It wasn't even that crowded, but something about the acoustics in here made it so that every table's conversation was amplified, bouncing all around the restaurant. The boneless wings could really use more sauce. What sauce was on them seemed to have just dried up into the crispy skin. Popcorn shrimp on the other hand was quite good and you get lots of them. I ordered carry out (online) at 4:45pm and it said the order would be ready at 5:10pm. I arrived at 5:15 and my food was not ready until 5:45. My food was cold (I ate a little in the car because I had just waited 30 minutes longer than expected) and not prepared correctly. Wings were not sauced well especially considering I had requested that they were wet. They forgot parts of the order (carrots and extra sauces). This is a frequent stop for our family. It's a great atmosphere for kids and adults who enjoy a noisy, sensory overload dining experience. There are games for the kids to play and with TVs literally EVERYWHERE, there probably isn't a sporting event going on you will miss. They have Pay Per View showings for major sporting events and it can be a fun and loud time with friends! We generally get the sampler meals and salads and share everything. We like the variety (mozzarella sticks, wings, onion rings, nachos, pretzel sticks). Unfortunately, the boneless wings seem to be getting more and more hard breading piled on and are not as pleasant to eat with all that crunchy breading poking your mouth. Ordered food through door dash (which is sponsored by the company, they have business card promoting door dash in the restaurant). Food order was filled incorrectly. We called the restaurant and were willing to drive to the restaurant if they would remake the food correctly. The person answering the phone talked to his manager and then we were told its door dash fault. Wouldn't comp us or remake our food correctly. I don't know why I keep trying to give the place a chance. Every time I come in here, there is some mishap or they messed something up. Tonight was a prime example. I tried to order online but the app was down. So I placed a counter order, and I'm told that I can't select three sauces for a medium order of traditional wings when you can on the app. When I brought that to the attention of the person helping me, no response. I placed my order and sit on the bench to wait and notice after about 30 minutes, I wasn't called up to the counter to pick up my order. Mind you, I saw 3 to 4 tables that were sat after I arrived and got their food and were eating before I went back up. When I explained that my order wasn't ready, the manager grab my ticket went to the back. It was obvious that they didn't have my order ready so they took someone else's order and prepared mine with their food. Terrible customer service/management. Had a fairly large order that was canceled by the restaurant unbeknownst to me. I called the restaurant for a refund and they were more worried about receiving their payment from DoorDash rather than making things right for the customer. I'm sitting here at lunch and they chose to seat me next to someone that quite a few of the servers know. A lot of the servers are sitting down gossiping/talking about strip clubs and butt plugs. This place must be bad luck! Every time I go, there is an issue.... I have been twice when the fire alarm has been tripped by staff and we spent our entire meal waiting for the fire department to come to turn off the alarm... ( both times nothing was done by management to make up for the ear piercing sound, everyone got their checks and left ). Once I dined in and ordered a draft truth Ipa, sold out, I then ordered a goose island ipa, sold out, then i ordered a game changer, again sold out. The waiter took my order everytime only to return without a beer in hand. (He was unaware of the fact that they were out of all these beers!?!) they comped me a bud light.... In addition they have significantly reduced the amount of sauce they toss the wings in leaving them very dry, and if your order extra sauce they will charge you. Last time I went I ordered a beer and the waitress carded me ( I understand its her job, but I've ordered beer from her countless times, and she recognized me!) Unfortunately this time I forgot my id at home and they refused to serve me alcohol... Today I ordered take out and was told the total was 12.35 on the phone. I called back to confirm the order, which was wrong ( good thing I called) and again was told the total was 12.35. When I arrived to pick up my order I was given a bill for 20.35 !?! and was missing my blue cheese... And am I the only one that has noticed that the prices have skyrocketed over the years? Our food came out wrong twice. By the time the waitress came back to check on us we decided to just cancel it because everyone else was almost done with their meal. The wings were chewy and pretty dry. Waitress was incredibly rude, manager had no idea what he was doing. Our drinks continuously ran out. I go to bdubs a lot for wings and beer and sports. Stooped into this location to watch the wildcard round of the playoffs. The space is typical bdubs with a lot of different beers for consumption. Ordered some wings and beer and watched half the game - then left. The reason...the service. Our server was so clueless. She asked what we wanted when we first arrived, and we ordered some drinks. Told her that we would order food when the third person in the party arrived. When he arrived, it took 10 minutes to wave her down to order some food. After our food was gone, we sat there for 30 minutes waiting to order some more drinks. Finally, we gave up and spent another 10 minutes tracking her down for our bills. Overall just satisfactory food. Buffalo Wild Wings has always been known as a go-to sports bar, but more the sports than anything. Their wings are OK, but don't seem to stand out. My most recent visit, I ordered some Boneless honey BBQ wings, my go to when I visit. I also ordered a burger, which was also pretty average. Service has always been friendly and very attentive. They frequently check in on your table, and always are around to refill your drinks. Buffalo Wild Wings will never be a place you go for food, but go for good sports, drinks and fellowship. I love BWW. This one is big and I have never had to wait for a table. The only bad thing I will say is how loud the TV's are in here. It is impossible to talk over them, and overwhelming until you've had a beer or two. I always order the naked tenders with the buffalo rub. They are good like regular wings, but probably (hopefully) healthier. read more
