This is crazy! My wife ordered the baked tenders 8.99 the tenders are equal to A 1/4 of the size of one tender at KFC. I asked the waitress if we made a mistake and ordered off the kid's menu, she said "oh I know and I understand, let me get my manager and see if he can do anything" the manager came over I asked him the same question he said "no that's the normal size, well that one is a little small want me to re-make them for you?" Wonderful and friendly staff! COVID19 makes dining difficult for staff and they worked hard to make our experience good.

Took my two daughters to dinner tonight. We each ordered an entree and an appetizer that we would all share. Within just a few minutes of placing our order the server brought out my youngest's entree. I asked our server why her food came out before our appetizer and the other two entrees. She explained that they bring the food out as it is finished instead of bringing all the meals at the same time. She said it was company policy. Seriously? I don't understand why every other restaurant in the world is able to serve every one in the party at the same time but Buffalo Wild Wings just can't seem to manage that. It's just wings and burgers and they can't figure out how to time everything so it can be served all at once? We won't be back. Wing Shack has better service and much better wings. read more

This Buffalo Wild Wings is a mixed bag. There food is ... not always the best, and it's crazy noisy in this BWW. On the other hand, my son, who has some food sensory issues, vomitted in the restaurant, and I have never seen staff who were on top of making sure he was ok, and that he was taken care of. At the end of the day, while I am a foodie, and I love me some food, I look at the way the staff treated my family, and that's what makes any restaurant worth it. read more

Atmosphere- The same BWW set up of dinningroom and sports bar with TVs all around playing sports. Went there with a date (not the best date night ideal, especially a first date). Ate in the dinning room, way too much noise to carry on a decent conversation. Food- looked decent but was nothing special Prices- Overall got two burgers with sides, 2 ice teas, appetizer of chips and salsa and a large order Wings for a grand total of $64. Service- Bad....just bad. I hope for the sake of the manager that it was just the one waiter we had that performed so badly and not indicative of the entire service staff Overall experience- unsatisfied, will not be returning. Service was horrible food was blah. My date and I arrived on a Friday about 6 pm and the place was about half full.The place had many tables open and a few that were in need of being cleaned. The hostess sat us to our table quickly. Shortly after the waiter introduced himself and took our drink, appetizer and dinner order. Surprisingly fast our appetizer of chili con queso and chips arrive to the table not by our waiter but by one of the food runners. However, no drinks..... and no waiter checking on us. Few minutes later still no drinks and no waiter in sight. Looked around for him and he apparently discovered some friends at the restaurant who he was engaged in conversation with. Ok........ after his conversation with friends he then gravitated to some of the other waitresses and engage them in conversation, so the four of them enjoyed each others company and I believe our waiter was drinking a beer, overall it seemed to be a pleasant social experience for them....... from there our waiter went to the back kitchen area and disappeared... After a short wait our dinners arrived via a different food runner. I ordered the cheese curd Burger with bacon and so did my date for my side I got cheese curds my date got the macaroni and cheese. All of it looked great. Still no drinks or waiter. Had a drive by visit by what i believed to be a shift manager possibly, which was punctuated by a half-hearted hey how's everything doing and walked off. Few minutes after the food arrive I saw our waiter coming from the back kitchen area laughing as he was apparently engaged in a funny conversation. As he was walking through the dining room, obviously not coming to my table to check on his customers, I managed to flag him down prior to his next social engagement and ask him for our Iced Teas. He did quickly deliver the drinks and was off, without even asking how our food was. Its at that time we noticed that our unsweetened iced tea did not come with a supply a sweeteners and none of the surrounding tables had sweeteners on them either, to add to this, our absentee waiter was off on an adventure of his own so we had to drink unsweetened iced tea, with not even beginning to have a hope of a refill. So onto the food. They have change their menu for the worst while trying to stay relevant. Haven't been there for a while first time coming back and they changed their menus and I won't be coming back there's just no reason to. On the menu they narrowed down all of their selections of burgers to just I think three options, an American Burger, a cheese curd Burger and I think like their version of a vegetarian burger. Pretty much the rest of menu was chicken wraps and things like that and of course their wings which they decided for some crazy reason to change as well. They have copied their burgers to look more like a Smashburger or Freddy's Burgers recipe and they are ok i guess. I just remember the Jack Daniels burger the jalapeno burger, bbq burger and a bunch of other good ones... their all gone now, replaced with chicken wraps WTH. The sides were not impressive at all, the cheese curds I got were okay, the mac and cheese my date got was well, I cant say gross, but they were not edible as they had no flavor, thin cheese and was basically like eating a bowl full of noodles. As for the appetizer we ordered the chili con queso and chips, they were alright. We also got a large order of bone-in wings with honey barbecue sauce, to go, mainly because I wanted them to take home with me cuz I always loved their wings. The wings failed badly and i cant believe that. Their wings were always the bomb and they sent me home with these things that i could have microwaved better from walmart. Come to think of it, the wings at the walmart deli are way better than what BWW gave me. The wings were lightly saused and just not what I remember the awesome wings from BWW to be, its sad. My date made the point that the food was made cheaply now only to taste good to drunk people. I can see now why they are slowly dying out of bussiness. I can't!! So we get here and I ask the hostess if it's there happy hour she says " I have no idea but your server should know". So we sit down I order a drink and before we can put in our app order the server walks off. So when she comes back my wife puts in her order and the server walks off to put the order in again without getting our app order. Then we finally order our app and ask about the new sauce, she brings out a sample to see if we like it. If you're in the mood to eat dinner elbow-to-elbow with your fellow diners... this is the place! My husband and I have eaten here twice (once in the bar area, once in the dining room) and both times, we've experienced exceptionally slow service. It feels like they're overcrowded and understaffed, which doesn't make for the best quality on any level. Food-wise? Skip the burgers, since the super-thin patty could easily be topped by any drive-thru in town. Stick to the wings! read more

