I love going to Buffalo Wild Wings to just relax, hang out with friends and watch some sports. The folks at Camillus are always friendly and fast. It's a nice atmosphere that's also well kept. The bathrooms are clean which is sort of surprising being a sports bar and all. If you ask for the waiters to change the channel to a different game they're always happy to help. The food, too, is always good and usually pretty quick to come out too. For a chain, it's a good time. read more

The Buffalo Wild Wings in Camillus is about as classy of a joint as you'll find. The franchise is known to have nice locations that are clean and well run, but the one in Camillus takes that to another level. As soon as you walk in you're struck that this place looks like a full blown restaurant with the gorgeous interior decorating, not to mention the incredible projector screens that overhang the bar. I've been there when it's packed and when it's not; the service and speed remains the same. Quick and friendly. If you go to this place and don't get the boneless wings and some burgers, you're probably doing it wrong. Everything on the menu is above-average, but the wings here are great, and the burgers are better. A little bit pricy for bar-food in my opinion, but Bdubs is more of an experience, so the price has never stopped me from going with my friends. read more

Went on Tuesday, during the boneless wing special, with a group of four. We thought two of us would order the large boneless wings since we could get another two for free because of the special. We probably weren't too clear about that so waiter brought out 48 wings for each of us. We told our waiter but we didn't expect anything to be changed since the wings were already out. However, our waiter Dave got the manager to take off half off so we pretty much got the deal but for half the price. We weren't expecting that but it was very nice of them to do that. I literally got into an argument because their mild sauce was hot. Their medium sauce was mild. I went for lunch. Supposed to be under 20 mins. Took an hour and 20 mins. I asked to switch the medium and mild sauces since I like spicy. My girlfriend doesn't. So they brought us new wings. In no sauce. Sauce on the side. The mild was super spicy. The medium was not at all. Like 0 scovels. They said they can't control the sauce since it is brought in from the corporate office. Our waiter never refilled my diet coke or checked on us. I told the manager to taste the sauces and tell me which was hotter? The mild or medium? Instead of doing that she said it is against policy to taste sauce only in the back. And she would "investigate" and write a complaint to corporate. I felt like I was in a parallel universe where white was black. Hot was cold, and the customer is never right. All they had to do was switch the sauce. My girlfriend wanted boneless. I eat low carb so I can only eat bone in. There mild sauce was hotter than Frank's Red Hot. Which I love. But their mild actually burned my lips. They didn't charge me for the wings. But we were late for work after lunch because of this. They definitely put the "wild" in Buffalo Wild Wings. We've been to this location a few times since they opened. The food has always been good but they always have terrible service. The waitresses are never friendly and are mostly very young. I don't think they understand what it means to provide good service. Last night took the cake. We stood at the hostess station for 5 minutes before anyone noticed we'd come in. We were seated and it was another 10 minutes before we saw a waitress. When she finally came she acted like she had something better to do than her job. She barely spoke to us the whole meal. By far the worst service I have received since moving to Central New York. After seating myself at the bar I grabbed a beer menu and looked it over for some time, then waited for a few minutes before having to grab myself a food menu. After deciding what food I wanted and what drink I would like to have I continued to wait for the servers attention at the bar. She never turned around, just kept up her conversation with two others ignoring my side of the bar. I waited, in total, 21 minutes before giving up and walking out. This establishment is a disgrace to the Township 5 Plaza. The food was terrible, the chicken tenders were gray. They looked like they were taken out of the freezer and microwaved. They have a few happy hour food selections that are reasonably priced also. I always order my wings extra extra crispy and to please cook them for 25 minutes. Everything was fine until the last two times I was there. I ordered wings as usual. They were done in ten minutes..barely cooked so I sent them back. The girl was kind of rude about it and the new wings they gave me weren't much better than the first order. Then last night I ordered wings and they were great. I ate them then ordered another small order of wings and they were absolutely terrible. They were barely cooked and were rubbery. I almost threw up. I left them there and walked out. This place is ran by Arbys now and I don't know if that's the problem but I will never go back again. After being to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Clifton park, NY I was very excited one was opening not too far away however I was very disappointed. Our first visit there was the first Sunday they were open, service was horrendous, the bartenders did nothing but complain about how tired they were or just plain miserable, then upon ordering our order was messed up, the bartender blamed it on the computer. The couple sitting next to each other also had their order totally messed up. I was hoping this was kinks that needed to be worked out since they just opened. We tried for a second time after they have been open over two weeks, it may have been worse this time. Hostesses were not paying attention and not very accommodating. Then our waitress complains right when she comes over to the table about being tired. There was only one football game on television since it is playoffs but when that ended they did not switch the channel to the next game, claiming on being a sports bar they should have a better handle on what is being shown. We decided to try the food one more time, started with an appetizer of hummus, veggies, and tzatziki sauce, the waitress had to look at the menu when we ordered to see what it was, waitresses should know the menu, then when it arrived the veggies were wilted and no tzatziki sauce. I would have asked the waitress for it but she was no where to be found until we had finished the appetizer, it was then we decided to get the check and leave. My husband and I decided to try this Buffalo Wild Wings as we live in the Camillus area. We have been to the Cicero location a couple of times and have had no complaints. We went to the Camillus location this past Friday night at approximately 8pm. We walked in and the host was able to seat us right away. He brought us to a table for two that was so close to the two tables on either side of it, that I couldn't hang up my jacket on the back of my chair because the back of the chair of the person behind me was touching my chair. Talk about cramped seating! A "captain" approached our table to tell us she was not our waitress, but that our server would be over soon to take our order. We sat there for 15 minutes and no server ever showed. There were several servers walking by our table repeatedly, but the entire place seemed chaotic and not well organized. I might also add that the TVs were so loud you could not have a conversation with the person sitting right across the table from you. We left after 15 minutes of sitting with no service. This restaurant better get its act together or I can't see it lasting long. read more
