They dont deserve one star. Food came out randomly so my family couldnt eat together. They say its due to covid and they want to get their food out quicker.. but our food was cold, had hair in it. This is my local Buffalo Wild Wings. I'm here at least once a week. The wings are good, and the beers are cold. I'm sorry that people have confused this place as a 'restaurant type atmosphere' but, I'm pretty sure the sign says 'Grill and Bar' specifically on the outside. I've never been somewhere for wings and not expected a 'bar' type atmosphere. Or did you stand outside and say to yourself.. 'Buffalo Wild Wings, I bet they have some great grilled salmon!'.. really.. Now the service is almost ALWAYS perfect. There've been a couple of times when my 'extra crispy' wings have come out less than crispy (the way you normal people eat them, I guess) but I can tell just by looking they're not what I'm looking for and off they're wisked to back to the kitchen and come back all burny looking on the edges.. mmmm... I usually sit in the bar area, I think one time in one random location I actually sat in the restaurant area. Now by restaurant area I mean tables that are more regular height tables, and seperated from the bar area by a little half wall. I don't sit there because it's usually overcrowded with families, kids with little 'BWW' crowns and baloons, and moms and dads enjoying their wings and beers, and dads eyes glued to one of the TV's watching their favorite sports event. My only recommendation for folks is to see if there's a UFC fight going on because those nights just forget about it, you're not getting a table, unless you've been there since 4PM. First let me say that if you are convinced that all chain restaurants have a level of consistency between their locations, think again. From the second we walked into this Buffalo Wild Wings location and remarked that it felt like a ghost town, I knew we should have turned around and walked out. Sadly, the hostess said we could have any seat we wanted in the bar area. Well, we found a table that had a good view of all screens, and was clean, so I guess that's something. Our waitress then showed up to take our drink order and hand us our menus. Strangely, one of the menus was incomplete and was actually missing the wing page (probably not the page you want missing). Further, the wing page itself was incredibly confusing/misleading. If you want to order wings, you order them in sizes (small, medium, large, etc.) and the actual wing quantities are not listed. We finally decided to share a large order of boneless wings (buffalo and BBQ), a side of fries, and a side of cole slaw. Then we took turns washing our hands in the restroom, because for some reason, we already felt dirty. Bathrooms = gross. Not sure they had been cleaned this century. Remember how I said the place was like a ghost town? Yeah, well can anyone tell me why it takes 30 minutes to prepare an order like ours when nobody is in the restaurant? Oh, and of course, the wings were all overcooked, and had very little sauce on them. Not good at all. Somehow, we stomached them because by that time we just wanted to leave. Not great on a game night-a disappointing experience. Came here with family and friends to watch the big college game. We waited an hour for our food. And even then we didn't get all that we asked-we had to request the sides of dressing and vegetables. Had to ask twice to wipe down the table and for silverware (how are you to eat a salad?). The food was mostly cold, except for a few of us with fries or potato wedges. The one person who did get their vegetables got a whopping two pieces each of celery and carrots. The waitress was not good at checking on to see how we were doing, offer drink refills, etc. 6 of the 10 of us were drinking beers. It was as if she intentionally avoided our table. Not once did I even see a manager walking around; normally managers check in on folks. The staff overall couldn't keep up with bussing the other tables. I've been to this location before during lunch and had really good service, but now I know not to come on game night again. Update: came for lunch with the family. Food was cold; had to ask server for napkins, plates, silverware, no offer for refills on drinks. Lots of employees standing around-the manager was too. We've never ordered on line before with BWW. It is confusing, Picked up our order, not what we thought we ordered so we took it back. I still don't understand when you order a a 9 piece wing (hot) you get 4 wings with hot sauce and 5 dry. They said it's how we ordered, but I look at my order on my laptop and It states. 1 (9) piece hot sauce 1(9) piece BBQ dry rub. so why would you get 4 with sauce and 5 without... Well we had 4 employees helping us which they were nice and politely put us in our place. AND we had one Boy standing there who took a step back, folded his arms and just glared at us. very aggressive. Remember, Actions Speak Louder Than Words. Thank you to the ladies who helped us. Arrived 5 minutes before they said it would be ready, and when I got in they said they were just finishing up and got my food "fresh" out the kitchen a few minutes later. Incredibly slow, largely in part to our waitress sitting around in the wait station for 5+ minutes at a time. Our food was cold, even after we mentioned our appetizer was cold, our waitress said she alerted management but I suspect that was not the case. Drinks were consistently empty, as if water with no ice is a complex drink. Now, I understand, as a former server, that it can be busy and service will sometimes take longer.