It's a decent BWWs. It is the only one around if you are in Wyoming. I hit it up when I'm going to see the in laws and need some wings. We are from Las Vegas and BWW is always one of our most favorite places in Vegas. During my graduation weekend in WY, we tried out this place and can say it as good as any other Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants. love it!!! Service always good, and friendly. I noticed two negative comments that customers usually rate this restaurant chain. First: the Noise. This is the sport restaurant so it supposes to be noisy. We actually come here for this fun environment. Second: the long wait. I don't really care because they are always busy, and their waitresses are always busy. It is not like they stand around doing nothing. And there are TV screens everywhere to kill time. No complaint. Food always good and consistent on quality. read more

To-Go is awful. Guaranteed wait is 15-30 minutes past the time you enter online. The girls at the front don't have the mental capacity to bag your order, let alone confirm that it's right, so always make sure they go over your order with you. My wife and I went late on a Friday night around 1030. When we walked in, we stood at the front while a few waitresses looked over at us. We finally asked one if we seat ourselves, she replied "sure." We sat down, the table was dirty and rocked unevenly. We then asked to move to a different table. Our waitress, Maekala, then brought our drinks. About three minutes later walked by our table and without saying a word, layed our menus on the edge of our table as she walked by. We ordered, received our food. Later had to ask for napkins and utensils. We were never asked if we needed more drinks or desert. We had to ask for refills on water, soda the same time we asked for a to-go box for leftovers. I'm rating two stars only because the food was good, but The service was one of the worst I've ever had. Tried Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time and was so disappointed! It was insanely noisy, screaming babies on top of regular bar chatter. They seated us at a table way too close to our neighbors, plus the table was dirty! Beers came quickly and that was the ONLY good thing about our experience. We ordered fried pickles but waited over 20 minutes to get them. After we finished our appetizer we sat for another 20 min and debated leaving at that point. Our waitress FINALLY shows up and asks "still doing okay?" While trying to pass us by, we had to flag her down to put our order in. Our server Brianna was terrible. A drink was spilled at our table, and the wait staff did nothing but hand us a stack of napkins. The food was acceptable, but not extraordinary enough to compensate for the poor service. My friend ordered a mango Margarita that was over flowing with syrup and had no discernable liquor flavor. Great selection of lots of flavors and proteins and sides and even sizes! Loved my burger with cheese curds on it. The side of fries with cheese and peppers and chili on it was perfectly mixed and balanced and sooooooo good I would come back just to have them. The side of wings was yummy, and I am even having a mini dessert (didn't allow myself the full size because I am taking most of my burger home for dinner:-)...). I think that an hour and fifty minute wait for lunch on a 4 person table is absurd. Lunch time on a Thursday should not take this long. Our server was a ghost. We waited 55+ miutes before the expo came out of the kitchen to let us know that our food was being plated and ready to come out shortly. Once the food arrived, half my wings were cold (probably from sitting for so long) we got no boats for our bones, and I had to get soda refills for myself and my friend. Once the bill came our ghostly server chose to disappear again. I took my bill to the hostess station and the manager informed me that our waitress could help us with that, to which I replied "If I could find her, I would.". No comment from the manager. I also mentioned that we had been there for close to 2 hours..... continued silence from the manager. Go to Fort Collins for a decently run BW3's...Cheyenne's is worth driving an hour to avoid. Sitting at the bar gives you front row view to feuding staffers. Really relaxing while trying to watch the game...not. I tried a table the next 2 trips. Less feuds to be annoyed by but apparently serving hot food is not something anyone there can manage. Last 2 tries were carry-out to avoid the mess that is dine-in there. Both times the orders were wrong. Not little stuff like the wrong sauce (which they did too) but the whole entree was wrong as well. Never going back unless they publicize the hell out of hiring new management and staff. read more

Most BWWs are great for wings and football...this one is awful. We've been here on multiple occasions and the staff is inattentive and rude. I literally had a staff member push past me once to enter the restroom. Another left dirty dishes on our table for an hour. The overhead announcements give this restaurant the feel of a Chuck-E-Cheese. We'll be finding somewhere else to watch Sunday football. read more

My husband and I have been wanting to try this place for quite a while. The first time we went there the place was busy and we were not able to get a seat. After a couple weeks, we decided to give it another try. This time I placed a To Go order. The food was ready when I showed up. Nothing was wrong with the order. The staff were very friendly. The food was delicious! We ordered 2 sides of Mac n Cheese, Cheese Curds, Soft Pretzels, Spinach Artichoke Dip and Fried Mushrooms. Everything was excellent. Cheese Curds were my favorite!
