lady from originally, and let her know the issue about my sauces, and then she asks me twice are you sure you didn't get your sauce? Trust me I wouldn't have driven back here to get them if I did. Then come to find out my sauces were sitting at the counter.... with my name on it!!! It is now 2 1/2 hours since I placed my order. I finally have everything I should, including 60 cold wings. Rule of thumb, if you are going to try and order from BWW during this time make sure you head to the store right after purchasing and check every single thing in the bag before you leave. Terrible service. Mediocre food. We took out of town guests there and two of us were given incomplete meals, another person asked for extra sauce which never came. I actually walked into the location ON HOLD. I was asked if I wanted to order something while the phones rang and rang and they talked. I came back to pick up the order and the fries were cold and soggy and the burgers looked like they cooked them a week ago (dry and gross).
