It's pretty hit and miss at this Longhorn. I always (and I do mean ALWAYS) order the same thing no matter what location I go to and usually what I receive is consistent. Not at this location. Sometimes the chicken is burnt and crispy and other times it's as expected. On more than one occasion I've come in, was seated, and waited a good 30min before anyone came to check on me. If the waiter hadn't walked literally right passed me looking in my face I probably wouldn't care as much but yea you saw us lol. Prices are average for a steakhouse. When I die, this will be my last meal. I've been eating the same meal at outback since I was a kid and it truly hasn't changed at all. I love this location and the staff is amazing. Didn't even eat here. The host was both crude and nasty. Said the wait time was two hours. Despite the fact there were multiple empty tables. Had a last minute decision to eat at this Outback and let me say, the food and service was excellent. The food tasted great. Our server Jasmine was attentive, anticipated our needs and was responsive to any request. A few times I wanted to request a sauce or something and she was bringing it before I could ask. Other servers stopped by in passing just to check on us. Let me give a shout out to Joe, I assume he was the supervisor or manager on duty. He stoped by our table to chat and mentioned how he noticed my hubby and I laughing. That let me know he was paying attention to the tables. It saddens me to say that my experience wasn't the best. I'm hoping it was just an off night, however, I don't think I will return to this location. At this point I'm ready to just go home and call it a night however, considering I had driven 30 minutes to get here I decided to stay. Throughout the duration of my stay my waiter was absent. I only saw him 1. When he delivered the drinks. 2. When he delivered the food. And, 3. When he delivered the check. There was no variation of check-ins, nor was my drink refreshed without a formal request. #Sigh. The food: My steak was absolutely delicious. It's something about a Steak from Outback that is unmatched. It was well rested and the perfect temperature. Perfectly seasoned and truly made with care. The mixed veggies tasted just like steamed veggies. Nothing special. No seasoning. Truly bland at its finest. However, they had the perfect firmness and with a little salt and pepper, they were a great pairing with the steak. Overall my experience was below standards from a customer service standpoint as well as with reference to what I have come to expect from the Outback brand. We normally go on the weekends but forgot Sunday was Father's Day. The restaurant always has a welcoming atmosphere with a clean dining area and nice outside waiting area. We sat at the bar and our favorite server was actually the bartender that afternoon. Chris is outstanding. He keeps everything topped off and makes a mean smoked pecan old fashioned. He pays attention to your likes and listens even when the place is crowded. we went at 4:00pm on October 15,2025. my husband had called 3 days in advance for 8 people they told him the table would be ready. we arrived at 3:55pm table was not ready took them 15 minutes to get the table ready, we sit down we have one waitress which is fine we order drinks and appetizers. we received the blooming onion and it had a burnt taste told our waitress she never responded so we ordered our entrees, she never brought us bread for the table my salad was fine. three people had steak, one person had lobster and one had a baked potato one had a hamburger one had salad and baked potato. the people said the steak didn't taste right but the waitress said it was probably the spices, the lobster was burnt and overcooked. we talked to the manager she comped the blooming onions and told us they only had one cooked so that is why we had the meal delivered in stages so we all did not get to eat together, she was very offended that we would say anything and told us we should be grateful that we got the food at all, the three people that had the steak had food poisoning and was throwing up all night. we will not go back. read more

Went here February 2nd and got a ribeye double steakhouse mac n cheese and Aussie cheese fries wife got kingsland pasta my son ate off of us. Everything was fine food tasted good it was the first bite of the day. Service was good but a huge problem arose later that night everybody that ate the mac n cheese and cheese fries ended up with food poisoning even my not even 2 year old son who threw up 7 times and was in terrible condition. I go to outback over 15 times a year and this is the first time I've ever got food poisoning in my life payed 110 dollars for the food poisoning too lol not funny but what can you do. The cheese fries in the picture were over cooked but that didn't hesitate to give us another batch. The second batch had bacon on it which we took off the order so unfortunately they had to make another batch without onion that came out a little over cooked and took longer than I'd expected BUT there was nothing I could do about that. The mushrooms were 5 star but the bloomin onion wasn't cooked long enough because at the bottom the batter was still slightly uncooked. Next time I get some I know what to check for.
