I have a love it; hate it feeling about this place. It's the only place that is really around here that you do not have to drive 45mins to. They have a good selection of beers, and lots of TV to watch sports. Those are the things I love so for those two reasons alone they get 3-stars. The reason I am not a big fan is the service is spotty at best, and the food is not anything to talk about. I know EVERYONE loves their wings, but there are much better wings in Colorado to get excited about. I always feel a little guilty for eating here as much as we do. I try really hard to not make a habit of returning to places where the food and service make me not want to pay for my meal. But then again I go to my reason I love the place. Lackluster. Server was meh here. No one at the front hostess station - had to wander around until someone directed us where to sit. Ice cold beer was a plus. Wings were decent, if expensive. Wings are awesome, love the variety of sauces you can get and try if there's one you haven't tasted yet. We usually get take out though, due to the fact that it's so loud in herd that it hurts my ears. I know it's supposed to be that way and no I'm kit that old I just have sensitive hearing always have. I haven't always had the best luck with B-Dubs as we often order out and every once in a while something gets messed up and we don't realize it until we get home. The managers are alway really good about either getting our order fixed within 10 minutes or so or getting us credit for a future purchase. Went in for lunch. Stopped in the bathroom on the way in. The bathroom floor was slippery with grease. Once I ordered, the food was quick...too quick. The wings and buffalo chips were both cold and had obviously been cooked before I even got there. The server was prompt and attentive, which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. As far as a BW3 goes, it's pretty standard stuff: beer, sports, chicken. I like their chicken, and the fact that you can go traditional or boneless. Go "dirty bird" if you're feeling plucky. I had to wait for about 5 minutes to be seated in One of the dozens of empty tables while the host wiped down a couple tables, chatted with a co worker and finally came back to me and asked "you ready?". Eating at the restaurant is great but NEVER ORDER TO GO!!!!!!!! We ordered Wedges with Cheese (from their menu)... We received super cold wedges with a tiny side of regular shredded cheddar cheese, in a cup. Not Pepperjack & cheddar. ?? (We order these all the time in the restaurant & they come with a good amount of melted cheese. Weird.) We ordered extra ranch and paid for it... We were missing 2 of the sides. (Not a huge deal but who wants to share ranch with wings & fries? EW!! And let's face it, no ranch kept at home will even compare to BDubbs Ranch.) We ordered quite a few boneless wings... We got shorted 2 wings and the wings we got were broken up. Three were cut in half. (Didn't change the taste but it was weird and unappealing.) Due to COVID-19, BWW has moved to a fully curbside pick up only. Which this would be fine, if there was ANY organization involved. Ordered my food at 4:52pm, told me to pick up at 5:40pm. Arrived at BWW at 5:40pm to get my food to find out there is a LONG line of cars that you must wait in to get your food. 45 mins later after waiting in this line, I am finally able to talk to someone who is not pleasant and ask for my name and payment method. I express my concerns of my food being sitting for 45mins and she replies with "we are not fast food". So I get my food, and notice my kids meals milk are not include, at this point I am over being in the parking lot and decide the battle is not worth it and just go home. Get home to FINALLY eat my food that I have now ordered 2 hours ago, to find not one single sauce for my wings!!!!! I call and they place me on hold. After 5 mins of being on hold I decide that it maybe easier to just drive back to BWW to talk to them. The whole drive (10 mins) I continue on hold. Arrive back at BWW, still on hold and walk to the front. Greeted by same lady from originally, and let her know the issue about my sauces, and then she asks me twice are you sure you didn't get your sauce? Trust me I wouldn't have driven back here to get them if I did. Then come to find out my sauces were sitting at the counter.... with my name on it!!! It is now 2 1/2 hours since I placed my order. I finally have everything I should, including 60 cold wings. Rule of thumb, if you are going to try and order from BWW during this time make sure you head to the store right after purchasing and check every single thing in the bag before you leave. This is a sports bar with an extended food menu. I am always surprise with how many people choose to bring their children here. You wouldn't take your kids to a "regular bar", right? Then why would you bring them here? That's not a knock against the restaurant, just an observing. The restaurant itself is clean and well staffed. The servers are mostly high school girls but they seem to have been trained well for the job. The food is not "out of this world good" but again, this is mainly a bar and not a restaurant. Terrible service. Mediocre food. We took out of town guests there and two of us were given incomplete meals, another person asked for extra sauce which never came. The server kept coming over and asking if the sauce and wings made it out. We waited for over an hour and neither ever came. They offered to put in another order but given the rate the kitchen was moving and how long it took for us to get the first order we declined to continue to wait. I have usually had good experiences here but lately it has gone downhill dramatically. We called ahead on our way home from downtown and sat on hold for 15min. I actually walked into the location ON HOLD. I was asked if I wanted to order something while the phones rang and rang and they talked. After entering two burgers and 9 wings we were told it would 45min....seriously? I came back to pick up the order and the fries were cold and soggy and the burgers looked like they cooked them a week ago (dry and gross). The tables here are always sticky and gross. It's a very loud environment with the televisions. The food is OK but I feel like it is overpriced. The staff are always friendly. Always a fan of B-dubs so I was pretty disappointed, honestly, if not for our server I would only be giving one star. We went around noon-our wings all tasted reheated from the night before. Went to this location in Brighton for an early dinner. The restaurant had maybe a hand full of tables occupied. Order my normal, snack size extra wet with a basket of wedges and my family ordered what ever they ordered. Food comes and my wings aren't extra wet and no basket of wedges.... Not that big of a deal, we're all human. I asked for more sauce and for our wedges to come. Ten minutes later my family is almost done eating and I still don't have the extra sauce or wedges. I asked my waitress to help, she was very nice, and she went back with my wings to get more that era hot and with extra sauce and grab the wedges. About five mines more, my family is done eating and I still don't have food. Manager never came to the tangle to check on us or anything. The good did get taken off though but it's just sad. This is the worst service I've ever revived from this chain and the excuse of "We jist hired new cooks that don't fully know what their doing" isn't ok. read more
