    French onion soup
    Laura F.

Another awesome meal at Stockmans. We placed a call early in the day to make a reservation. Since they were not open yet, we left a message requesting a 4PM reservation and Eric as our server. Our call was returned and our request for 4Pm with Eric as our server was confirmed. We arrived early and seated immediately. Eric did not disappoint. He was prompt, polite and attentive. He checked in with us frequently, kept our drinks full and patient with all of our questions. (We were a party of 6) All of us ordered off the specials menu. Very reasonably priced, include soup or salad and dessert. My Cajun Alfredo chicken was delicious and serving size perfect. The French onion soup was an upgrade, loaded with onions and cheese. Live music started at 5. Give Stockman a try and ask for Eric as your server. We were all very impressed with our service and will happily return.

    Cheesecake..yum...

Delightful experience. They has a 3 course special and we upgraded our soup to French onion...ooo so worth the extra $5. Ordered 10oz sirloin steak with asparagus and mashed potatoes We also ordered the BBQ Brisket was like butter. The BBQ sauce was sweet and tangy, corn bread was sweet and moist not dry! Buttery with a crispy edge. The complimentary bread was a dry even with the butter on it. The cheesecake was tastee the chocolate cake was thinner than I am used to. More frosting than cake. 100% recommended great ambiance servers were helpful and kind.

Unique menu options. Atmosphere was nice with low lighting. On the pricier side, but well worth it if you're looking for a relaxing evening. I recommend the stuffed mushrooms and we loved the free bread.

Best wine to pair with Surf and Turf. Thank you and your staff for being open in these hard pressed times. Your staff is so excellent.

Again. My Special date and I had dinner here. This time for my birthday. Gem of sever "Tina" Made our night Special. The New York Rib eye was superb As was my dates. And the wine Tina paired with our dinner was an absolute pleasure. The ambience was perfect. The Dinner was delicious and the service was 5 star. Loved my experience.

Prime rib with loaded mashed potatoes.

A good steak dinner for Laughlin. First off the staff was great. John was our server and he was very professional and attentive to our needs. I got an old fashioned which was good. To start the meal I had a cup of clam chowder. If they have it available, I highly recommend it. The buttered rolls were just ok, nothing special. For the meal I had the prime rib and it came out perfectly cooked. The plate was pooled with au jus and I got a side of creamy horseradish. The radish was just right in that it was not over powering. My side was the loaded mashed potatoes, and that was a unique experience. I was not expecting a bowl of mashed potatoes with a plate of the toppings. They did give a generous portion of butter, sour cream, bacon, and green onions. I know, what about the cheese as they say it's loaded. Well no cheese was to be found. The misses got the ribeye and that was cooked to perfection and tasted good. She got the baked potatoe with the same plate of fixings to go with it. Overall we had a wonderful dinner. It wasn't crazy expensive as if we had gone to Vegas for the same thing.

    Wings yum!

My husband and I were here for our anniversary. The food is great, especially the mushrooms! We sat in the bar and were able to eat fantastic food and watch some sports while relaxing. It's an awesome place to go if u need a break from the casino.

Our group always eats here for our New Year's day dinner. And as always, the food was good, the ambiance was pleasant, but it was the service that "rocked"! Shout-out to our server, Eric...he was hustling & made our meal perfect! Even divided our bill 3-ways & used our food credit...great job Eric! Can't wait to be back next year.

    Bread service....really good

Came on a Monday with friends from out of town to take advantage of the 29 dollar all day pre fixe menu. When we arrived the restaurant was not busy at all, I know it was Monday, but I wish more people were there. My friend and I started off with a glass wine, a Ferrari Carano Merlot for 12.50..I think that was very fair. We all ordered the 10 oz sirloin, I got my medium and got a salad for a starter with ranch and baked potato for my chosen side. The picture of the soup is what everyone else got and they liked it. The starting bread looked great and was quite delicious. The service was AMAZING..a young kid who did not miss a beat taking care of us. All of us thought the steak was very tough, I guess at that price point I expect that...the baked potato was awesome. This also comes with cheesecake or chocolate cake for dessert..both couples just wanted one to share each rather than get our own, because we were really full. This really is a great deal, but next time I may try the salmon or prime rib instead of sirloin.

First time to try Stockman's Steakhouse on the river level of Edgewater Casino in Laughlin, Nevada. We found the beef brisket to be so tender, it could be cut with a fork and the sirloin steak delicious. The sides were great. We had barbecued beans, cornbread, coleslaw, corn on the cob, asparagus, and rolls. The beef stroganoff soup was deliciously different. For dessert we had chocolate cake and cheese cake. We found the wait staff to be courteous and we did not have to wait long for our food after ordering. The check for two people came to under $62, but we did order two specials offered at moderate prices. We were very pleased with our dining experience.

Rock crawling in Bullhead City so decided to celebrate the end of the week with a visit to Stockman's steakhouse in Laughlin, Nevada, which advertises a $29 steak special on Saturday night. The interesting fact is the Nevada side was an hour behind the Arizona side so be sure you are aware of the correct time for your reservation as we arrived 1 hour early for ours. We did have a reservation and the hostess was very kind and after having a drink in the bar, we were seated an hour early for our dinner reservation. We were immediately served water and bread and the waitress approached us with menus and a hello. The place was half empty when we got there but by time we left, it was full. We did try the sirloin steak special. The steak was cooked to order. The steak special is $29 and comes with a vegetable, potato, salad or soup and dessert. It was very tasty and cooked exactly as we wanted. They had a brisket dinner for $28 so we ordered that. The brisket was a little tough but brisket is questionable. It came with numerous sides: barbecue sauce, baked beans, coleslaw, corn, cornbread and potato plus a salad and dessert. The chocolate cake dessert was really good. We also had a chicken Caesar salad of which we could only eat half of it. It was overflowing with chicken and dressing. The chicken Caesar salad was about $15. The restaurant is on the lower level of the Edgewater casino. It is in a quiet corner. The tables are covered with white linen and nice silver, crystal and china. We enjoyed it and will probably check it out again next year when we're back down for the four wheeling events. The Edgewater is on casino row and there's lots of parking. It's in the middle of all the casinos and on the river with a nice deck in the back if you want to have a drink before or after.

Fantastic. Cooked like it had something to prove. Juicy, flavorful, and honestly the kind of steak that makes you pause mid-bite and reconsider your life choices up to that point. But let's be honest--Pam Pam stole the show. Pam Pam doesn't just bartend... she commands the bar. Drinks don't get made, they get orchestrated. I'm pretty sure she made my cocktail with one hand, took three orders, solved a minor dispute, and still had time to roast me for not knowing what I wanted. Efficient? Yes. Intimidating? Slightly. Entertaining? Absolutely. At one point I'm convinced she knew what I was going to order before I did. I asked for a recommendation and she looked at me like, "You strike me as someone who thinks they want whiskey but really needs a margarita." She was right. I didn't question it. The vibe? Somewhere between a high-end steakhouse and a family party where the funniest relative is in charge. You're not just a customer--you're part of the show whether you planned on it or not. Final verdict: Steak: Drinks: Pam Pam: deserves her own TV series Would I come back? Without hesitation. Would I sit at the bar again? Since I knew that the Fish N Chips offered here was no longer All You Can Eat, I opened with an add on: a refreshing Side Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing. It contained several small cubes of tomato, and helped to fill me up, as designed. Our entrees arrived soon afterward. Besides Coleslaw that had a good balance of creaminess and crunchiness, and nicely seasoned elongated French Fries, the battered fish on my plate consisted of three large batons of very heat-hot fish that tasted great dipped in provided Tartar Sauce after application of a little lemon juice and malt vinegar. One of my batons was a little undercooked; the other two were perfect. Diane liked her Fish N Chips as well, plus the Fried Shrimp, but wished that her shrimps had been battered rather than breaded. Our server, Chris G., did a great job of waiting on us, and quickly fulfilled our requests for ketchup, malt vinegar, and in Diane's case Coleslaw removed from her plate. Even though I was pretty full at meal's end, I knew that if we had gone to an AYCE place like Black Bear Diner across the Colorado River, I would have downed at least one more filet of fish. The Fish N Chips offering here was quite reasonably priced, so Diane and I discussed putting in another order to split, and decided to do so. Thus, I called our server over and tried to put in the order. Alas, I was told that no more fish remained--but not to worry about making a belated request, because the cook had informed him that no more fish remained right after receiving our initial order. So we couldn't have had more fish even if we had tried to add a third helping with our original order. Next time I will arrive earlier in the evening!

Then we noted that the restaurant was within 30 minutes of closing. So, we quickly diverted to El Charro in Bullhead City, only to learn that it, too, was about to close. So, I turned around and headed here, even though OpenTable reported that no time slots were available. I dropped Diane off before parking, and she easily scored a table here. In fact, hardly anyone was seated inside the restaurant, and it did not seem like a festive Mexican holiday at all. The Tuesday Night Menu was very limited, but I selected very tasty and smooth Stone Guacamole not prepared tableside but including tomatoes, White Onion, and jalapenos, to go with house-prepared salsa and spiced up Tortilla Chips. By request Diane received a complimentary basket of non-spicy Tortilla Chips, as well as a Kids Cheese Quesadilla. Somehow this filled her up. I, on the other hand, ordered a Southwest Beef Burrito with added beans inside, and Roja Sauce and Queso on top. The burro was large, but I finished it, along with more beans, and included rice. Everything tasted good and washed down well with Diet Pepsi. Service by Brett was very good, and at least the decor of the restaurant had the festive feel of Old Mexico, in this instance without the camaraderie of fellow celebrants.
